We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed this condo very much! The owner was super responsive and provided more than enough info for us. The complex offered ample parking for our oversized vehicle. The unit itself was very clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable and everything was well appointed. The towels were cozy and plentiful. The furniture was very comfortable. We were a tinsy bit tight in the master with our luggage but having the king bed made up for that. You simply cannot beat the views and proximity to the water. Definitely recommend this condo. We will also keep it in our favorites for future trips to 30A.

Beautiful location

We had a great stay. Had a minor hiccup with a leak from our unit but property manager was on top of it and had it repaired in no time. Great experience.

We loved our long weekend here. The location was so convenient to seaside and rosemary beach. The condo was even better in person than the listing shows online!

Perfect location!!

This was our second year at 30A and we absolutely loved this condo! It all comes down to location, it’s so perfect. Both times we’ve been to 30A it has poured rain and we had to run from the beach (thats FL). It makes a world of difference being right on the beach and not having to cross 30A with your kids and gear in the rain! We looked at the stars and waves at night and searched for crabs with our flashlights. Jessica was great at communicating. It is small, if you have more than 1 kid I would look for a bigger place, but it was just what we needed. Bring hand soap and any other items you need at home, some Vrbos I've been too have these, this one does not. We will be back!!

Peaceful

Our stay was wonderful!! Next time we plan to bring the kids. Very comfortable and clean condo. 😊 Wonderful view of the beach. Even though it was raining during our stay, we still enjoyed the view and sound of the waves because of the sliding doors and balcony. All around, great experience! We hope to stay again soon.

Cannot WAIT until next year!

our family, including 3 small children, were able to vacation this year for the first time. we had the BEST time, and can't thank the owner enough for all the personal recommendations and help that she provided. the condo was just about as perfect for our family as you can get and so clean (which is important to me). the kids loved the bunk beds and I loved the kitchen with the spectacular view of the ocean (and that it was well stocked with granite counter tops....). the bar stool seating was great for the kids as well. we rushed every morning to look out that picture window! the washing machine was so handy to have and we loved that it is a smaller unit overall so the beach seemed very private. one of our favorite things was biking to the near by towns. we are SO looking forward to staying here again this next year. a true get away. THANK YOU !

Perfect place to stay on 30A

We stayed 3 nights at this condo for the Songwriters Festival. The condo was in perfect condition, fully stocked, and very clean. We loved the decor and the view just can't be beaten. The bed was super comfy, and the owner was a joy to deal with. We would come back to this property without hesitation!

Amazing views. Simply put. That is what I wanted and that I just what I got. Great location and quiet as well; but that could be expected Christmas weekend. Everything needed is in the condo. I cannot wait to go back.

This condo provided exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway! The host was easy to communicate with, the space was super clean and the view from the patio was perfection. We would love to go back!

Staying here we were close to everything. Open the doors and there's the golf, a short drive in either direction we found coffee shops quaint restaurants, markets and shops.

My partner and I had the most magical getaway at Jessica’s place. She was friendly and responsive, the condo provided all of the comforts of home including beach chairs, luxurious linens and a fully stocked kitchen, and best of all, the balcony gave us front row seats to the most spectacular ocean view we have ever seen. We loved every second of our time at Seamist and can’t wait to return.

This was such a peaceful and quiet place to relax and enjoy the beach

We are a young family of 4 and wanted to stay close enough to all the fun markets and beach towns but far enough away to be able to enjoy the peacefulness of the beach. This location allowed us to do just that. We will definitely return next year

This is an adorable condo in a fantastic location on 30A. It was perfect size for our family of 4. The 8 and 6 year old loved Thor bunk beds. Parents appreciated the balcony for star gazing snd some wine while the kids were tucked away in their bunk room. Very well appointed kitchen (better than some much bigger ones we stayed in). The decor is well designed. The beach was amazing, quiet and had beautiful sand and water. Caught lots of fish, a crab and came close to a sting ray. Sunsets were well attended by the building and the friendly neighbors made it such a happy place. We were close to everything we needed in 30A between our trips to Grayton for dinner and Laguna to visit friends. Perfect location!

This was a nice condo for our family of four in a quiet area of town but not too far from some main spots that we could easily bike ride around to. Would definitely come back!

The Beach in your Backyard!

