The location was phenomenal with direct beach access and limited street traffic. The balcony has outstanding beach views and allowed for quiet, comfortable mornings enjoying a cup of coffee. Access to local restaurants and amenities was simple and straight forward. I highly recommend Jessica's unit for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing stay on the beach.

Absolutely gorgeous location for a stay at the beach. Right on 30A with a nice private beach, can’t wait to go back! 10 out of 10 two thumbs up

Pros: Great location in the middle of all the little beaches/towns. Super clean, decorated super cute and beds are comfortable. Air conditioner worked great. Cons: Random fire alarm would go off throughout the night and day. Would recommend bringing own coffee and toilet paper. We were only provided 2 rolls for 4 people.

Can't wait to stay again! Perfect area close to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. We really enjoyed Cafe30A for dinner and The Citizen in Alys Beach for lunch. Big Daddy Bikes delivered bikes right to our condo and that was a lot of fun peddling to Alys Beach. The condo was very comfortable. The bed was huge and very comfortable too. Loved that the beach area was not crowded since it was private access.

This condo was a terrific value for families wanting to access a private beach for their family vacation. Condo is very clean, well managed by professional housekeepers, and host. Condo association seems to be keeping up with any needed repairs in complex. We were a family of 4 staying for a long weekend. We loved being able to walk down to the beach after dinner to watch the sunset. The condo is on the 3rd floor and you have to walk over and down the dune to get to the beach (probably 5 flights of stairs in total). The view at night is incredible and worth the climb! Storage is limited in condo. There are 2 drawers under the king size bed. One small closet in the bedroom and a cubby with pull out bins in the bedroom. Since our trip was short, we lived out of duffles no problem. If you were here for a week, you might have to be strategic on how you keep everything organized. The AC was incredibly welcoming after a few hours outside. The condo stayed cool and refreshing, even during the heat of the day. The location was fantastic. Your neighbors are small condo complexes. Each with 4-12 units and couple of private beach front homes tucked along the stretch. All complexes have their own boardwalk access to beach. And you’re far enough away from swarms of tourists at nearby public beach access points. If you are looking for a town center experience with restaurants and shops a short 10min drive to rosemary beach or seaside will hit the spot. This is the kind of place you bring your groceries and hang at the beach for days, rent a bike and unplug from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Amazing view! Beach is perfect! Place is great, had everything we needed. Kids loves the bunk beds complete with oceans friends. Convenient location. Would stay again.

Great location for the price. We were disappointed that most of the outdoor furniture was unusable due to rotting. Host was contacted and initially responded but after repeated messages we went on about our trip. House was very clean but very few towels were provided. Request for additional linens went unanswered. Overall we would stay here again, there were just a few bumps.

This was the dreamiest vacay for our young family of 4. The condo was clean and had everything we could possibly need. Can’t wait to come back! The views on 10 are WOW!

Perfect location

The condo was perfect for me my mom and my two kids. They loved the bunkbeds. The king size bed was very comfortable. The condo itself was very clean. It was in a great location. The beach was not overcrowded and overall we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

This condo and location were fantastic! My husband and I came for a week and loved every minute. From being just steps away from the beach and the location from all the other towns were just perfect. Jessica was great with communication and check in was a breeze. Be prepared that they only provide 2 rolls of toilet paper and there were no beach towels provided. Other than that, no complaints. Will for sure be back!

This condo is beautiful with so many little touches of home! The view is fabulous and walking out to the beach is the way to go. We enjoyed the balcony everyday. The condo was very clean and the communication was 6 stars. I would love to stay at this condo again.

This condo has everything you could ask for in a 30A accommodation. The location is fantastic, both the fact that it is oceanfront and the fact that it is within an easy bike ride or car trip to nearby communities and shopping. The view from this top floor unit is beautiful and is a welcome sight each morning. My son enjoyed the neat hallway bunk bed system and all of the sea life stuffed animals that "lived" there, too. As one who cooks on vacation, I appreciated that the condo came equipped with all of the basic cookware and kitchen gadgets that I needed - from nonstick pots and pans to a baking sheet. Communication with the host was some of the best I've ever had with a rental. Jessica provided clear instructions and tons of additional information and tips that helped us get the most out of our stay. All in all, a great value and great choice if you're looking for a 30A condo.

Condo was just as listed. ; there were no surprises. Communication and check in was easy. The tips for the area was appreciated and the location can’t be beat!! Hoping to return in the summer seasons.

Condo is located in a nice quiet area with quick access to many restaurants and activities. Rent a bike and you can ride to most areas on an excellent bike path right out your door. Can’t ask for a better view!

Beautiful condo with AMAZING oceanfront views. We were here during off-season so less people around but still plenty to do. Lots of restaurants and cool shops. Jessica was a great host and quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely come back!

Great place and great views.

The beach is the destination and activity for a trip to 30 A. Once I was on the deck I was in a chair as close to the beach with out sand as possible. No reason to leave the condo the entire trip.

Jessica is a wonderful host! Her condo was so perfect with the most beautiful view of The Ocean!! So comfortable and relaxing! Wish I could have stayed longer!!

We had an amazing time and the condo was perfect! The minute you open the door and see the view you know you made the right choice. From booking to check in, Jessica was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely be looking into more properties from her and plan on returning to this one in particular next year.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Seamist #10. What a great view of the ocean- the waves, the sound of the surf and birds. We rented bikes and rode in both directions. To the west, we rode to the Old Florida Fish House and enjoyed sitting outside listening to the live music. We got our dinner to go and brought it back to eat on the balcony. Another night we rode to the Hub and got a Mexican meal to go. We also rode to the east to Alys and Rosemary beaches. We hope the screen door issue has been resolved for future guests. FYI- check about the ocean's red tide conditions. It was strong our first day- lots of coughing when outside and dead fish on the shore. The other days were fine. Consider bringing an antihistamine just in case. Another suggestion- consider bringing in the outdoor cushions at night. This way they won't be damp in the morning when you want to sit out with your cup of coffee. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Great view! This is directly on the beautiful white sand beach. Small space, but well used - tons of hooks for wet towels/bathing suits. Nicely decorated condo with a well-equipped kitchen. No elevator in the building, so be prepared to carry luggage up three flights of stairs.

Great location by the beach with a fantastic ocean view. The place was clean and overall in good shape. Communication with the owners was helpful with clear, timely directions and responses. Perfect for a small family or couple vacation.

Unit #10 is a must if you want the best view from the balcony! If your looking for a quiet weekend get a way, this is the place. Jessica was a great host and answered quickly to any question I had. I would for sure stay here again!!
