Beautiful location

I love staying on 30a and this stretch is not too crowded thankfully. Condo is small but perfect for a family of 3 or 4. But the view....the view is amazing! Can't beat coming into the kitchen and seeing beautiful blue ocean. Owners seem friendly and attentive and we plan to rebook for next year!

The location was amazing! The Seamist is a older building on this stretch of 30A surrounded by newly built mansions and condos. But having such easy access to the beach and amazing views from the back deck made most of those disappear. Would stay here again and considering some of Jessica’s other rentals they have on their own website.

We loved our stay at Seamist! It was so quiet and peaceful and the beach was not overcrowded. Beautiful views and perfect location. The condo was so comfortable and well stocked. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Great Condo

We had a great stay. Great location! Shopping and restaurants just minutes away. Beach wasn’t crowded at all and plenty of space to spread out from others. Condo had everything we needed.

We had a great time here. It was a perfect getaway with a great view and close to everything we wanted. We look forward to booking another vacation here.

Everything about this stay was excellent! Location was great, condo was super clean and we had everything we needed.

Honestly, if you don't give this place 5 stars, maybe you should reconsider actually taking a vacation! It was extremely beautiful, very well maintained, clean, fresh and very welcoming! You walk out the back door and BOOM ... the beach and breathtaking views! Jessica was amazing at messaging us throughout with updates or suggestions and we felt like this was our home. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Stunning views!

My family of 4 had a fabulous week at this wonderful condo! The until was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The views of the water from the balcony are breath taking as well as the landscaping around the condo and the adjoining condos. With two small children we appreciated the short walk down to the beach everyday. We love this area and this condo and would definitely stay again!

Oceanview paradise

My family and I really enjoyedb our stay. Waking up each morning with views of the emerald water was worth the trip. Everything was very clean and the condo had everything we needed. Having a washer/ dryer was perfect as well. We will definitely be back!

Nice, clean condo on beautiful beach

My family really enjoyed our stay here. There are no big hotels nearby so the beaches aren't crowded. The condo is cute and clean. My kids loved the bunks and appreciated to large stuffed sea animals on the beds. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. We hope to visit again next year!

We loved our stay and Jessica was a great host and very responsive to all my questions

Jessica provided one of the best experiences we've ever had (and we travel a lot!). The condo was exactly as pictured (I think it was actually better in person), she was so proactive with communication that I never had to dig through my email or texts to find the information I needed. The location is perfect and the private beach was never crowded. She gave us an extensive list of recommendations and even went the extra mile with things like a Netflix account already logged in (not that you'll need it with those views!). I'd highly recommend this property or any of her other listings (but I kind of want to keep it to myself to make sure it's available next time).

Nice property for a small group right on the beach

We’ve vacationed many places but this has to be our new favorite! Clean, well stocked, and that view. Can’t get much better! There were 2 flights of stairs, but that made the view even more stunning! We will be planning another trip soon. Thank you Jessica. We had a wonderful vacation!

Amazing location as it was a little more quiet than some of the other areas during spring break but still close to the action when you wanted it. Yes, the place is a little small, but who cares?! It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Being right on the beach makes it well worth it. Also the king size bed was more comfortable than our bed at home! I slept like a baby.

This place is awesome. Loved the location and the beach was private and not ever to crowded. Would stay here again.

Great location.

On third floor,great view of the beach. If rain is expected, bring outdoor cushions inside,takes forever to dry. The weather for our stay was not the best, not the property fault

Nice property

Condo was very well stocked. Perfect location and great communication from owners.

The beach condo was exactly as we expected when we booked. Views from the living room and deck were great - perfect for the sunset. All of the little towns were easy to get to by car/bike. Inside the condo was nicely equipped with everything we needed. Door code worked well for flexible check in and parking out front was always available in the condo lot. Would stay here again.

We had the best time. The place was right on the ocean and had a beautiful view and lovely balcony. We watched the sunset from the beach every single day. Can’t wait to come back!

This felt like a private oasis! Just a few flights of steps to the beach and I was swimming!! I felt totally at home and such a sense of peace. Jessica provided a ton of wonderful suggestions about the area which make you feel so dialed in. I slept great, starting writing again and can't wait to return.

We had a lovely stay here. The sea view was stunning, not to mention the sunsets, and with young kids, we loved the having the beach on our doorstep. Loved the walkability of the area. The condo had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Jessica provided lots of helpful Information about the area, which was appreciated. Very responsive as well.. Thank you!

We liked this so much we are returning in May. The view is absolutely spectacular. I gave only 4 out of five on cleanliness. It was very clean but a tiny bit dated. The price was fair but you just don’t find “great deals” on 30 A. The kitchen is very well stocked. The terrace furniture is very nice. Can’t wait to return in May.

Such a beautiful place and incredible beach location. Everything was clean and well equipped. We liked that Jessica’s place is not in a high rise with bars and restaurants on the ground floor. There are only a few units and it is very quiet. You can drive, walk or bike to shops and restaurants.

The location is unbeatable! We were able to just walk right onto the beach every day & see dolphins, stingrays, swordfish, & even glow-in-the-dark algae at night! We would happily stay here again!
