We had an amazing stay at this condo in 30A! The condo was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—right on the beach, very close to restaurants, shopping, and everything the area has to offer. The condo was exactly as described, well maintained, and felt like home from the moment we arrived. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and everything was organized. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in 30A!

Though the space is wonderful for a young family on vacation, it's a perfectly dreamy spot for 2! With the porch, view, proximity and access to the beach and bike path there really couldn't be a better spot. We will request to stay here again due to the location, amenities, cleanliness, host communication and coziness of the condo.

The location is unbeatable. We loved walking out to the beach each morning and being slightly removed from the crowds down at Alys /Rosemary. But we were easily able to get there for dinner and drinks! We would love to stay here again in the future! Thank you Jessica!

The unit is perfect for access to the beach with wonderful views of the beach from the private balcony. Truly a great spot for beach lovers. The bike trail is right in front of the location, too.

Thanks for a wonderful stay! This property was actually cleaner and better looking in person than in the pictures! Very clean, inside and out, gracious hosts who communicated frequently and clearly. Excellent location, near shopping and excellent dining. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful, beachfront location with close proximity to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Seaside. The unit is clean and has everything you need for your stay. This condo is a gem. The views are wonderful, the condo is clean and comfortable, and the location is tucked away on a quiet spot on 30A. This was our second stay at Seamist and everything was great. Jessica communicated with us during the trip and was quick to respond with any of our questions. We will be back.

This beachfront condo was great. The host was very informative and communicated well with instructions on how to gain access to the condo and also gave several suggestions on what to do in the area. It was clean and the decor was very bright & cheerful. The porch was wonderful, especially the double chaise lounge with unobstructed views of the beach. We enjoyed sitting out there with the breeze. The beach ramp has several steps that might be a concern for people with walking issues (not us). The sand was soft & white and if you scuff your feet makes a squeaking sound. The beach wasn't crowded like some neighboring beaches. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and appliances if you wanted to eat in. The bathroom was a nice size with lots of towel bars and storage areas for your personal items. On site parking was nice. It was centrally located. A short drive to Alys, Rosemary, Seaside and Santa Rosa Beach. For us, the only issue we had was the denium couch. The cushions & pillows lacked stuffing making it difficult for "older people" to get up from. It felt like dirty worn stretched out jeans that needed a hot washing to regain it's shape. Other than that, we had a great stay on 30A.

Great stay for our family of four! The balcony view was stunning, the condo was clean and comfortable, and parking was easy. We especially loved the private beach—it was much less crowded than many of the other beaches along 30A which we really liked. Also, the lounger on the patio was perfection and now I want one :-) We would definitely return!

I brought my mom and sister for a girl’s get away. They’re already planning on coming back with their respective spouses. The place was spotless, peaceful, quiet, cozy… all the good adjectives. About a 15 minute drive to seaside amphitheater with food, cute shops and airstream row. There’s a walking/running/biking trail right outside the apartment. I’ve stayed on many different gulf beaches and finally found the one I’ll be returning to. It’s close enough to all the tourist spots for food etc but secluded enough to actually be able to enjoy the gorgeous BEACH without the crowds.

Jessica's condo at Inlet Beach is a perfect spot to enjoy the Emerald Coast. We were steps away from the private beach, and had wonderful views from our balcony. The condo was cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. We were fortunate to have great weather while we were there at the end of March. I would definitely recommend Jessica's place.

We enjoyed our stay at Seamist! It was beautiful and right on the beach. Access to the beach was right out our door. The condo was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. We had one issue with opening our door. We contacted Jessica and she got back to us immediately, solved the issue and we were very thankful. Jessica was very responsive to all of our needs and responded to our questions quickly. I would love to return to this condo. We would definitely vacation there again!

My daughter and I had such a relaxing vacation here. The area wasn’t touristy, which made it feel peaceful and authentic, yet everything we needed was close by. It was so nice being able to walk down to the beach in just minutes and then head back up to the house with ease whenever we wanted. The home was comfortable, clean, and had all the essentials. We felt safe, welcome, and truly able to unwind. We will absolutely stay here again!
