I’m going to start out with the good. This condo is in a nice location, although I thought it was more secluded. There is a nice partial beach view from the back porch, but I would suggest getting a top floor if you can. The kitchen was clean and had all we needed. The beach is nice, not overly crowded, very family oriented. Now the bad. The condo is old, so I expected it to not look new but I did expect cleaner furnishings. It has a very old mildew smell that lingers, we had to keep spraying lysol. The other condos I walked by with their door open, I couldn’t smell that smell. The seating furniture is very outdated. Looks like it’s from the late 80s, is very faded with lots of dirty stains on it and really uncomfortable. The bed also was not comfortable at all. The lounge chairs in the back were really dirty full of dark brown stains all over so we couldn’t use those. The ac system is very loud. Especially if you have people sleeping in the front area it will keep you up a lot, we turned ours up and got hot just to block the noise. Between the ac noise, the rattling tin roof outside and the door stomps and opening and slamming of sliding doors from people above don’t plan on getting a great sleep The cheap paper shades covering the sliding door had 3-4 panels missing. We found some of them shoved behind the sofa all crinkled up. The screen door is directly facing the stairway to the beach with all the neighbors walking by so we wanted privacy and had to hang up a blanket to cover it. Also the sliding door doesn’t lock and can be pulled apart so you have to use the wood blocks in the door to stay safe. Overall I would not recommend staying here for the value as it’s way overpriced for how old, unclean and noisy it was. Kinda wish i would’ve just stayed at a hotel and paid less to get something cleaner and more safe, private. The last condo I stayed at the airbnb host was very attentive and communicated a lot and reached out to us. Although I didn’t message her and spent most of my time outside at the beach bc I didn’t want to stay in the condo, It would’ve been nice to have them check in.

I had a wonderful 4 night stay at this cozy condo. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked, the internet was strong, and the decor made it feel like home. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who wants an authentic Jackson Hole stay!

Pro: location could not be better, good size, comfy king bed, and having laundry a kitchen was great. Cons: weird smell - like maybe there was an animal in there at some point? Towels were so perfumy and stinky we bought fragrance free detergent and had to rewash them, our sheets were clean but there was somehow sand in the bed?, a/c is LOUD and rattles, couches are sunken in and old, the screen was falling off the sliding door, several dishes in the cabinets were dirty so I had to rewash everything before using. When we checked in there was sand on the barstools, the shelves in the bedroom, and several other surfaces that I feel like should have been cleaned prior to our check in. The back patio furniture was all covered in sand as well so we had to clean it all off before relaxing out there. The AC air filter was dark brown like it hadn’t been changed in a long time (I looked when trying to figure out the smell), but luckily there were more filters in there so I changed it out. Overall I don’t mind an older place if it’s well maintained and clean, which is what I was expecting by the reviews and photos. That wasn’t our experience, so I wouldn’t stay here again.

Awesome place in a great area. Not far at all from jackson. Great place to stay when you’re visiting Tetons and yelllowstone.

The little development this condo is in is quiet and full of wildlife! We came home one night to a moose sitting on the front walk way. The market at the entrance of the development is absolutely adorable and super convenient. The condo itself is spacious and well kept. We had an awesome experience here!

This is a fabulous spot if you love to hike ski or fish. Wonderful hosts and a really cosy place. Wildlife is the clincher.

This is definitely an awesome place to stay. You can easily bike to places like the Hub and Rosemary Beach/Alys Beach. Being right in the ocean is great, too. We will definitely be back!!

Jessica's condo was a fantastic place to stay for a week long trip to Jackson Hole. The space was lovely and uniquely adorned with plenty of local flare. We especially loved all of the wildlife art and photography. Checking in an out was an incredibly easy process and we highly suggest staying with Jessica for your next visit.

Perfect Getaway Destination

We had a wonderful extended weekend stay at Seamist unit #10. The unit was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We unfortunately didn’t have the best weather but having the beach access we were still able to get in plenty of beach time. We will definitely be back!

Great location and good communication from host. Place was right on the beach and easy to come and go from. The area was very busy due to spring break so Renting bikes was a necessity as Uber’s were tough to come by.

Beautiful apartment with amazing mountain and creekside views. Very cozy and comfortable living space and a great location - 5min walk into Frisco. Will definitely return here for winter ski trips or summer hiking adventures.

This is a very quaint and comfortable place right on the beach. It is in a cute little beach town with a beautiful view of the beach. There are lots of things to do close to the area

We loved staying here, the location is unbeatable. You're close to lots of great restaurants and shops but also have a more private beach with less crowds which is great for our family.

Great location and beautiful place to stay

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The window bed and bunk beds were a big hit with the kids. The bedroom mattress was extra comfortable. Everyone was able to sleep well. The touches in the condo were lovely. From maps and town info to dish soap and k-cups, all details were above my expectations. The kitchen is fully stocked with baking dishes, utensils, plates, cups, and more. The location of the condo was very convenient. We were skiing Jackson Hole Mountain in Teton Village. The drive was only about 5 minutes to Teton Village and 10 or so to Jackson. There is an awesome bakery (Persephone) and a little market/deli/liquor store within walking distance of the condo. We would stay here again for sure!

This is a paradise on earth, the location is perfect, the incredible view, the spectacular beach, the very friendly hosts. definitely an unforgettable and repeatable vacation. my family and I were delighted !!!

This is a decent place to stay in for a few nights. The unit is small but cozy and the location is convenient. A couple of moose came right up the windows the first morning we were here - that was pretty exciting! Unfortunately the noise level of this place kind of overshadowed everything else. The unit is on the 1st floor. The family upstairs gets up promptly at 6:15 each morning. From that point on, we hear people walking, running, flushing toilet, doing laundry, kid crying, doors opening and closing... we hear EVERYTHING! The heater also makes a lot of popping noise throughout the night. So if you are a light sleeper and would like to sleep in a little past 6:30 am or take a nap after you ski, this is not the place for you. The kitchen is adequate to make some simple breakfast. The water heater is very small, hot water runs out quickly which makes it hard for two people to shower back to back. The bunk beds are cute but tiny - they are meant for only little kids. It’s also pretty easy to get splinters from the beds. Another advice for future visitors is to bring your own toiletries- those provided are the bare minimum.

Jessica is a great host! The condo was described perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was wonderful. It was a short walk to the beach, and there are a lot of restaurants and shops within a quick drive or walk. The grocery store is also just 10 mins away. We will definitely be back.

Beach view is great; great location. There are a lot of steps up/down to the beach so my not be appropriate for all ages. Jessica’s communication was very proactive and helpful!

This is a very nice Condo. It was great for a skiing getaway. I would recommend it.

Great week of skiing

We had a great week in the mountains skiing. Moose Wilson Rd is a great place for a family to get away. The accommodations were very nice and conveniently located near the ski slopes and not far from town. Great location! The people upstairs were a bit noisy in the mornings but it was okay as we were there to ski not sleep the day away! We would recommend the condo for those who are looking to take their family and hit the slopes like we did.

Quiet get- away

Nice place away from crowds but convenient to shops, restaurants and other activities. Jessica was great to work with! Will come back!

Great location

Everyone in our group enjoyed their stay. Location was perfect for us, beautiful setting, clean condo and property.

This condo was absolutely charming. Open living room with fireplace and dining table for some great meals together. Excellent location. The aspens market was just a block away as well as the shuttle to get you into town or on the mountain.
