Sunsets from the balcony were amazing! We enjoyed our morning coffee, snacks and a few lunches on the patio table. Lounge chairs were Extra comfy! It was a perfect location tucked in between alys beach/rosemary beach and sea grove beach. Tried the surfing deer restaurant down the street, donut hut and goatfeathers for seafood - all excellent! We intend to be back!

Unintentional Wedding Crasher

Very well stocked. Had everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay. Good location. One odd thing-when we arrived on Saturday there was a wedding (on the beach) but then the wedding party and guest came up onto the condo yard and took over the area for their reception including a buffet table. During that time it just felt awkward trying to use the bbq grill or accessing the beach or even just sitting out on the deck to watch the sunset. Probably an issue that’s not in your control I know but still a bit uncomfortable for anyone staying at the condo.

Great views, comfy space, lots of stairs but worth it for the views. Weather was a challenge yet we would still love to come again. Used Dillons beach chairs and Brunos - great recs.

This was such a beautiful space, a PERFECT location with a great view. During this pandemic, it was especially wonderful, we could sit on the balcony and watch the waves without having to interact with others. Check in was super easy. Parking perfect. The furniture and artwork was lovely. The kitchen exceptionally well stocked. The owners were great communicators. Even during a hurricane and a pandemic, this was the perfect place to relax.

This condo is in a great location. Close to anything you might need. The view is the best! Nothing like preparing a meal while looking at the ocean. The patio is awesome but unfortunately can’t use it if it rains. We might choose a second floor condo next time for this reason. The condo was very clean and the king sized bed was so comfortable! We enjoyed turning in early to watch Netflix on the big screen tv. We called housekeeping for some dish soap and had some on our doorstep within minutes. We would highly recommend this condo and can’t wait to come back and enjoy it again! Thanks Jessica for a great stay!

The view was amazing! We spent a lot of time on the balcony eating meals or just watching the ocean. The beach was literally steps away, which was no nice to escape the summer rain showers. The beach was not very crowded at all, this was nice because I went a couple of weeks ago to a more congested part of 30a and I was very nervous about coming here, but my expectations were exceeded. The condo had everything we needed, we brought all of our own food to minimize trips out, we did do a shrimp boil one night and had plenty of pots and pans and serving pieces. The king bed was very comfortable. We hope to come back next year!

Amazing with zero complaints! Excellent host (Jessica was truly fabulous) and excellent location, loved the Dillons chair service ease if we wanted, as well as the convenience but seclusion to only guests, and the washer/dryer/dishwasher/kitchen amenities were so great and helpful! Beautiful balcony, beach front not too crowded given the condo’s rules and allowance for guests only, and amazing serenity from morning to night! Cried leaving and planning our stay again ASAP. Thank you Jessica!

Perfection As Always

Seamist #10 did not disappoint. Unit was very comfortable and fully stocked. Comfy master bed and of course MAGNIFICENT views. Property manager goes above and beyond. and truly is a pleasure to deal with from booking all the way throughout the stay. This is why we choose to stay in smaller unit complexes. You lose that one on one feel in the massive condo’s. We will most definitely be back again!!

My family loved staying here. The beach is gorgeous and not too crowded. The host had excellent communication. I definitely recommend.

This space was really clean and had some beautiful decor. The ocean view was outstanding. The hosts were great with communication and providing tips and suggestions. We will be back.

we would definitely stay at this property again! Our family had the best time here. The condo is spacious and in a great location. We loved being able to walk down to the beach easily and come back up to get out of the sun when my son was ready. It was super clean and you can not beat the VIEW!! just stunning!! We will for sure be back! Also, great variety on the tv in both the living and bedroom!

Very clean and convenient location! We loved being right on the ocean and the distance to both Rosemary and Seaside made it super easy to grab dinner. We didn’t rent bikes but if we would have stayed longer we would have and wouldn’t have needed our car once.

If you want to be on the beach, look no further! Gorgeous view of the ocean from the third floor, great layout in the condo, very clean and updated, full size fridge, wonderful mattress on the king bed (didn't use the pullout or bunks but they looked very cute for kids), very quiet place on this stretch of beach, easy to social distance. Lots of stairs from the third floor then on to the beach, it was fine for us just something to be aware of. Used Dillon Beach service for chairs, umbrella & small table - best if you don't or can't carry beach chairs up and down steps every day. Every type of utensil, pot/pans, dishes & glassware available and in great shape. No salt/pepper or condiments so bring your own or buy locally. Bring bath soap, extra TP & paper towels, some graciously supplied but you may need more. Kurig and drip coffee pot, toaster. Bruno's pizza delivers & is excellent! Wish I was still there with my feet in the sand...Thank you Jessica!

The location is great with a wonderful view of the beach from the apartment and the balcony, and the beach just a few steps away. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. We received quick responses to any questions we had and everything went smoothly and well. We'd love to come back for another vacation in the future. We found plenty of good restaurants to enjoy not too far away.

The Escape We Needed

Everything about the condo was great. We'd be on lockdown for months in Birmingham and a post-Mothers Day, pre-Birthday get down was exactly what we needed. I had a few issues that I needed clarity on in the moment and Jessica was very quick to respond and respond graciously.

Unbeatable view and location, and the perfect place for a couple. You'll have everything you need, with all the amenities in-unit, and a spectacular, uncrowded beach. We were able to social distance very easily and being able to walk right down or lay on the top floor balcony was a dream. Nearby towns have great restaurants to get takeout from and general charm to enjoy also. I can't wait to come back- it's the dream to stay right on the beach, and Jessica's condo absolutely delivered. Thank you, Jessica!!

We really had an amazing stay here! If you are looking for something romantic or something fun for the whole family it really was an amazing place and close to so much!

This is a great location! We did have some cleanliness and communication challenges with our stay.

It's perfect. The view is amazing. It's peaceful. And the vacation you want.

This is the condo with the million dollar view: powdery white sand and crystal blue water. The decor is adorable and one of the cleanest we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you might need for preparing a meal and the king sized bed is so comfy. Many wonderful places to explore nearby. Don’t miss the farmer’s market in Rosemary Beach on Sunday. If you’re contemplating a stay in Inlet Beach, look no further. You must stay here! You won’t be disappointed.
