Great stay with an amazing view!

Overall, great experience here. Located right on the square, so left the car in the garage and walked everywhere. Beautiful views from the room. Price per night was reasonable considering location but cleaning fees seem high considering we emptied trash and washed the dishes, as requested. Only disappointment was the game room closing at 10pm even though quiet hours were 11pm, but that was property rules I guess. We tried to play pool right about 10pm but were turned away. Also, the shuffle board table was terrible, and we were excited about Golden Tee game in the game room but it wasn’t working. However, those marks are against the condo building and not the room. Last comment would be to add a privacy shade in the kitchen window with the neighboring window directly across and the studio style room made it feel exposed.

We had a perfect stay. Everything was great, especially the location and included amenities.

Nice cozy space. Clean. Great kitchen supplies and spices available. Room was warm even with the small ac unit. Best to close curtains during the day. Very close to Main Street in Breckenridge and restaurants are everywhere within walking distance. I would stay there again.

My fiancé and I absolutely loved our stay in Breckenridge! The condo was clean, super cute, and perfectly positioned in the town. There is a coffee shop directly to the right of the building that I went to almost every morning and plenty of great restaurants as well. I also appreciated the communication from the host prior to our stay as it helped us get everything set up for condo and garage access very easily. I would definitely stay here again!

Great view — walk to town, pool and hot tub area well maintained.

This condo was super clean and in the best location. I loved the view from the window. This was exactly what we needed out of the trip. My only complaint is that the condo is VERY toasty. It was like 20 degrees outside and the inside of our condo was still so warm even with the AC unit going (there was one provided so I’m guessing cooling the room down is a common issue). Other than that it was a wonderful stay with wonderful, helpful hosts!

Stayed here before. Love view and location. Don’t need a car. Can walk or take Breckenridge free transit all over. Just get a shuttle from DIA.

Perfect location! We took a shuttle from the Denver airport to the airbnb and never once wished we had a vehicle. Convenient walking distance to restaurants, shops and grocery store.

Unreal views. My kids loved the heated pool and hot tubs!

The perfect stay!

Jessica's condo was exactly what we had hoped. It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, activities in the building for all ages and the location was incredible! We found local hiking trails and walked to dinner every night. The view out the window can not be beat...highly recommend!

It really is located perfectly in the city! The room is well kept and clean, and the amenities are nice, however, it wasn’t the most comfortable stay. The smallest of issues was the Keurig did not work, but Jessica was quick to respond about any issues. Upon arriving, the room was very warm, but by the third night, the room was 85 degrees Fahrenheit and had to ask for a fan from the front desk just to sleep. Lastly, the construction work outside is most certainly not finished as we were told.

The only reason I have a lower rating was because me and my wife came here for a little getaway and Jessica told us that there would be scaffolding outside the window which would only impede the view but that all of the construction was done for our window, which we were ok with. However the first morning we had construction going on outside right next to the building at 7am and it kept my wife awake after 8am. Jessica did not know there would be construction going on and she was very responsive and quick for us to resolve that day’s issue. And then afterwards we had two workers walk on the scaffolding right next to our window. Not much privacy. Again not Jessica’s fault but did frustrate us a little bit.

Location was absolutely perfect!!!! Walking distance to the lift, ski school, and lots of restaurants and shopping places. The view was amazing! Lots of fun amenities on property too. We will stay here again. The only downside was not having control of your own temperature thermostat, but there was a portable air conditioner (kinda big and bulky but it worked) or opening the windows and one of them was broken. Other than those minor things it was perfect!!!!

