Jessica's place was absolutely stunning. She wasn't lying when she mentioned the spectacular views. The sunset and sunrise are beautiful from the balcony. The location was amazing. You are close to shops, restaurants, and recreational activities. The beach is a few steps away and it's amazing. The apartment is clean, spacious, and well equipped with what you need. You won't want to leave by the end of your vacation!

We loved the location and the condo was perfect! As advertised the condo is between Seacrest and Rosemary Beach, with bike trails and amazing beaches. We had easy access to our beach right outside our condo backyard. Our place was clean and nicely appointed with all the essentials for family vacation! Jessica was super nice and easy to get in touch with if needed. Would definitely come back and recommend for small families as a perfect Florida beaches vacation getaway.

Little gem by the Gulf!

The view was unbelievable from our balcony! Accommodations were comfortable and quiet. Easily accessible to restaurants and shopping. Thank you for sharing!

The location is great. Beach is very private. Views from the 3rd floor are wonderful. Not much ocean view from 1st floor. Older building but very clean and very adequate. Enjoyed the stay.

Perfection!

This was the perfect beach vacation for our family of four. Our kids loved sleeping in the bunk beds and we slept like rocks on the nice king in the bedroom. Jessica, the owner, was super prompt at responding to my many questions, and truly thought of every necessity you would need to feel like you were at home. The stretch of beach in your backyard is absolutely breathtaking and the porch out back offers a perfect sunrise and sunset view, while maintaining privacy from the neighboring units in the building. This condo was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

This is an amazing get couples getaway place

We absolutely love the small town feel of Seacrest and this little condo is perfect for couples looking to have a romantic getaway. Very comfortable, great views, directly on the beach. Absolutely perfect spot!

Worth the view

We experienced a no-frills, but clean and convenient stay in this condo. The 3rd story view put us just far enough above the dunes for a perfectly close, unobstructed view of that heavenly beach--- which was never crowded. If you like bike riding or walking on the beach, this is a great place to stay. Just as advertised, and the owner was easy to work with.

Wonderful little condo right on the beach!

We decided to go on a little beach stay-away for an extended weekend and this location was perfect for us. The condo was well kept and we had a great time. It had everything anyone needs (all the necessities that you would need: kitchen appliances, silverware, extra towels, etc). The only issue we really had was with the bed, as it was pretty hard (but some people like hard beds, so its hard to knock it any points as its a preference thing). Having the beach right below you is an awesome thing and we had a wonderful time. Will definitely consider staying here again on a future trip!

Great place to stay!

We loved the condo! The condo is on the third floor, and the views of the Gulf were amazing. The condo owner was extremely easy to work with and responded to inquiries vey quickly. The condo is closer to Alys and Rosemary beach, than Seacrest. We were able to bike to both locations. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the Condo!

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in mid-September. The condo was quiet, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, dishes, serving pieces and cookware. We had a great view from the third floor unit, with easy beach access, and the location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and state parks. We'd love to visit again!

Relaxing Fall Break

We had an enjoyable 3-night stay in September. We were able to check-in early, and the condo was very clean. The beach and sunset views are amazing, and the water temperature was perfect. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and a new development opened recently less than a mile west along 30A called The Hub with a few casual restaurants, although we did not eat there. I biked every day along the 30A bike trail between the different South Walton Beaches, and our teenage kids were able to bike and meet their friends in Rosemary Beach. Only recommendation would be installing a bike rack on the property, as everyone had to lock their bikes up against the fence along the edge of the parking lot.

Very nice condo, has everything you need and the view is beautiful. Owner is very on top of things if you have a problem. Will stay again for sure!!!!

Perfect retreat!

My wife and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary here and had one of our favorite getaways of all time. The accommodations were fantastic, the proximity to food and fun were great, and the view from the deck was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!

Very comfortable condo! Everything you need for a great stay!

Great condo and location!

We had a great vacation. We loved the condo and the convenience of the beach and the other beach communities. The condo had everything we needed to have a great week at the beach. The owner is so nice and responsive. We will definitely be back.

Great condo with Wonderful view

The view is awesome from the balcony. You can walk right outside down the stairs and in to the beach which is very convenient. Bike paths are right in front so you can just hop on the path and ride. There is everything you could possibly need inside the condo very thought out. We even saw Dolphins.

30A Getaway

Great condo with beautiful views. Kitchen is fully stocked and some supplies are offered. Bed is VERY firm, would suggest bringing topper is possible.

Relaxation

This fabulous location allowed for total relaxation for my two adult daughters and I on our spring break. The balcony was the perfect location for coffee, mimosas, and happy hour! The condo offered everything required to relax and enjoy time away in comfort! Would recommend to anyone who needed a reasonably priced and comfortable beach place to get away!!

Relaxing and Fun

I absolutely loved this place. Me and 4 other friends took on this trip to relax and have fun. The location was absolutely perfect, we were close to the seaside downtown and right on the beach. We rented a bike one day and it was awesome, a lot of people rent bikes there and I highly recommend doing it in the afternoon or cloudy day, it is fun and beautiful around town. The view was breathtaking all day and the condo was very well stocked. This place had everything to make our trip comfortable and relaxing. Although there was only one bathroom for 5 people, we managed it well and we made the best out of the bunk beds. Highly recommend staying at this condo.

Best beach condo

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave. Very clean, well stocked kitchen with new appliances. Jessica did a great job on making us feel at home. We enjoyed the frozen mugs upon our arrival. The view was outstanding, we enjoyed watching the Dolphins swim by. Great location we rode our bikes to the seafood market everyday. We loved everything thing about our stay and plan to return next year.
