This is a fantastic place to stay...access to trails and restaurants. perfect for a family get together.

Cute condo in a great location. Close to everything. The only negative is the noise from upstairs. It starts at 6:30 am & does. not. stop. If you are a light sleeper who wants to sleep in, take that into consideration or bring earplugs. I know the host can’t control that, though. I was out of the apartment most days so I didn’t care for the most part. But one day I had a migraine & tried to sleep it off but couldn’t because of the noise. Other than that, I had a wonderful time!

This place was a perfect autumn getaway with my family. Outside the stream and mini wild flowers outside the porch made my week! My kids kept busy outside in the stream and the yellow aspens were just perfect! The house itself is so beautifully decorated!! The location also couldn’t be anymore perfect. Close to everything - Breckenridge, Vail, Frisco town is a short walk away. The Marina is 5 min away! The hot tubs and sauna were the perfect ending to our nights. Thank you so much guys for a wonderful stay, we can’t wait to come back!!!

Great location, right in the middle of both Grand Tetons and Jackson.

A very comfortable place close to Jackson and Grand Teton! We appreciated how welcoming the space was for our young family.

My wife and I are now spoiled from the experience of staying at this luxurious condo. We could not have asked for a better place to stay while on vacation. I’m looking forward to staying here in the near future. A+++!!!

Great view! This is directly on the beautiful white sand beach. Small space, but well used - tons of hooks for wet towels/bathing suits. Nicely decorated condo with a well-equipped kitchen. No elevator in the building, so be prepared to carry luggage up three flights of stairs.

This first morning we were there we were woke up to HUGE bull Moose running past the patio door and a mother and her baby. Later, in the neighborhood right now the road a mother bear and her two cubs. Our kids loved the environment and were super comfortable. There is more than enough room for sleeping and the washer and dryer was so nice to have with kids! We enjoyed the privacy and peace and quiet this location offered. Easy check in, key pad entry. 10-15 minutes to town… HIGHLY recommend renting e bikes and have them dropped off at the condo. Would come again, most definitely!

This place was perfect and had everything we needed. Loved the decor and the location was great. Clean with comfortable beds and strong WiFi! The store nearby was super convenient. We were able to walk there and saw some cool wildlife right outside. We’d definitely stay again if back near Jackson.

What a great place. Close to wonderful sights. Easy to get to and to Jackson Hole for great shopping. Very clean and owners are very responsive and detailed with directions and tips!! Will stay again!

Awesome Location

We loved this property. We were able to see a fox and a moose right from the condo. It was perfect for us.

Stayed for the view and beach access; expectations met

Great location by the beach with a fantastic ocean view. The place was clean and overall in good shape. Communication with the owners was helpful with clear, timely directions and responses. Perfect for a small family or couple vacation.

Wonderful location! We loved falling asleep to the sound of the creek every night. We sat on the porch and watched the creek and even enjoyed sitting on the rocks right next to the water. I absolutely loved the view walking out of the condo and into town! We went at the perfect time of the year! Perfect Fall weather and mountains lit up with golden aspens! The short 10 minute walk to Main Street shops/coffee/restaurants was perfect. It was long enough to soak up the views and short enough to seem very close. The miles long paved path through Aspen tree heaven was legitimately 1 block from the front door. Our daughter loved all the mountain themed stuffed animals and pictures all over the condo. Car parking lot immediately out front of the condo was never an issue. The garage however has a storage shed in the back and shelves on the side. It is really only long enough for maybe a compact car ie 2 door Mini Cooper, or VW Golf, etc. We had a mid sized SUV and our vehicle was a couple feet too long and one side would not be able to open their doors. A full size SUV or truck would have no chance of fitting length wise or getting doors open. I did happen to see a moose walk across the road outside the condo around dinner time. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo and we would gladly stay here again.

This was an amazing place to vacation in. It’s very close to Jackson Hole and the Grand Tetons. We loved how comfortable the condo felt :) the pillows are amazing

A great stay! Quaint little condo. Literally steps to the beach. Not crowded at all. Quiet, peaceful. Would love to visit this area again.

