Sidelined trip but GREAT property. We'll be back!

We had to sideline our trip at the last minute due to illness. Jessica and her husband were champs at trying to get the property re-rented so they could refund our money, even well beyond the cancellation period. Although this wasn't possible, they gave it their best shot, and Jessica was very prompt in refunding our cleaning fee. I continue to be impressed by this property and its owner/managers, and we will give it another go next year!

Wonderful place. I would stay there again. The view and the location were perfect.

Perfect Winter Getaway

We had a wedding in Florida to attend and this location could not have been more perfect. Only a mile and a half from the venue, plus right on the beach. It was so nice to just be able to wake up and walk down to the beach every morning. Although it was definitely their off season, we found plenty to do within a few miles of the location. The place was very clean. One night it did rain, which forced us to stay inside, but the place had Google Wifi, which made for an enjoyable night. The owners are extremely helpful and they were available by message/text if we did need anything. I would highly recommend this for your stay!

Spectacular location, right on the water! My boys had a great time being able to just get out there on the beach, and my husband and I loved being able to see the sunsets and sunrises!

The view is magnificent, but this condo needs some major appliance upgrades. If you like to cook your own meals and just relax and enjoy the beach, this may not be a good choice. We had budgeted to eat out only once and bought a whole lot of groceries to enjoy but the dishwasher not only didn’t work, the dirty water would not drain out of it, with a horrible stench.. and it attracted roaches, as we saw one inside the dishwasher. Sadly, the owner didn’t get someone out to repair it during our week there... the dryer didn’t work very well either. Took 3 times as long to dry clothes. There are 3 flights of stairs to walk up to this unit. The deck area is awesome, though! Nice and deep with a table and high chairs to enjoy the view. If you do decide to stay here, pack extremely LIGHT... space is very cramped, no dressers or a place to put suitcases. The location is 5 stars. The beach service amenity was not available, and because of a contract with this condo association, no other beach services were allowed to set up there. Wi-Fi and streaming was a bit spotty. We are hosts too, and understand that things break, but the appliances with issues should have been replaced a very long time ago. The owner did send us a small refund for our inconvenience but money couldn’t fix this...

Our family of 4 had an awesome time! This was a perfect place for us! When you walk in, there’s a “hallway” that’s about 15 ft long? We put the pack and play there for our 1 year old. Our 7 year old slept on the top bunk with the folding door thing closed. She loved the little light in her bunk. We were able to fit the pack and play in the bedroom for nap time (it was darker in there). It was so nice to be able to walk down to the beach and back to the place for lunch, bathroom breaks, etc. My husband and I put the kids to bed the first night and then had a little date night on the back deck overlooking the ocean. It was amazing. There are a ton of dishes and lots of little things that were super helpful! Washing machine tabs, dishwasher tab, paper towels, tp, etc. We forgot dishwasher tabs but that was really the only thing we needed. We did use more paper towels that we brought. Jessica was super helpful with suggestions and was easy to communicate with! I would highly recommend this place!

We've stayed at #10 several times now for our annual trip, and we're always pleased. Our family of 4 had a great time. The condo was great, and we're very impressed by the continual furniture and fixture upgrades we see on a yearly basis. The Roku TVs in the living area and bedroom were a great addition this year. Thanks for another great trip!

Perfect! Everything was as described, only better. The perfect cozy, homey feeling with a gorgeous view of the gulf from the balcony. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Fall Getaway

Amazing property, beautiful setting and most importantly a wonderful owner who offers very organized and detailed information about your stay. Just what you want in a vacation!

Anniversary Trip with Incredible Views & Sunsets!

We have stayed on 30A many times but was looking for something a little lower key that wasn't too busy....And this Seamist Condo was it! This condo was perfect for the two of us (although there were hallway bunk beds to add a couple of teenagers....but not this trip!) with incredible views every second and just a few steps to the beach. The unit is on the third floor which was great for the views and privacy, but we are heavy packers so we got our workout in before we poured our first cocktails! Had some great pizza at Bruno's in WaterSound just a short drive to the west on 30A, but we found it hard to leave the condo and private beach for too long. So, stop looking and book it! Oh, and last but certainly not least, Jessica was an incredible host who was always available to answer any questions and fulfill your requests if possible!

The condo was perfect for our family with 2 young children. We will definitely be booking another thrip to Jessica’s place.

Bliss on 30A

Great property!

