Incredible beachfront condo

I would definitely stay here again. Everything was as described or better. Very clean and updated condo. Amazing beachfront views!

We had such a wonderful time at the beach! LOVED the views.

We loved our stay! Sat on the balcony hearing the ocean waves for hours each day. Bed was comfortable, as were couches. Very close to downtown Rosemary and Alys beach areas as well.

Beautiful and clean condo. Exactly as described. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is very helpful. Easy check and check out. This condo gives wonderful ocean views and loved the lounger out on the deck. Kitchen is full of many utensils etc. Location wise, not a lot of restaurants in direct walking distance. Bike rental's available and we drove too. Not too far of a drive though to different restaurants and yummy food. There are several stairs that you walk down for the beach access. We usually bring a beach wagon but with the stairs we just left the wagon in the car and chose to carry items. Overall, we rated the condo 5/5 and it was a great trip for our one year anniversary. Thanks again to the hosts!

This place was absolutely amazing place!

It's a great house. Smaller than pics appear. I would say bedding is not that comfortable and the kitchen is pretty small to cook in but overall it's an incredible location! Great host and great communication

This was our second time staying at Jessica’s place. It was just as wonderful as the first time. Being right on the beach is the best! Jessica was an amazing host and was very responsive! I would always recommend!!!

great little, quiet place to stay...Close enough to everything!

Great place, right on the beach. Parking was spacious and easy in and out. Condo was furnished with anything you needed for cooking. Overall 10/10, would definitely stay again.

Amazing

The condo is exactly like the pics posted. It has all you need and conveniently located to everything. The condo was nice, comfortable,clean and quiet. The view is amazing. Jessica is great. The price is very reasonable. So glad we found sunnybear and seamist. We will be back.

We had a wonderful time at the condo! The location is perfect- quiet and private but close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Being able to walk right out to the beach was amazing and the view from the back porch was beautiful. We would definitely stay again!

The positives This is a great location, right next to a very popular bakery and super close to the Teton national park. The house is cozy and has everything you may need, loved having a washer and dryer. Lots of beds and the comforters are fluffy. The negatives My biggest issue was the tapping the furnace makes at night in the bedroom. It didn’t let me sleep well. Yes, you can hear the upstairs neighbors but it didn’t really bother us. Bring your own toiletries because what they have is really basic. I’m pretty sure the shampoo and the body wash are the same thing 🤣 it’s not a big deal but something to note. Overall I’d recommend it and Jessica is super communicative and easy to reach.

Amazing location

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting Teton. We loved the location and the layout of the condo. We saw a lot of wildlife in the area and were still close to town for anything needed. 5 stars!

Great Trip

My husband and I booked this place for our anniversary trip. The place had everything we needed and was a great central location to nearby towns. It was easy to get to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. We would definitely stay here again!! Kari

Over all the property was ok. You can hear the hard walking and moving of furniture from parties staying on the upper floors.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

This was such a fantastic place to stay! The condo was clean and the view was amazing. 10/10 experience! Can’t say enough great things.

Great location, teleports you back in time.

You can not beat the location! Just a few steps and you’re on the private beach. Biking to all the local spots is a must. Only down side we really have is that the condo is dated with its decor and furnishings. Basically teleports you back into the 90’s. Which if that’s what you want, then great. But we felt it needs some major updates and some upkeep was neglected. Also didn't care that the furniture is basically soaked in generic febreez. However, all in all great owners and great location and it’s affordable. We enjoyed our time and will certainly keep these in consideration for our next stay.

This condo was everything we wanted and more! It was very clean and the beach being right there was perfect. Also alys beach is a quick 20-30min walk, we went there for breakfast most days, and all our favorite restaurants were less than a 20 min drive! We are definitely wanting to come back again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is exactly as described and you can’t beat the accessibility staying on the beach provides. There were two of us on this trip but you could comfortably accommodate more! Would not hesitate to rebook this listing in the future!

Beautiful condo, perfect location!

My daughter and I stayed here for a short 2 nights in March. The condo was perfect for us and the view was outstanding! We loved being able to walk down to the beach from our patio. They thought of everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again!

My wife and I had a wonderful time spending the weekend at the beach condo, Jessica was very responsive and the condo was fantastic. We look forward to staying again in the future!

Location was absolutely perfect!!!! Walking distance to the lift, ski school, and lots of restaurants and shopping places. The view was amazing! Lots of fun amenities on property too. We will stay here again. The only downside was not having control of your own temperature thermostat, but there was a portable air conditioner (kinda big and bulky but it worked) or opening the windows and one of them was broken. Other than those minor things it was perfect!!!!

Great Vacation

We stayed here for my little sister’s senior trip & had a great time! The location is the primary selling point of this condo. It’s the perfect spot on 30A— you’re close to Rosemary & Alys Beach, as well as Seaside, but you don’t feel crowded at this condo. It’s a private beach all around you, which is a huge plus. The condo was accurately portrayed in photos & the description. It is a little dated & not the most luxurious place to stay, but it was clean & had the necessaries, with a great view & comfortable bed. We could’ve used some more towels.. bathroom rugs, blankets, & another mirror would’ve been great. Plenty of kitchenware. Overall we enjoyed our stay & were grateful to find this spot!

Pros: - Very responsive host, on text and AirBnb app - Building right next to chairlift - Lots of extra blankets and pillows - Quality amenities (comfy bed, heat lamp in bathroom, big fridge) Cons: - Need to pay for parking at the building ($37/day) - Checkout relatively early at 10am from room, 11am from parking - No option for early check-in - There were 3 phone #s to keep track of, two for the hosts, and for the cleaners - Asked to take out the trash to a far away dumpster despite cleaners coming Overall, the place was great and as-advertised. The hosts were very responsive and provided all info before I needed to ask. However, considering the price and strict checkin/out times, I was annoyed at having to take out the trash, load dishwasher and text the cleaners while frantically packing up and getting out by 10am. 7.5/10 - I would stay here again!

Wonderful location and cute condo! Loved having the beach & ocean right in our backyard. Enjoyed the quick proximity to Rosemary Beach (about a 5 min drive) and Alys Beach (2 min drive) restaurants and shops, and even was not too far to Seaside (15 min or so). Had one minor issue with the front door lock, but Jessica was very responsive (and note: we were never not able to lock the door behind us). I would stay here again!

Our stay was great. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach, making it a great spot to relax. Check-in was smooth, and I had no issues throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Great location and good amount of space right on the beach.

Great location and easy access to the beach! The peaceful music playing upon check in made the space so comfortable and inviting. We loved the extra basket storage under the bunks to help keep things tidy and comfortable during our stay
