Would love to stay again. Only criticism we have is the completely empty fridge upon arrival. I expected bottled water at least. Felt a little cold.

Jessica condo is great place if you planning to visit the area. Right on the beach, nice porch overlooking the beach. Very clean, as described, a lot of good restaurants in 10-15 min range. Highly recommended.

Nice get a way for two! Beautiful beach!

My mom and I booked this spot for our birthday trip, and it exceeded expectations! The pictures are 100% accurate, and the place wasn't just spotless—it smelled fresh and clean the second we walked in. The location is super close to the beach, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Jessica was an exceptionally responsive host. Our only regret is not staying longer, but we’re already planning to come back for a full week next year! Thank you for sharing your home with us; it truly felt like a home away from home.

Beautiful condo right on the beach!! Enjoyed our stay on the first floor. Even on rainy days we were able to enjoy the beauty of the beach! Would recommend for a relaxing get away!

This was a last minute birthday/anniversary trip that we decided we wanted to be by the beach. Let me tell you this place is perfect! As soon as we walked in you saw the water! You opened the glass slide door you heard the water! You walked out just a few steps down the stairs you were directly on the beach! We loved it because we had stayed at another condo back in May and it was nothing like this one! My husband was like this will be a repeat!

You really can’t beat this beachfront property, especially with small kids! We opted for this one because of its short walk to the beach and are so glad we did. It would not have been the same vacation without the ease of access. One of our kids wasn’t feeling great off and on during our stay and it was so easy for one of us to have beach days with our older kid while the other stayed back with the younger, while still relaxing on the back patio overlooking the ocean. I would absolutely stay again, our kids are already ready to be back! Pure heaven!

It was amazing to wake up and walk into the kitchen and see the beach! Beautiful location and peaceful and perfect view. Incredible sunsets sitting on the beach, dolphins every day, and peaceful. We are definitely coming back!!

Rente este apartamento por el cumpleaños de mi esposo y nos a encantado , todo muy limpio , buena hubicacion y lo Más cómodo la terraza tiene vista para la playa , era solo bajar las escaleras y estabas en la playa, hermosa vista, nos sentamos en la terraza y se sentía lo relajante sonido de las olas del mar , nos a encantado , lo recomiendo muchísimo, su vuelo lo volveremos a rentar

Amazing beach front property! We really enjoyed our stay.

I’ve stayed in this unit before and so far it’s my favorite place on 30A. The walk out access to the beach is amazing and well worth it. You feel right at home when you stay here. Jessica is a wonderful host and makes sure you have everything you need before you arrive and during your stay. It’s a magical place and we’ll definitely be back!

Perfect in every way possible. Beautiful condo, beautiful beach and wonderful hosts. We could not have asked for a more perfect, relaxing stay with zero issues.

Best location and experience!

This was our second time staying here and it was the absolute best yet again! Perfect location, clean condo, and had everything we needed to make it the perfect week! We love staying here and even our kids say they will only stay in this condo! You can’t beat the close and easy beach access! We’ve stayed at many places the past 15 years and this is our favorite by far!!

FANTASTIC condo!! Absolutely loved the location…beach literally in the “backyard”, quiet, comfortable, so easy to get around to all the other beachside communities in a short drive. Will try bikes next time. ;) Jessica was extremely communicative and proactive with sharing information about the condo as well as lots of helpful tips about things to do in the area. Condo was very clean and comfortable (no coffee provided so be sure to bring your own). Thank you for a wonderful stay, will definitely be back!!

We loved that the beach was literally right outside the back door. We liked that we didn’t have to fight people for a spot on the beach. The washer and dryer made all the difference. Really enjoyed the stay!

This was the perfect spot for our first beach trip as a family of four. Our littlest ones really enjoyed themselves. Everything was clean and perfect. We hope to return!

We had an amazing stay at this condo on 30A! The unit was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and very well appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The gulf views were absolutely stunning, and we loved how convenient the location was to the beach. Jessica was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, making everything easy from booking to check-in. You can tell she truly cares about her guests having a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway on 30A!