This was the perfect place and set-up for our young family of 5. It was so nice being right on the beach and not having to drag our beach gear far. It was also an amazing view! We would definitely stay here again!

This was our first experience with Airbnb, and Jessica is a super-host for a reason! She is immediately responsive to questions and delivers exactly what is shown in the pictures. Our family of four was looking for a comfortable, casual home on a quiet beach - and we found exactly that in Jessica’s lovely third-floor unit! The view of the ocean alone was worth the stay - seriously! Most of our time was spent on the soft-sand beach, and Dillon’s Beach Service was perfect for chair and umbrella rentals from morning until near sunset. We made good use of Jessica’s kitchen and accessories for most of our meals and enjoyed a couple of nice dinners out. We enjoyed lounging and playing card games in the evening in the family room. The master bedroom bed was extremely comfy, and the handy washer/dryer in the bathroom was perfectly positioned! Thank you again, Jessica! Your future guests will be delighted by this special Seaside retreat!

Jessica's place is awesome! The view is amazing, and sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean is a memory I will cherish forever. The apartment is nice and bright, very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It's also conveniently located fairly close to grocery stores and restaurants, and you can easily find a place to rent a bike. But of course the main attraction is the view and the beach! I highly recommend anyone to stay at Jessica's place!

We absolutely loved this place! It was perfect for our family of 3. I couldn’t believe the location for the price! We were right on the water, and the view was amazing! There are quite a bit of stairs to the condo(no elevator) and to the beach, but definitely manageable-even for the out of shape! There were plenty of linens for all the sleeping spots. The bunk beds did feel a little claustrophobic. But long enough to fit someone 6ft tall. Just watch your heads! The condo isn’t in a typical development on 30a, but it was close enough that we could be at a restaurant within 5 minutes depending on traffic. I actually preferred this area because the beach wasn’t crowded at all! We had plenty of space for our chairs without feeling squished, and no one was in front of us. We had a peaceful and relaxing experience! Jessica was so attentive and helpful! She made our experience top notch! Our only complaint-we didn’t get to stay there long enough!

Jessica’s place was everything we wanted for a girls’ trip. Amazing view of the gulf with easy access to the beach. Comfy couches and great beds with a kitchen that has everything you could need for cooking. Centrally located on 30A and within short driving distance to anything you could want for a great stay. I highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to 30A.

Perfect spot right on the beach! It was peaceful and quiet and tucked right between two great towns that we love!

Had a relaxing time at Jessica’s. The short walk to the beach chair setup is so convenient. The weather was so perfect and I couldn’t have asked for a better time.

We loved Jessica’s place. PERFECT location. Close to all the great shops & restaurants. The beach was quiet, which is exactly what we wanted. Her place was very cozy for our family of 3 (my husband, 3 yr old son, and I). We enjoyed mornings with the doors wide open, which was a taste of HEAVEN. The pillows need to be updated, but I am pregnant, so I’m a pillow diva these days. My husband would enjoy running towards the sunrise each morning, through Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach. We rented an umbrella, and chairs from Dillion’s Beach Services, which Jessica recommended, and it was so very simple. They were great. Our favorite local restaurants were Black Bear Bread Co (which could be a drive during busy season, but so worth it), Amavida Coffee, and Bruno’s pizza (we got it to-go, and ate it on the beach — highly recommend). Jessica’s responses were quick. Check in was seamless. Our GPS didn’t pick up the address given , but if you put in “Seamist by Panhandle Getaways” into Apple Maps, it’ll take you right to the complex. We felt like this was 30A’s best kept secret. It really was a dream vacation. I’ve already check its availability for our next visit.

Must stay!

This was a gem of a property. Right in the beach, far fewer people than in congested areas along the beach, comfortably housed and slept our family of five (13 and 11 year olds). Communication with Jessica was prompt and welcoming. Would definitely go back in the future.

Family vacation

My family & I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Jessica was amazing & so helpful!

This is a beautiful location with great beachfront views. It is small, and I would caution anyone thinking that six could stay comfortably here. It was perfect for my spouse and me. Note that construction was ongoing on both sides of this complex in late April 2019. While it did not spoil our visit, it was noisy from early in the morning until late afternoon on both Saturday and Sunday (you could hear it from the beach). We had amazing weather during our visit and I suppose that may have been the reason for the construction activity on a weekend. Overall, this is a great value for a beachfront condo on 30A.