Pros: - Very responsive host, on text and AirBnb app - Building right next to chairlift - Lots of extra blankets and pillows - Quality amenities (comfy bed, heat lamp in bathroom, big fridge) Cons: - Need to pay for parking at the building ($37/day) - Checkout relatively early at 10am from room, 11am from parking - No option for early check-in - There were 3 phone #s to keep track of, two for the hosts, and for the cleaners - Asked to take out the trash to a far away dumpster despite cleaners coming Overall, the place was great and as-advertised. The hosts were very responsive and provided all info before I needed to ask. However, considering the price and strict checkin/out times, I was annoyed at having to take out the trash, load dishwasher and text the cleaners while frantically packing up and getting out by 10am. 7.5/10 - I would stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay at Jessica's place. There was a lot of communication prior to us arriving to inform us of all the procedures of the place. The view was incredible and the ski on ski off was perfect. Being that close to "the strip" for dinning and shopping was great, you didn't even need a car. Room was small but was perfect for a quick ski weekend with a bed, couch, bathroom and kitchen. Very clean!

Terrific property in perfect location

Unit in the Village at Breckenridge that has been updated and is in great shape! The property is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for an easy stay at the bottom of Peak 9. It's just steps away from the lift and has really nice amenities. The view of the mountains from the unit is perfect and still close to all that town has to offer. Our hosts were really thorough with information and very pleasant and quick to reply to any communications. Can't wait to stay here again!

We loved our stay at Jessica’s condo! The location is exceptional. You can see the Quicksilver Chair out the window, so you’re on the slopes in minutes. You’re also a block from South Main Street and an abundance of restaurants and shops. We parked our rental car and didn’t use it the whole time we were there! The main bed was SUPER comfortable, which is very important after a long day on the mountain, and the pull out couch worked for our teenaged daughter. Jessica was also a proactive communicator and provided great, local recommendations (try Gravity Haus for dinner!). Oh, and we saw a moose from the window of the condo, which was an added bonus!

Location is perfect for skiing, so perfect, front desk was always helpful.

Excellent communication. Excellent location. Paid for garage parking, but it was full. No big deal however, the property allowed us to park in a common area for free the first night. Found parking spot we paid for the next day. There was some trash left in the cans from previous guest. The place needs some cosmetic maintenance. Refrigerator was kind of loud. Altogether price was high, but would’ve been lower had we thought to book directly through them.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy studio in Breckenridge! The location couldn't be more perfect—right by the ski lift and just a short walk to downtown, which made exploring the shops and restaurants so easy. It’s a great spot for anyone looking for a ski getaway or just a peaceful retreat in Breckenridge. Highly recommend!

Exactly as expected. Perfect for two people who are comfortable with each other. Loved the location and view. Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Perfect location & amazing views

We absolutely loved this place!! It was so close to Main Street that everything was only a 5 minute walk. It’s definitely a ski in and ski out and was super close to the lift and bunny slopes. The view was just as great as the picture. Perfect size for 2 people. The hot tubs were very nice.

Jessica’s place was perfect for us for a long weekend stay. Bed and pillows were comfy, we had everything we needed in the unit and the view from the bedroom window was awesome. Great location…walk to town and restaurants in a couple of minutes. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Excellent space for a couple

Had a great stay, this is a place best for a couple, maybe a third person to be most comfortable. It’s located in a prime area for skiing and for summer trips, being next to Main Street (shopping) AND the mountain (skiing). Communication with the owners was superb. The amenities are awesome. Would definitely stay again.Highly highly recommend getting a parking spot, it’ll be a tight squeeze for full size trucks.

Great place to visit

This property was clean and cozy. It had all the things we needed at the property - even cooking spray for our morning breakfast each day which was great! The bed was extremely comfortable too! The amenities at the Villages were awesome and super relaxing after a busy day to go to the hot tub. The workout facilities and pool table/game area was super clean and fun as well! We would 100% return to this location. The location of the condo itself is just as it describes - right in the heart of breckenridge making it super easy to get to all the places. It was short drive to some beautiful hiking areas well. I thought worth it to have paid extra for parking spot too.

2 night getaway

Perfect location in Breckenridge. Had a wonderful stay in this clean, well maintained studio. Host sent many messages so no part of the process was a surprise. If anything they sent more messages than needed. Only small complaint is that it was a hot summer day and the portable AC provided wasn’t able to keep it as cool and quiet as we would have liked to sleep. Overall great stay.
