On third floor,great view of the beach. If rain is expected, bring outdoor cushions inside,takes forever to dry. The weather for our stay was not the best, not the property fault

We had a great stay! Perfect view! We enjoyed the covered porch and sunbed despite rain and wind. Condo was well stocked and clean. Hosts were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Great info provided on local businesses, restaurants and things to do!

I really enjoyed my stay at Jessica's. The house was as described, very tidy, and had a full kitchen. I picked this location for proximity to the mountain and ease of access to the START bus route (5 min walk to pickup/drop off). Getting over to the town of Jackson is a piece of cake as well. Jessica was nice enough to notify me in advance that cell service can drop off in the area so provided written instructions that took me directly to the house. Thank you, Jessica!

Fun in Breck

Great place. Close to Main St and great view. Easy walk to lift and close to gondola also👍

Beautiful place directly next to other guests but felt quiet and private

Perfect location for this place. Just 10-15 minutes from Jackson Hole square and was such a cozy place. Has enough spots to sleep 6-8. Will definitely return!

This Condo was very cozy and inviting. Jessica was very proactive in sending out information and answered any questions we may have had in advance. Everything was made easy. I appreciated the suggestions she gave for local places and how she went the extra mile to give specific directions in case we got lost. Thanks for a great trip!

Cannot beat the location. Jessica was always available—got me in hours early on check in. Place matches exactly pics and description. No need for a car there—everything is walkable. First time to Breckenridge and this place made it a wonderful experience. Thank you!!

Great location to stay for skiing

This was by far our best beach vacation for our family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds! You’re literally a minute’s walk from the beach and the ocean is your entire view from the condo. You just walk right out and down the boardwalk and you’re there. It doesn’t get any easier than that!!! Better than the pictures. Don’t even think about it - just book it!

Breck condo vacation

Had a wonderful vacation in a wonderful condo, everything was as it should be, and the owners were informative and helpful. The description for this condo is spot on. The location is slopeside and the amenities are excellent. Will stay again! 5 stars.

We plan to stay here again, in fact I hope every year! After a good nights sleep on a comfy bed move to the covered deck and enjoy a big soft lounge chair or bar height table. it is the perfect spot to begin the day with a cup of coffee and a book. It is also a great way to end the day as well. We were just steps from the beautiful beach. It is just a short drive to shopping and dining in either direction. A new favorite place to eat for us was Stinky's Fish Camp.

Great place steps from the Gulf!

The place was exactly as expected. Loved the deck that we enjoyed our meals each day. Comfy lounge for two in addition to the table and four chairs. Quality outdoor furniture. The inside also has comfy furniture and the bed mattress was perfect. Weather was cooler first two days, but the weather was warm for the remainder. Loved the private beach.

Place was cozy and well stocked. Unfortunately one of the shower heads was broken so our group of 6 had to take turns with the other bathroom. It was also fairly hot in the smaller bedroom because of it's proximity to the boiler. Besides those two things the rest of the condo was very nice. Would stay again (assuming the shower was fixed, of course).

Cozy, comfy condo

Ideal location a short walk from the shops and restaurants of main street Frisco, in a quiet neighborhood backing up to a lovely stream. The condo is nicely appointed; the pictures are accurate. Occasional noise from upstairs neighbors. The kitchen had all of the hardware I needed to cook dinners. The hosts were very responsive to questions. We would stay here again.

Couldn't be more perfect!

Perfect location - just 40 second walk in ski boots to the lift. Restaurants and everything else that you might want in Breckenridge is just outside your door. Jessica and Michaell provide everything including top notch communication and beautiful decorations.

We just love the location so so much, it's exactly what we are looking for. So relax and unwinding.

Perfect Location

The views from the unit are amazing, steps away from the beach. The condo was clean, extremely comfortable for the two of us. Both the beds and pillows are very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Jessica was there for us if we needed anything, and helped with one small issue we had. Thank you

This was the first time I ever rented a property on VRBO and all I can tell you is that this place has set the bar super high. The location of this condo exceeded my expectations, it’s in the middle of everything (literally). The room was a modern, clean and cozy stay not to mention the GLORIOUS view the room has of the mountains . I sometimes found myself looking out the window for minutes just taking it all in . To be honest just what me and girlfriend were looking for a week up In the mountains. I was very impressed with the hosts and how quick they get back to you with any questions you need answered . Jessica and Michaell you guys were awesome. We can’t wait to come back and visit again .

This was the perfect place for a quick ski getaway. The condo was so convenient to the slopes as well as everything on Main Street just like the description says. Also, the bed, linens, pillows, and blanket were so comfortable. I highly recommend this place for an amazing Breckenridge vacation.

Perfect get away

Wife and I took a short trip for a get away and it couldn’t have been better. Pictures don’t do it justice!

The beach condo was exactly as we expected when we booked. Views from the living room and deck were great - perfect for the sunset. All of the little towns were easy to get to by car/bike. Inside the condo was nicely equipped with everything we needed. Door code worked well for flexible check in and parking out front was always available in the condo lot. Would stay here again.

Great place to crash while skiing JH. Enough in the kitchen to cook simple meals and plenty of room for guests.

Beautiful, peaceful little gem on 30a. Small beachfront condos are slowly disappearing as the luxe condos and houses buy them out. We felt lucky to get to stay in a reasonably priced, cute little condo that was perfect for the two of us. The location, view, deck/patio and beach couldn't be better. Would definitely book again. Host Jessica is super responsive and friendly with a very helpful guidebook. Pros: King bed was very comfortable. Cons: very small bedroom Bathroom clean, plenty of towels Microfiber sheets (cotton please!) Bath Basics provided Bring extra TP/paper towels Kitchen dishes and tools decent No dish towels, knives just ok Plastic wrap/basic Tupperware--YAY Very comfy living room and deck. Bring a good big skillet Great location and view Super nice hosts

Loved this condo! Steps away from a private beach that didn’t make you feel like you had to plan your entire day around getting to/from the beach/condo which was extremely helpful having an unpredictable toddler. Extremely walkable and peaceful! Highly recommend this condo for couples or small families!
