Nice but cold

Very well appointed cute condo in a great location. It really would have been perfect except the heat doesn’t work. There is a fireplace which saved us on the 2nd night. It’s February so it gets cold. The heater was set to 72 degrees but never got over 64 degrees. We slept in jackets and hats the first night. The second day we found firewood which warmed it up but as soon as the fire went out when we were sleeping the temp dropped again. It’s baseboard heating and they were cold to the touch the whole time. Contacted the owner who said to check to make sure the flue was closed which it was but no other suggestions were made. Just a side note that the condo is on the lower floor so you can hear people walking around upstairs in the bedrooms. Aside from the heat it was great and comfortable.

The condo was perfect for our trip, and the communication made it extremely straight forward and easy. It is perfectly located between town and the ski mountain. It is a comfortable and nice condo. I would definitely recommend it.

The ocean view from your private deck can't be beat!

Phenomenal location, very comfortable and hit all our needs. Even was greeted on our back porch by a moose! 10 minutes from the village ski resort and 15 minutes from downtown.

Such a sweet place to stay! Easy access to the roads. It was nice and warm once we got the heaters going. Bring firewood for your stay. Washer and dryer were so helpful to have ! Wonderful stay. Hope to go back again!

Great location, great spot!

I definitely recommend staying here! The condo was great, just as advertised, it had everything you need, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The backyard is so pretty with a creek running by it and mountain views. We even saw a moose! Location is great, next to Main Street in Frisco and only about 20 minutes to Breckenridge and Vail. Jessica and Michael were really responsive to our messages and helpful. We would stay here again.

Great location and perfect spot for 4 people!

Jessica’s place is the absolute best location at a value. The condo walks directly out to the pier to the beach. It was perfect for our trip.

This condo is great. Cozy, clean place with nice decor, and room to spread out with our kiddos. Lots of hooks to hang all of our ski clothes, and garage to store skis (not quite large enough to park our minivan in, as they keep a small shed in there…). Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes/serving platters, etc, as well as basic spices/cooking oils. Centrally located to many local ski areas :). Would definitely recommend!

Condo is located in a nice quiet area with quick access to many restaurants and activities. Rent a bike and you can ride to most areas on an excellent bike path right out your door. Can’t ask for a better view!

Excellent beach accommodations!! If you like the sound of the surf, glorious sunrise, sunset and star gazing, this is the place to go!!

This place is beautiful, cozy, and very close to the mountain and Jackson Hole. There was one night where the keypad to get in wasn't working, but we were able to get it resolved. Other than that, things were excellent. I'd highly recommend this place to others!

My wife and I, with son, enjoyed our 2 night stay. Convenient location and nice beach/access. Communication was good throughout. No issues, and the property met our expectations.

Beautiful, pristine, quiet, picture perfect! Jessica is the best host! The communication was timely and precise. The accommodations were so pretty, comfortable and clean. I could’ve stayed for months.

Even though we were aware of the ocean view, it still took our breath away when we arrived. SeaMist was a perfect place to unwind and relax after the holidays. The beach is gorgeous, we saw dolphin and rays every day as well as Sanderlings, Willet, Royal Terns and other shore & seabirds. We loved having the ocean in front, bike trail in back. Visited Grayson Beach State Park and the old Florida Fish House but really didn’t leave the condo other than that. We so enjoyed the views and the beach we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere else (other than a few bike rides on the trail). Really hoping to return next year!

We had such a good time! The interior was so cozy and comfortable! A quite place, very close to the Mainstreet. We also liked the fireplace. And the sunny afternoons! We really could recommend this wonderful condo!

We loved our stay at Jessica’s. Being a 10 minute drive from the slopes and 15 from downtown Jackson was great. Would highly recommend this cozy spot to anyone in the area!

Nice Getaway!

We really enjoyed our time and the amazing views. The condo is very well supplied, is clean and just as described. Great communication. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Very clean and tastefully decorated. She always responded promptly. Disappointed by shed in garage - couldn’t put any car in. Temp in lower level remained at 62 despite thermostat set at 90. Can readily hear people in unit above walking around. No humidifier in unit - a must for the mountains; other places we have stayed included them.

Minuses= Heating deficient downstairs, you will not freeze but you need to use a sweter downstairs. Be aware of winter and not able to use the Garage due to a huge shack inside taking a quarter of garage length. And you do need the garage in winter! Positives= Great location, near bus stop. Cleaning is perfect and condo has a great clubhouse.

Perfect little place. Easy access for heading to the MTN (literally a 7 min drive) or to the Jackson Square. Jessica is super awesome to communicate with. Additionally, Aspen Market is SO convenient. Will definitely be back!!

Amazing view but…

We enjoyed the view and location of the property. I had to report black mold in the dishwasher, sand pile on the porch, abroken screen-door and missing blind pieces. I was asked to clean the mold with bleach myself. We had to rearrange blind pieces ourselves since it was viewing everything from outside at night.

Great location with a fantastic view. Beach access directly from the building as well as easy access to restaurants and shopping (Jessica gave great recommendations). Condo had everything we needed and check-in was very easy.

Great place to stay. Good amount of space, clean, good value, close to the resort as well.

This Airbnb was fantastic and exactly what was advertised. It was the perfect for a long weekend getaway for my husband and I.

Beautiful condo with AMAZING oceanfront views. We were here during off-season so less people around but still plenty to do. Lots of restaurants and cool shops. Jessica was a great host and quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely come back!