Jessica’s place is absolutely perfect. We loved the location in between towns for a quieter experience with less crowds, but still an easy 5-10 min drive to amazing restaurants. The views from the condo were unmatched, and being able to simply walk out to the beach was so convenient. The entire place was sparkling clean, cozy, and had everything we needed plus so many thoughtful touches. My daughter loved sleeping with the giant stuffed turtle in the bunk bed and playing with the magna tiles, and I loved drinking coffee on the patio overlooking the ocean. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and are already looking forward to coming back every year!

Our family had a wonderful stay! We loved the beautiful views, the easy beach access, and how close everything was. Great restaurants, shops, and plenty to do nearby. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing family trip, and we would absolutely stay here again!

LOVE LOVE this location, private, safe, easy beach access, we love the beach view and beach is steps away. The bed was super comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, & cozy living room area perfect for relaxing on the couch. They condo was a few minutes away from Alys & Rosemary, 10 min from seaside. Keypad entry made check in a breeze! Washer and dryer was SUPER handy to catch up on laundry before checkout. I loved this condo and would totally book again. Tidy. Clean. Safe, breath taking views.

What a great find on 30a! Perfect location right on the beach and still close enough to Rosemary and Seaside. Will definitely be returning here!

Everything about this place was wonderful. The amazing beachfront view. Just right on the beach. Nothing but pure paradise. The location was beautiful and made our stay really special. We loved waking up to the ocean every day and having such a peaceful place to relax. We will definitely be back. Great location, looking forward to staying again in the future.

Great place right on the beach! The space is clean and perfect for small families or couples. It a perfect driving and walking distance from many restaurants and stores. Really enjoyed being able to walk down to the beach and that it was super peaceful.

We had the best stay! The location really is ideal and you can't beat being just steps away from the beach. It was so relaxing to sit on the back patio and listen to the waves. The condo itself is comfortable and perfect for couples. I would highly recommend for a romantic get away!

Excellent location. This is one of the most beautiful beaches we have been too. We loved being able to walk right out the back door. Everything looked like the photos and the entire area is lovely. The space was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen has all appliances you would need to cook. Everything was up to date and easy to use. We would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Seamist was outstanding. We loved everything about it. It is beautiful, clean, well appointed. We were in the downstairs unit which we loved for its easy access to the beach and ease in unloading our car. The view of the water and the sound of the waves was soothing. I imagine the upstairs unit have A better view but the convenience of the ground floor unit could not be beat. Loved this accommodation and the communication from our host was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back! The ocean view and beach access- right out the back door, can’t be beat! The patio was so perfect that we ended up cooking most of our meals, so that we could enjoy the view. Just beautiful!

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I loved staying here and hope to be back very soon! The location can't be beat with the beach right outside your back door, and lots of local restaurants and shopping etc. Would highly recommend this place!

We had an incredible stay at Seaturtle, a beautiful first-floor condo right on the beach. Upon entering, we were greeted by a stunning view of the Gulf. The condo was bright, spacious, and perfectly decorated with a beachy theme. The living area was spacious, while the kitchen had new appliances and everything we needed. The king bed was exceptionally comfortable, and while we didn’t need the two built-in bunk beds in the hallway, they were adorable and perfect for families with young children.A thoughtful gift bag filled with toiletries added a lovely touch. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the entire unit and patio. The covered patio was ideal for relaxing in the shade, and the perfect spot for enjoying the beautiful water view and surroundings. Just steps from the back porch, we were able to walk down to the most beautiful sugar-sand beach. It was very private, with very few people around. The charcoal BBQ was just steps from the back door, adding further convenience.Communication with the owners was super easy . We did not have any issues. The owners were wonderful and provided great information. Their website included excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. We highly recommend this wonderful condo, Seaturtle. If you’re seeking a beautiful, uncrowded beach experience combined with a cozy and welcoming home, this is the perfect choice! Our four-day stay was far too short, and we will definitely return.
