It was a wonderful getaway for our anniversary! The place was very clean and my husband absolutely loved the access to the beach.

The Moose is the perfect townhome/condo in Frisco. Great location close to main street and I-70, front door is 20 steps to the pool and hot tub, wood burning fireplace, comfortable beds, huge bathtubs and showers, fully stocked kitchen. THANKS!

The location is spectacular! Gorgeous view, so close to the beach. We were there in the off-season and it was exceptionally quiet and private. The building is definitely older and there are outside stairs to this 3rd story unit, no elevator. Interior is quite small and has been updated but the age of the unit is still apparent. We personally did not find the furniture and mattress particularly comfortable, but all necessary amenities in kitchen and bathroom were provided. Overall, if you're looking for a beautiful view and serene setting for two people, this condo gives you that in spades.

Amazing location. Super cute spot. Perfect for my husband and I. Loved being able to walk right out to the stairs from the porch and down to the beach easily. Definitely coming back!

Our stay was perfect for a quick girls trip! Walkable to everything! We enjoyed the hot tub each night as well. Jessica is super thorough and communicates quickly with any question you may have. Definitely recommend!

We had an enjoyable stay at Jessica's place. The condo looked like the photos, was clean and well stocked. Communication with Jessica was a breeze, and she provided plenty of local recommendations for the area. Great location with beautiful beachfront views of the Gulf Coast. We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and tastefully decorated. Plenty of coat hangers and dishes and a nice clean balcony sliding door. The balcony was large and well furnished with tall chairs allowing for a great view of the gulf. We hope to stay again soon. Note: Hwy 30A is closed for 6 months until April 2024 between inlet beach and seaside for construction which presented a few inconveniences and time delays for biking and in the car.

This was my first time to the Pan Handle and Jessica's place was perfect for our retreat. Beach access was a great selling point, kitchen was equipped, and all of the other building occupants were pleasurable as well. The bush could be a little shorter to see more of the sunset from the deck, but the walk to the landing was a fine tradeoff. We will definitely return to this location!

We really like the location of this unit. And we spend most of our time on the porch (shade or sun) or in the kitchen or out on the beach. The kitchen is easy to use and well furnished and we enjoy eating in most of the time. Sitting on the porch, reading or watching the water and the wildlife is a great way to unwind. A trip out to Buddy's Seafood Market and we were all set for a shrimp feast! When sunset comes, you can go out to the landing at the top of the stairs and be social with other friendly guests, or just watch the show from the balcony. Beautiful way to end the day!

We stayed in #6, the view was amazing and the place was spotless with a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and nice furniture. Jessica provided all the information we needed about the local area, restaurants, attractions, things to do etc. And was very responsive to all our needs. The front door lock on #6 is a little tricky, the way to open it is punch in the code, then count 1 potato, 2 potato, 3 potato then lift up on the handle and watch for the green light, when you see it push down on the handle and the door will open. If you punch in the code and immediately try to open the door it will not work. We truly enjoyed staying there and hope to go back. Jessica could not have done a better job.

We had a wonderful trip and stay. Great location…easy walk to so many things.. Condo was clean and cozy. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

Very nice condo between Jackson, Teton Village and GTNP. Perfect for a last minute trip where we didn’t want to break the bank. Kitchen was well equipped, very clean overall and definitely a host that knows how to cater to customers. Very nice linens, furniture etc. we enjoyed using the wood burning fireplace. The clear directions were helpful for our arrival in the dark. Would stay here again for a quick trip to the Tetons or Jackson Hole as it is hard to find a nice clean place at this price point in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Seamist 3. We loved being just steps from the beach, which was beautiful and not crowded. We enjoyed our walks to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach and also to The Big Chill on 30A. Jessica is a great and very responsive host and responded quickly to any questions we had. We plan to return!

This was a great place to stay near Jackson and Grand Teton park. It was very clean, very comfortable, this was the nicest VRBO we've stayed in so far. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. And GT park is awesome, wish we had stayed here another day.

We had an amazing time at this condo for our trip! The only downfall was that there was construction on the road in the neighborhood so part of the road was closed. However, we made it! It was quick and easy to get to Grand Teton and Jackson!

Loved this property! Great access to the beach and places to eat. Publix is only 2 miles away. My husband and I were able to run 6 miles on the bike/walking paths and it was wonderful. Owners provided dishwasher and laundry soap and responded quickly when I had a question about the coffee maker. Highly recommend for a couple or a family with two young children.

Great location! Away from the bustle of Seaside, close to Publix. Watched dolphins as I enjoyed my morning coffee on the covered porch on the second floor. The view was perfect. Nicely furnished and very clean. Our hosts provided everything we needed for a wonderful week.

The location was amazing! The Seamist is a older building on this stretch of 30A surrounded by newly built mansions and condos. But having such easy access to the beach and amazing views from the back deck made most of those disappear. Would stay here again and considering some of Jessica’s other rentals they have on their own website.
A great place to stay as a comfy base camp for either Grand Teton NP & Jackson Hole. We saw a moose, black bear, and a fox while staying there & enjoyed walking on the rec trail at the front of the development! There’s a great French bakery within walking distance & a few good places in Wilson that we tried for more casual eats as we found Jackson more high-end & less kid friendly. Teton village is very close to The Bear condo & very easy to access as well.
