The photos are true to the condo and ocean views unlike other places we have stayed. A quick jot down the stairs and you are on the beach. The kitchen was more than ready for cooking meals, for once we didn’t need to go shopping for cooking utensils! The hosts are great and very friendly, overall a fantastic place to stay!

The location was absolutely perfect. We loved being on quiet 30A but close enough to the activities of PCB. The condo was extremely clean and matched the pictures and descriptions. The owners instructions and directions were spot on and they were very responsive to questions. We enjoyed our anniversary trip and will definitely be back to this location. It was perfect!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Dolphin condo (Seamist Unit 10) and would definitely consider staying here again. The location was excellent, the condo was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and it made for a relaxing getaway as we celebrated our 40 wedding anniversary. There are just a few small things that, if addressed, would make the experience even better for future guests. It would be helpful if the condo provided a few more bath towels and washcloths, with an extra supply of laundry detergent for longer stays. Having enough of these basic necessities on hand would be greatly appreciated by renters. We noticed a few minor maintenance issue such as the under eve flaking on the patio and a crack in the living room ceiling, but nothing that affected our overall enjoyment of the stay. Taking care of these small issues would enhance future guest experiences. Overall, we had a great visit and truly enjoyed our time here. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo.
This is a great location between Rosemary beach and Seagrove. Dillons beach services was easy to contact to reserve our chairs for set up and take down. Highly recommend looking for a place with private beach access in this area.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, with direct beach access just steps away, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful white sand and emerald water every day. The home was clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Inlet Beach!

Jessica’s place was perfect for our beach getaway! Beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was the little touches in the condo that make this place one of the best we have ever stayed at. A perfect location in 30A. We thoroughly enjoyed daily bikerides to Aly's Beach and Rosemary Beach. There's a beautiful private beach in front of the condo. Inside, the condo is exactly as photographed in the listing and our family of 4 was very comfortable during our stay. We will not hesitate to book again with Jessica when we come back to 30A!

Loved staying at the Dolphin! Perfect for our girls trip but want to take my husband and kids in the future! It had everything you needed and more. It was very clean and exactly as described. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean at all times of day. Jessica was very responsive and communicated well before and during the trip.

We had a fabulous stay at Jessica’s condo! Amazing view, clean space, perfect location, and the bed was extremely comfortable (hard to find). The beach space felt very private & family friendly. It’s a short run, bike, or drive over to downtown rosemary for breakfast and shopping! I’ve stayed in this building twice now and will definitely be back. Communication with the host was very clear & helpful!

Beautiful home. True to description. Ocean views were beautiful. Very quiet area. Best part was that you could hear the ocean waves from the balcony. Home was very clean and cozy. Loved watching the sunrises and sunsets each day. Home was well stocked with any kitchen supply you would need. We loved our stay.

Condo was well equiped with everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The sunset view was spectacular! Central location convenient to everywhere we were going. Had the sugar sand beach pretty much to ourselves. Were actually able to catch the sunrise aswell
Perfect place to relax. Wonderful views and phenomenal beach. No need to go anywhere. Close to all places, Gallionssuper recommended. I would gladly return to rent this place to disconnect from everyday life.

I loved this place so much I am already planning to return in the spring. The condo was just as described and perfectly decorated. The beach and water are very beautiful. There are also many restaurants and things to do nearby.

We loved the location with it being close to all the hotspots on 30A but away from the crowd. The property was clean and had all the amenities listed. We definitely recommend and would love to stay here again.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Very clean and looked just like the pics. Very comfortable. Perfect size and beautiful view. Everything we needed. Host was very responsive and helpful. I always worry about cleanliness but this was one of the cleanest! The only problem I had was the view from the balcony was too beautiful and peaceful so I didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back!