We loved this location and condo! The beach was quietly settled in between the busy Seaside and Alys Beach resorts. You never had to worry about getting a space on the sand. The condo was a perfect size for 3 adults with a beautiful view from the balcony. We cooked in one night, then visited some great local restaurants on the 30A drive. Perfect location for a low-key beach weekend!

We love it here! Great location (not crowded at all), beautiful view, comfortable condo! This is our second visit to this location, and we have already talked about how many times we can go back next year!

My wife and I stayed for a week. The location is amazing. You are minutes away from anything. The balcony was a great way to start each morning and end each night. The beach was not over croweded and is perfect for relaxing.

Cute place. Worked out well for our first trip to the area. Cannot stress enough the fantastic view and location. I would suggest this spot for a couple or family with small kids. My daughters loved the little bunk bed "fort" area. Any extended time planned indoors might feel a bit small. But hey, you're not there to be inside. Bed was extremely comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. So stocked, that groceries needed to be stored on countertops or in fridge due to the full cabinets. No big deal. Nice patio for coffee in the mornings and looking for dolphins or sunsets in the evenings. Easy, convenient and comfortable. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We'll likely be back. Can't beat the location! There is a cute coffee shop in Alys beach that is a 1.5 mi walk. Condo is upgraded and has everything you need for a beach vacation. Jessica was very responsive and a great host.

This was my first experience using Airbnb, and it went without a hitch! There was some initial confusion with whom Jessica was speaking with because of my name, but she politely asked and cleared it up. Her condo is in a perfect spot! The location is perfect, the view is amazing, and the short walk to the beach can't be beat. The condo is clean and well stocked if you would like to cook there. We ate out for most of our trip, just because we were so close to our perfect area, Seaside. Jessica offered great tips on where to go for fun, and she responded to me very quickly. I would love to stay here in the future again!

Outstanding Stay!!!

I was nervous that our stay would be like John Candy's in Summer Rental, but this was the exact opposite. The condo was exactly what we needed as a family. The owners supplied everything a family could need. The ocean view was gorgeous and not over crowded. The area that the condo is located is not super busy like the small areas near it, but close enough to visit the other beach towns. We loved visiting Seaside for dinner. We will definitely book this condo again, when we visit the area.

My sister, her teens, and I had a great stay in this condo. The location was unbeatable, just steps from the beautiful Gulf. The condominium complex is privately owned, and only one beach rental company is allowed to set up chairs on the beach. This meant that our stretch of the beach was much less crowded than those we could see to the east and west. The kitchen was well-equipped. The lovely deck had two lounge chairs plus a table with high chairs to look over the railing easily. Beds were comfortable and linens were a very nice quality. Jessica responded quickly when we had a couple of questions. Nearby good restaurants were a short drive away. We enjoyed every minute!

The view at this condo is incredible! You won't find a value like this anywhere else in Seacrest. This beach condo was perfect for my husband and I on a long weekend. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed here for a (much-needed) last-minute getaway weekend. We couldn't have been more pleased. We are very familiar with the 30A area and have stayed in several different spots along 30A for the last 8 years. Jessica's condo at Seamist is by far our favorite! The view is spectacular, the location is excellent, and Jessica was quick to answer any questions, was very sweet to give information, websites, restaurant recommendations, and more about the area, and she was very thorough in making sure we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and the king bed mattress was very comfortable (I'm Goldilocks when it comes to choosing mattresses!). Thank you Jessica--we will certainly be back again!

Such a beautiful place to stay for vacation. Amazing views on the balcony, very private and cozy place. Super clean, Jessica was very responsive and helpful. The place is true to pictures. Will absolutely be staying again if I get the chance.

The condo is perfect and In a perfect location. The host was amazing and was a great help with anything we needed. it is so peaceful and out of all the traffic but still close enough to go anywhere you want. We can't wait to come back and stay again

The condo was right on the beach. It is beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised. I felt safe letting the older kids walk down to the beach alone. The location is perfect. I want to stay there again on my next trip to the beach.

This house is everything we were looking for in a vacation spot. It is perfectly placed in the middle of 30A, short distance to many of the major restaurants and hangouts. It is right on the beach with easy access to the water. Comfortably sleeps 4 people was very family friendly. Would definitely recommend this place without reservation. Everything was all set and check-in and check-out were not a problem.
