This is hands down the best beach location! The unit was perfect for my family and we could not beat the easy beach access with a toddler. Cannot recommend enough! We will definitely be coming back!

Great place!

What a view and so convenient to the water! I feel like it was perfectly located between Rosemary and Seaside. Like others mentioned the furniture is too big for the space but the bed and couches are comfortable. Great communication as well.

This condo was clean, true to advertisement, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this location.

This condo and location were fantastic! My husband and I came for a week and loved every minute. From being just steps away from the beach and the location from all the other towns were just perfect. Jessica was great with communication and check in was a breeze. Be prepared that they only provide 2 rolls of toilet paper and there were no beach towels provided. Other than that, no complaints. Will for sure be back!

This place is a great find! private condo beach and only a couple of miles from cute shops and restaurants. We rented bikes for our stay and had no issue getting around with them. The place is also very comfortable and the view is spectacular!

I don’t leave reviews… but this was a stay worth leaving a review for. It’s a home away from home it’s a cozy stay wether you’re with a group of friends or with family. The beds are comfortable , the living spaces are a great place to hang and enjoy your time. The creek behind this stay is an amazing way to wake up. Having a garage is so handy to be able to store anything extra. The amenities like the hot tub and sauna were a highlight on a cold and snowy weekend. To anyone who is looking to stay here. Just do it. Stop looking. This is your stay! Jessica is an amazing host and my next vacation to colorado will be here again.

Excellent location, convenient to everything and directly on the beach. Hosts are very communicative and provide a ton of great details and helpful tips. Space was clean and very usable. Great experience, would recommend.

This is a great location! Super cozy, great kitchen. Fun location. Near a bunch of fun things to do. While here we hiked the Tetons and Yellowstone and flew out of idaho falls! 10/10 would be back. The reading nook/ bed is my favorite thing ever

This condo is beautiful with so many little touches of home! The view is fabulous and walking out to the beach is the way to go. We enjoyed the balcony everyday. The condo was very clean and the communication was 6 stars. I would love to stay at this condo again.

20th Anniversary Getaway

The perfect location

The location of the property is perfect with an incredible view for a relaxing get-away. Although a bit dated, the condo was immaculately clean and comfortable. The balcony chase lounge was especially wonderful for taking in the view!

We had a great stay at Seamist! Jessica and Michael were great hosts as well (directions, instructions, responsive to questions, etc.). The location was our first time staying "on the beach" on 30A and looking out to the water that close. It was totally worth it. Having the family be able to walk up or down at any time without having to drive or lug any beach chairs, or pack a lunch, etc. was awesome. It literally almost made the whole trip right there. We had two nights in late April and appreciated every minute of it. The water was crystal clear and that classic emerald green (awesome creativity in life!). Will remember this spot for many years ahead and honestly would hope to come again. Thank you Jessica & Michael! Beautiful spot!

Thanks for the stay! It was a really nice place and super close to all the things we wanted to do. Teton Village is just 5 minutes away, lots of places to go on a walk or bike ride right near the condo. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely adored this little getaway! The home was so very cozy and made for the perfect relaxation spot. The home was clean and we really loved all the extra cozy blankets. Place was quiet and very accessible to the town. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cozy condo has everything you need, conveniently located

The cozy condo in Jackson was perfect for our stay. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, soap and cooking supplies as the condo had very limited items. The walls are also thin so you can hear the neighbors.

We truly loved this condo, as it had the perfect view and was super convenient to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen had almost everything we needed except for our high maintenance need of a Keurig coffee maker! The only other issue we had was that it was difficult to find Ubers/Lyfts home from nearby restaurants as early as 10pm. We only mention that as a caution to renters to make transportation plans accordingly. Obviously this had nothing to do with Jessica’s place! We hope to stay in this unit again!

We had a great stay at this condo. Comfortable place along the river. We used the hot tub, game area and sauna on a couple occasions and wished it could have stayed open later. Lots of tv channels which was a huge plus.

This condo has everything you could ask for in a 30A accommodation. The location is fantastic, both the fact that it is oceanfront and the fact that it is within an easy bike ride or car trip to nearby communities and shopping. The view from this top floor unit is beautiful and is a welcome sight each morning. My son enjoyed the neat hallway bunk bed system and all of the sea life stuffed animals that "lived" there, too. As one who cooks on vacation, I appreciated that the condo came equipped with all of the basic cookware and kitchen gadgets that I needed - from nonstick pots and pans to a baking sheet. Communication with the host was some of the best I've ever had with a rental. Jessica provided clear instructions and tons of additional information and tips that helped us get the most out of our stay. All in all, a great value and great choice if you're looking for a 30A condo.

We had a great stay in Wilson with a quick drive to the mountain to ski. This was a comfortable and well appointed condo to come back to, it is clear a lot of thought and care has gone into the rental. It was a smooth process from start to finish!

Great location with a small grocery store within walking distance, very comfortable beds and bedding, loved the fireplace, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking etc. check out was on the earlier side at 10

Stay & Housekeeping fees

Condo quality was minimal, thin walls, can hear neighbors. Housekeeping wasn’t up too par for the charge and then the owner requires you to throw out the garbage and run the dishwasher before you leave. The throw blanket was filthy but was folded up like it was clean. The parking area was muddy and full of dirt. Other than that the location was great!

Unbelievable View!

My daughter and I loved staying at this condo. We've never visited the 30A area and this location was perfect. The owners were very communicative and sent a text with all codes in one spot the day of which was super convenient. We will be back to Seamist!