Great place - clean, quiet location just far enough away from town and more convenient to GTNP (or skiing at another time of year).

Unit #10 is a must if you want the best view from the balcony! If your looking for a quiet weekend get a way, this is the place. Jessica was a great host and answered quickly to any question I had. I would for sure stay here again!!

If you want the best time in CO I'm sure this is the place for you.

Great Stay

The good: Perfect spot on the beach, the steps down to the beach straight off of the patio are a rare thing, owner was communicative and helpful, bikeable to all of 30A, comfy a/c, easy access to place, good parking. Drawbacks: Not walkable to many places (but bikeable), patio sliding door needs better locking method (won't go into detail in case this review is made public). Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends.

What a wonderful place to stay! The condo was beautiful. It was decorated to fit into the area. It had many beautiful photographs and small touches with some stuffed animals here and there. The condo was clean and neat. It had everything in it that we needed. Lots of cooking utensils, dishes etc. It is located close to the downtown area of Frisco, Yet far enough away to not be bothered by the noise of traffic etc. The view out the back at the creek was so soothing. We sat out on the deck one evening and just listen to the creek roll by. Jessica sent us several texts and emails about the place. It made it easy for us to find it, to get into the condo. She really is a super host. I would recommend this place for anyone as there is enough room to sleep six or seven comfortably in beds.

Great location for our needs, quiet and comfy condo and loved having fireplace !

Great location, easy access to the bike trail and a low density use beach in front of the condo. As other reviewers have stated, there is an over abundance of heavy furniture in the unit making movement in the unit awkward. Balcony doors are fogged and the only side that opened was behind one of the large couches. Loads of kitchen supplies but no available space for our food items. Overall an acceptable rental for the week.

Amazing view and location right on the beach! My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet area--perfect for a relaxing getaway. Jessica was responsive and the check in/check out process was super easy. We did find that the condo left a little to be desired as far as cleanliness and minor upkeep issues that could be easily fixed. Overall it was a good experience.

The condo was lovely and just as described. My son enjoyed playing by the creek. We felt like at home and our host Jessica was really attentive. The location is great and just 20 min away from Breckenridge. There are great hikes EVERYWHERE. Will recommend 100%

The location is EVERYTHING! Worth every penny. If you don’t rent a car, you might want to rent bikes as there is not much within walking distance (nothing under 2 miles). The absolute cleanest and most private beach we’ve ever been to. Even on a Saturday, the beach was not crowded. We had an amazing weekend.

The condo was super clean and just the right size! Our host communicated with us very well and made sure we had the best stay. It was cozy and comfortable. A nice short drive to Jackson as well as the Tetons

This home is definitely the place to stay if you are looking for a perfect getaway. The sound of the creek was so relaxing. It was everything we expected and more! The kids had such a great time and enjoyed our stay.

GREAT host. Absolutely phenomenal communication. Even got us in a day early, the day of!!! Really great location. In Grand Teton in minutes, Jackson the same. The family upstairs is a little loud, but not deducting because if you read reviews you know that, and can have that expectation. That isn't in the host's control. And the loud is minimal. Like early in the morning, 7am, for about 45 minutes. Then again in the evening, not sure on time, maybe 6ish? Loud again for an hour or so. It's just kids running around. But if you are getting up and in the park early, who cares? Would deduct 0.25 starts because the shower, while clean, is due for an update and would better match the rest of the bathroom and house. Rate may be a little higher than some others, but the location is probably better, especially if visiting GTNP, Jackson, or Teton Village. And we saw the neighbors momma mouse and her calf like everyday, so bonus points. So sweet. Appreciate the wonderful stay.

Jessica was an amazing host. If I could give 6 stars for communication, I would! The condo was perfect. Sitting on the balcony listening to the waves was just what we needed to unwind. The beach is steps away and an uncrowded paradise. Can't wait to come back!

It’s a great location. It’s very close to grocery store, also has access to bike roads, and moose loves here. We saw a moose just outside the window the second day we stayed. And we talked with a neighbor, they saw a family of four moose around the neighborhood.
