Wonderful!

Loved the unit and the location. Michaell was super responsive to all questions. His suggestions for restaurants were spot on as well. Only thing I would suggest is to add a box fan for people like me who like a little noise when they sleep.

Very accommodating

Host provided lots of information and kept in touch throughout the process. The condo was very convenient to get in and out of on the ground floor. This location is close enough to downtown Jackson Hole without being in all the hustle at the end of the day!

Woodsy Respite

The perfect condo for my family of four (two elementary age children). Great communication from our hosts. Effortless check-in and check-out. Clean, cozy, well stocked home.

Review

Great location and clean. WiFi was spotty the first couple days but was consistent remainder of time. Neighbors above us and to our west in unit 7 smoked on their patios. Although indirectly related to our unit it directly impacted us while occupying the patio as we are non-smokers. Luckily the groups that smoked were only overlapped our stay for two nights.

Our family had SUCH a great experience at this condo! The view from the back porch is beyond incredible, the photos truly don’t do it justice. We loved being able to walk right from the back porch to the beach every morning. The condo was clean, stocked, and very cute (our toddlers adored the dolphin and sea turtle decor). We did have to purchase cooking oil and seasonings, so plan ahead grocery-wise! Otherwise, everything we needed was included (towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, etc). Jessica is great with communication and providing recommendations. Wouldn’t change a single thing about this trip, and I hope we’re able to return!!

Perfect for two

This was booked as a last minute trip for my husband and I. It turned out perfect for us. The condo had what we needed. Close to the water and easy access from the first floor.

Location location location

Excellent communication and just a described. Easy to find , park, and get to downtown, the parks, village, etc. would definitely stay again.

Why stay at a hotel when you can have your own place ON the beach? The perfect size, location, and price. Clean, cute, appointed with everything you need and close to everything. Ocean view the minute you open the front door. I had several zoom meetings on the deck with the ocean in view—couldn’t be better!

This was an excellent place to stay. We had a last minute change of plans and we booked the same day. Jessica was responsive, and couldn’t ask for a better location. We found the place to have all the necessary amenities. The cleanliness left things to be desired, but Jessica was responsive to the reports. Would recommend others to stay here.

Perfect beach vacation spot

Imagine going to the beach and actually staying ON the beach! I’ve never stayed at a more perfectly convenient location than this. From unloading the car to walking out to the beach, just simply perfect.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a great location right on the beach but still close to town. The hosts were very detailed in their messages of check in and it was a great getaway as we were passing through. It was ideal to have a private beach!

Wonderful place to stay in Breck with a nicely stocked kitchen, sparkling white sheets and towels, and a beautiful view.

Our stay was short but Jessica helped us overcome a small hiccup in a timely manner so I would say overall the stay was very pleasant.

The place was great! The private beach was amazing and had plenty of space on the beach itself to have some privacy to yourself. Having the short 30 second walk to the beach with two younger kids was exactly what we were looking for. When coming back we will definitely look to stay here again next time!

We've stayed in various rooms over the past 15 years. The Dolphin Room, by far, represents the best of what we love about the Seaside Condos. We couldn't have been happier!

Wonderful Condo, Great location

The condo was perfect for our stay. Easy check in. Very clean. Great communication with host. Stocked with the basics for everything you need. Excellent location to Grand Teton National Park, Teton Village, Downtown Jackson and Yellowstone. There is a Market and restaurant in the complex. We saw some wildlife while walking around the complex, including Moose, fox and deer. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy condo in best location for Teton & Jackson area

Thank you for sharing your sunny bear condo with my family. We found it to be incredibly comfortable, inviting and spacious for our family of four with room for more. We loved how it was centrally located and allow us to bike to Teton Village or short drive to downtown Jackson. We only stayed a couple nights and are already planning a longer return visit possibly in the winter months.

Cozy, luxury retreat by the Grand Tetons

What an idyllic mountain home! We arrived after a long day of travel and proceeded to sleep better than we had in ages. The next morning, while walking around the beautiful neighborhood, we saw moose and foxes. A beautiful, luxury retreat - we hope to have a chance to return again soon!

Comfortable and handy location

Well stocked, clean and comfortable. Everything was in good working condition. No issues. Very good central location in Jackson Hole. The host was fantastic. They provided excellent local insight and resources which helped us get the most out of our first trip to Jackson Hole.

Empty Nesters

We dropped our youngest child off at college and decided to spend our first week as empty nesters at the beach. The view from this unit is amazing. We loved the balcony and the ease of getting to the beach. Wonderful trip!

2 night getaway

Perfect location in Breckenridge. Had a wonderful stay in this clean, well maintained studio. Host sent many messages so no part of the process was a surprise. If anything they sent more messages than needed. Only small complaint is that it was a hot summer day and the portable AC provided wasn’t able to keep it as cool and quiet as we would have liked to sleep. Overall great stay.

The village at Breckenridge is always a great place to stay, close to everything you need, it provides a relaxing and peaceful serenity to reside in during your stay. You can never go wrong at the village. Jessica and her husband were great hosts, Very responsive and friendly the entire time.

My family stayed in the #3 Seaturtle unit and we couldn’t have been more pleased! The location was perfect especially during the 4th of July (high traffic on 30A)! The condo itself was clean, well decorated, and fully stocked for our needs. We loved the ground floor unit and the convenient access to the beach. We’ve stayed in other high rise condos but always felt disconnected from the beach. The Seaturtle was perfect! We had a relaxing and memorable vacation and will be back! The owners were easy to get in touch with and very easy to work with.

Very nice. Clean amazing location. Good communication with Michael Taylor. Highly recommend but for two people only a little tight for more than that.

Great stay

This was our first time visiting Breckenridge and the property was great! It was a short walk from Main Street which allowed us to walk around, enjoy restaurants, and explore. The unit itself was cute! Just enough space for 2. It was clean, updated and nice! The check in process was easy and very well communicated. Any questions were quickly addressed and the owner reached out after check in to ensure everything was up to our standards. The room was a little warm but there is a portable AC unit to use. Overall a great time and I would recommend.

Perfect Stay for a Couple!

Pros: - House greeting card with condo info (wifi password, rules, etc), complimentary water bottle, stickers, and other goodies. (Just a nice cherry on top!) - Very kind & informative hosts gave plenty of information about the condo itself and the surrounding area over email, text, and even phone calls. Gave quick responses to any questions we had. - Well stocked amenities, extra dishwasher detergent & even a small bottle of olive oil! (*They even included a bottle of champagne and chocolate strawberries to congratulate us!) Cons: - Biggest frustration was the lack of storage options. My wife and I had two suitcases, and almost every cabinet, drawer, under-bed storage drawer were filled with other items (extra bedding and towels) aside from a small cubby-style shelf and hanger space in the closet. The one large closet in the master bedroom also had a large trunk on the floor that took the space we would have used for our suitcases since there was nowhere else to store them except back in our car, or in the bunk area which is where we ended up putting them. - There were a few spots of mold on the inner shower curtain in the bathroom, one of the anchors holding in a ceiling fixture in the kitchen was backing out, and some cracked/peeling paneling on the deck walls. Although these did not effect our stay, just seeing these cleaned/fixed would definitely bring our rating up to a 5!

This was a great jumping off point for our visit to Grand Teton National Park. We saw a fox just outside the condo on our first night and that was just the beginning of several wildlife sightings in the area. Communication with the owners was excellent. The beds were super-comfy and the kitchen well-stocked-it had everything we needed!

Great Condo

Our family loved our stay! It was the perfect size and my daughter loved the window bed. The location was great..close to summer activities at Jackson Hole Resort and an easy drive into Jackson for evening fun.
