Beautiful surroundings! This rental is great for two people, it is small, but all we needed to enjoy our getaway. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was a good size, sink-in worthy couches and the view was magnificent! I honestly think the best amenity was the double lounger on the deck, perfect for reading, relaxing and naps! Hosts were responsive and flexible. Loved it!

Lovely spot for anniversary getaway!

We enjoyed this condo very much! The communication with the host was excellent. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The location was very convenient. The recommended beach service was great! We love 30A and will definitely check here first for our next vacation there.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was as described,clean, neat, and well furnished. All codes were sent well ahead of time and access to everything was simple. I would definitely recommend to anyone and would return myself.

This Airbnb has many positives to offer! The beds were cozy, and despite the size of the condo, they've made excellent use of the space. It's conveniently located near numerous restaurants and cafes, all within a 5-minute drive. My wife particularly loved how clean everything was and the I like the beachfront view.

Cannot say enough great things about this place and the host. I will stay here again and I will highly recommend to anyone wanting an amazing beach experience. The view is the best and the place is so comfortable. Jessica is the perfect host.

This was our second time booking with Jessica. The place has everything you need, and being right on the water is the key to a fun beach experience, particularly with children. (Is there anything more demoralizing than schlepping things across sand?)

Awesome Condo

This is a great location to relax and recharge. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need. The best part is the covered deck that has excellent views and can be used rain or shine. Third time here and will be back.

Peaceful Beachfront!

Great location and views on 30A right on the beach! Easy bike ride or car hop to the restuarants / shops to the west or east, but the condo is away from those more crowded areas. Comfortable condo inside and especially on the deck! We plan on coming back to Seamist!

Weekend getaway

This condo was exactly what we were looking for our anniversary weekend. The location was perfect for biking and enjoying the beach. We enjoyed the double lounger and table on the patio to relax day and night and eat all our meals. The master bed was very comfortable and the condo was well stocked and super clean. We will be back

Perfect Spot

We loved our stay at Seamist! The lounge and table and chairs on the deck were perfect for relaxing while watching and listening to the waves. The furniture and bed were comfortable. The view was incredible. We were close to shops and restaurants. We would love to return!

Relaxing beach view

Well-appointed condo with a spectacular view. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The owners shared lots of info and recommendations that helped us as we explored the area. Highly recommend.

Nice place on 30A with a lovely beach view and access. Unfortunately, we had to contend with construction noise from home being built across the street and the closure of 30A to the west due to bridges being repaired. Our plan to use our rented bikes to experience the areas west like Seaside was for naught. Locked gate entrance to beach access was broken. Appreciated the mini shower products and detergent pods provided. Hand soap would be a welcome addition in kitchen and bath, though.

The whimsical art perfectly matched the vibe of the location. The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed. The glassware and Fiestaware were perfectly suited. The furniture was comfortable and allowed plenty of seating for everyone in our group as well as family members who visited during the day. We loved the double Chase lounge on the deck. The primo aspect was the view from the deck overlooking the ocean. We could hear the waves, watch the sunrise and sunset each day. Access to the beach was easy and had a water washing station at the top of the stairs. Our 20 something grandchildren stayed with us and thought it was the best gathering place we have had. It was great and we hope to return.

We had an enjoyable stay at Jessica's place. The condo looked like the photos, was clean and well stocked. Communication with Jessica was a breeze, and she provided plenty of local recommendations for the area. Great location with beautiful beachfront views of the Gulf Coast. We'd certainly stay here again, and recommend to others!

R&R

We really like the location of this unit. And we spend most of our time on the porch (shade or sun) or in the kitchen or out on the beach. The kitchen is easy to use and well furnished and we enjoy eating in most of the time. Sitting on the porch, reading or watching the water and the wildlife is a great way to unwind. A trip out to Buddy's Seafood Market and we were all set for a shrimp feast! When sunset comes, you can go out to the landing at the top of the stairs and be social with other friendly guests, or just watch the show from the balcony. Beautiful way to end the day!

We stayed in #6, the view was amazing and the place was spotless with a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and nice furniture. Jessica provided all the information we needed about the local area, restaurants, attractions, things to do etc. And was very responsive to all our needs. The front door lock on #6 is a little tricky, the way to open it is punch in the code, then count 1 potato, 2 potato, 3 potato then lift up on the handle and watch for the green light, when you see it push down on the handle and the door will open. If you punch in the code and immediately try to open the door it will not work. We truly enjoyed staying there and hope to go back. Jessica could not have done a better job.

