Peaceful getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! It was exactly as described, with the perfect location and stunning ocean views. The size was just right for us as a couple, and would also work great for a couple with two small kids. The kitchen had everything we needed for our week-long stay, which made meals easy and relaxing. We loved being able to walk or bike to nearby restaurants, and the private beach was peaceful and never crowded. Check in was seamless. We would definitely stay again.

Great quiet location away from busy Seaside! The beach was not busy and had plenty of space to enjoy the Gulf of America! It's a short drive to WaterSound, Seacrest, WaterColor and Seaside, with access to shopping and restaurants. The unit was very clean and work perfect for us. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful location right on the beach and right on 30A and the great bike path. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. The balcony was my favorite. Very private and peaceful with an amazing view.

This place was absolutely amazing place!

Great place, right on the beach. Parking was spacious and easy in and out. Condo was furnished with anything you needed for cooking. Overall 10/10, would definitely stay again.

Amazing views

Beautiful property! The view is stunning! Kitchen well stocked. Sofa and chairs perfectly clean. Bed very comfy! Bathroom very clean. Would definitely return to this property.

Great little 48 hr getaway

Great weather with a perfect view of the ocean to make this a perfect getaway, even if it was only for 2 days. The only thing that detracted from our visit was a Tenant was smoking next-door on the porch, and the wind carried the fumes our direction. I was under the impression they were non-smoking condos, but I could be wrong. Other than that, everything else was perfect. We look forward to staying again.

We've stayed in various rooms over the past 15 years. The Dolphin Room, by far, represents the best of what we love about the Seaside Condos. We couldn't have been happier!

Perfect Stay for a Couple!

Pros: - House greeting card with condo info (wifi password, rules, etc), complimentary water bottle, stickers, and other goodies. (Just a nice cherry on top!) - Very kind & informative hosts gave plenty of information about the condo itself and the surrounding area over email, text, and even phone calls. Gave quick responses to any questions we had. - Well stocked amenities, extra dishwasher detergent & even a small bottle of olive oil! (*They even included a bottle of champagne and chocolate strawberries to congratulate us!) Cons: - Biggest frustration was the lack of storage options. My wife and I had two suitcases, and almost every cabinet, drawer, under-bed storage drawer were filled with other items (extra bedding and towels) aside from a small cubby-style shelf and hanger space in the closet. The one large closet in the master bedroom also had a large trunk on the floor that took the space we would have used for our suitcases since there was nowhere else to store them except back in our car, or in the bunk area which is where we ended up putting them. - There were a few spots of mold on the inner shower curtain in the bathroom, one of the anchors holding in a ceiling fixture in the kitchen was backing out, and some cracked/peeling paneling on the deck walls. Although these did not effect our stay, just seeing these cleaned/fixed would definitely bring our rating up to a 5!

Very clean/waterfront view

Best location- Book it!

This condo is in the perfect location. The beaches are not crowded, the balcony view is perfect. Sunny bear provides everything you need for kitchen usage, and bed sleeps very comfortable. Could not have asked for a better time!

Our family of four had a fabulous time at Seamist 10! The condo is equipped with everything we needed and was very comfortable, but the view was the highlight for us. Direct access to a private beach made it super easy to go back and forth without having to drag all our belongings, which was worth its weight in gold!

The condo was clean, updated, in a wonderful location, and everything the listing said that it would be.

Jessica's place was the perfect spot with perfect peaceful views of the ocean. We loved how easily accessible the beach was as we frequented it! The place was extremely clean and well equipped. I love to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was cozy and the the location was quiet & easy to get to nearby shopping, etc. One thing that really stood out was Jessica's attentiveness to my inquiries! I had some unique inquiries and I was thankful she took the time to help me out. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!!

We were looking for a relaxing quiet beach experience and that’s what we got. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Amazing hosts with great communication. We can’t wait for a return stay!

Jessica, is the best. She was available and responded fast to any questions. She provided details of the area and clear instructions. Her place is a haven nestled on the most beautiful beach area. Close to restaurants, shopping, biking. The decor was tasteful, the comfy bed made each night sleep an ease-(always a concern) We especially enjoyed the lounge chairs on the balcony overlooking the gulf. It was just perfect. We look forward to returning and exploring even more! Thanks again. 🌴

Repeat Renter

This is the 2nd time we stayed at Seamist condos. This was the 1st time in condo #10. The condo was exactly as described and expected. It had all kitchen items needed. They had a supply of paper products. The condo was very clean. Locate is perfect. Just steps out to the beach. Loved listening to the waves from the deck. We lost power for a short time and the owner was quick to respond. We plan to stay again!!!

Great view, Place was well kept and very comfortable.

The location is spectacular! Gorgeous view, so close to the beach. We were there in the off-season and it was exceptionally quiet and private. The building is definitely older and there are outside stairs to this 3rd story unit, no elevator. Interior is quite small and has been updated but the age of the unit is still apparent. We personally did not find the furniture and mattress particularly comfortable, but all necessary amenities in kitchen and bathroom were provided. Overall, if you're looking for a beautiful view and serene setting for two people, this condo gives you that in spades.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and tastefully decorated. Plenty of coat hangers and dishes and a nice clean balcony sliding door. The balcony was large and well furnished with tall chairs allowing for a great view of the gulf. We hope to stay again soon. Note: Hwy 30A is closed for 6 months until April 2024 between inlet beach and seaside for construction which presented a few inconveniences and time delays for biking and in the car.

Beautiful location

I love staying on 30a and this stretch is not too crowded thankfully. Condo is small but perfect for a family of 3 or 4. But the view....the view is amazing! Can't beat coming into the kitchen and seeing beautiful blue ocean. Owners seem friendly and attentive and we plan to rebook for next year!