Great beach access!!

Loved this property! Great access to the beach and places to eat. Publix is only 2 miles away. My husband and I were able to run 6 miles on the bike/walking paths and it was wonderful. Owners provided dishwasher and laundry soap and responded quickly when I had a question about the coffee maker. Highly recommend for a couple or a family with two young children.

Fall Break was amazing!

Great location! Away from the bustle of Seaside, close to Publix. Watched dolphins as I enjoyed my morning coffee on the covered porch on the second floor. The view was perfect. Nicely furnished and very clean. Our hosts provided everything we needed for a wonderful week.

Perfect Beach Vacation!!

The property was in the best location!! We loved the easy access to the expansive, beautiful white beach. The condo was very well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owners were timely with all communication and very informative!!

What a heavenly spot on a gorgeous and private section of beach. My daughter and I loved our four-night stay here. I enjoyed the comfortable lounge on the balcony where I could read and have morning coffee. My daughter loved the bunk beds. It was very nice to have such an easy walk to the beach - no problem running back up to the room for a drink or to grab snacks. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well appointed. Jessica was a great host and sent us tons of local tips and recs that were so helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful getaway

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights for our 10 yr wedding anniversary, and it did not disappoint! We saw dolphins every morning, the kitchen was very well stocked, and the sand and crystal clear water was just a few steps away. It made our first trip to Florida a memorable one.

Glimpse of paradise 🌴

Wow! For lack of another word. This place is so amazing, awesome. Everything I was hoping for Right on the beach , peaceful. Loved the long walks in the morning on the white sand. My husband said the bed was extremely comfortable. Lounger on the patio was one of his favorites. We definitely will be back . I hope sooner than later! Thanks Jessica your prompt precise instructions and communication added to the wonderful time we spent at your place. The area was the best along 30A.

Beach Getaway

This place is just perfect for a get away to see the beautiful clear ocean! Love waking up and having coffee on the porch and watching the waves. Fantastic view. Clean, well stocked, convenient to other attractions, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Great stay!

Great location - right on the beach

We had a great time at Seamist #6. It has a cute cottage feel and vibe. The absolute best is the double lounger on the deck where you can relax listening to the sounds of the waves and birds. Totally what we wanted and the place delivered. Just steps to the beach, yet high enough to watch the dolphins, pelicans and other beach life. Nearby are plentiful options for dining and activities. Would recommend and if we are in the area again, will definitely stay again.

Oceanfront with a View!

Right on the beach! And what a View! Spent each morning on the balcony eating breakfast and watching the dolphins swim by! Great location!

Fantastic Ocean Front View/Very Old Furniture!

Location is great. Condo was clean. Extra large old furniture through out the condo. Two faded over-size couches, a large square ottoman/coffee table, three wooden chairs and two faded over-size footstools took up the entire living space. Furniture from glass sliding door to the footstools under the bar. Was not possible to sit down or walk around in between the furniture. Patio furniture on the deck was new and very enjoyable. Bed linens and bath towels were warn out and faded. Very disappointed !

Fabulous view

We had a great stay! Perfect view! We enjoyed the covered porch and sunbed despite rain and wind. Condo was well stocked and clean. Hosts were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Great info provided on local businesses, restaurants and things to do!

Great weekend spot for the wife and I.

The rental was in a great location. The views are top notch. Great unit coupled with great communication.

We plan to stay here again, in fact I hope every year! After a good nights sleep on a comfy bed move to the covered deck and enjoy a big soft lounge chair or bar height table. it is the perfect spot to begin the day with a cup of coffee and a book. It is also a great way to end the day as well. We were just steps from the beautiful beach. It is just a short drive to shopping and dining in either direction. A new favorite place to eat for us was Stinky's Fish Camp.

Great place steps from the Gulf!

The place was exactly as expected. Loved the deck that we enjoyed our meals each day. Comfy lounge for two in addition to the table and four chairs. Quality outdoor furniture. The inside also has comfy furniture and the bed mattress was perfect. Weather was cooler first two days, but the weather was warm for the remainder. Loved the private beach.
