Adorable condo, great location

We stayed here for a short ski weekend at Copper. Easy to walk to town, well furnished, stocked kitchen, with nice community hot tub. Thermostat didn't seem to working properly but overall it was a lovely property.

Ski vacation

Condo was as stated. Updated compared to other units in the same complex. Very impressed with the amount of kitchen items including oils, seasoning, dish soap, TP, tissues etc.... The firewood was a nice bonus. Plenty of room for our family to spread out, watch TV and hang ski jackets. Master shower/tub was huge. Beds were comfy. We made use of the included humidifier in one of the rooms. Also, nice to have a work area/desk in one of the rooms. Our daughter worked remotely from the condo one day. Very close to the western I-70 on-ramp/exit to Copper. Common Hot tub and sauna were used often Apres skiing. Parking is first come first served for spots. Would definitely stay again.

Frisco was fantastic

Our stay was enjoyable thanks to the condo amenities and location. The host checked on us and we’re very caring.

My family stayed at Jessica’s condo over Thanksgiving weekend. The home was well stocked and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were comfortable, plenty of blankets for extra warmth. It had a comfy couch and great TV. We made a fire each night. The location couldn’t have been better. Frisco’s Main Street was 20 yards from the front door, a beautiful river just 20 feet from the back door. The main living space was a bit chilly at times. We brought a space heater which worked well for those times. We had a great vacation and holiday in A Creek Runs by It!

Our stay was fabulous. The condo was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. The stream in the backyard is a plus and the fireplace made the chilly nights very cozy. We'd definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location by the creek. We spent a lot of time next to the water listening to it. I wish this was my condo! Rooms were very comfortable.

This Frisco location is the best! The photos on the listing were accurate and even under value just how beautiful of a home this is! Our family of 6 stayed for 5 nights in June 2022 and we were able to visit Breck, Vail and Buena Vista which were all just a short drive away. Along with the short walk or drive into Frisco for breakfasts, lunch, dinner and ice cream! There were tons of delicious food options nearby! The entire condo is beautifully decorated and was spotless when we checked in. The balcony and patio over looking the creek were our favorite spots to be at night and in the mornings. One chilly night we were even able to enjoy the wood burning fireplace in the living room and watched a Netflix movie. We will definitely be making a return trip to this property soon!

Great location in Frisco!

This was our first time here. I absolutely loved the location. Shirt walk to Main Street which has tons of shops and restaurants. We rented bikes one day and rode around the Peninsula. Kids rented paddle boards in reservoir as well. Parade was sweet and small. Pros: location! Clean condo! Cons: very narrow hallways and upstairs space. No a/c so for July, it was pretty hot at night. Emailed alarm went off in one bedroom when kids finished taking a hot shower. Bring your own pillow if you don’t like hard pillows.

Great place! So peaceful out back easy to hammock up and relax! Easy walk to town and tons to do in the area! We will be back. Place was super comfortable for our group, clean and cozy!

We've been coming to Frisco for many years and this has been one of our favorites. Its conveniently located- a short walk to town, close to hiking trails, bike path and skiing. My niece loved all the "stuffies" (stuffed animals) and we spent hours in the backyard listening to the creek. The unit was clean, well stocked and cozy. The hosts earned their super status. They were very helpful and responsive. We brought our van and weren't able to fit in the garage, but had plenty of parking in front of the unit. The neighbors/neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. Our family can't wait to come back.

Fantastic condo and location. It was well stocked and had many of the comforts of home. We visit Frisco often and would definitely stay here again!

The house was in a perfect location along the river which made for a beautiful setting. There is plenty to do around town and hiking nearby. We really enjoyed staying at the house, it was clean and looks exactly like the pictures. I would definitely stay here again if visiting town!!

I don’t leave reviews… but this was a stay worth leaving a review for. It’s a home away from home it’s a cozy stay wether you’re with a group of friends or with family. The beds are comfortable , the living spaces are a great place to hang and enjoy your time. The creek behind this stay is an amazing way to wake up. Having a garage is so handy to be able to store anything extra. The amenities like the hot tub and sauna were a highlight on a cold and snowy weekend. To anyone who is looking to stay here. Just do it. Stop looking. This is your stay! Jessica is an amazing host and my next vacation to colorado will be here again.

We had a great stay at this condo. Comfortable place along the river. We used the hot tub, game area and sauna on a couple occasions and wished it could have stayed open later. Lots of tv channels which was a huge plus.

Charming place to stay a short distance from Main Street. Everything was as advertised; highly recommend this location!

This is truly an amazing spot. Only thing I would suggest would be possibly providing memory foam mattress toppers for the beds. I like a firm mattress, but these beds were so firm that we all woke up sore every day, which definitely affected our skiing each day. Other than that I have zero complaints! Jacuzzi tub in the master doesn’t work, but we just used the community hot tub. Truly a perfect location and an awesome place!

2022 Ski Trip

Property was as advertised. Entire process was easy and hassle free. To make the condo more enjoyable, access to more fire wood for the fireplace would have been a nice.

6 minute walk to Main Street where all the restaurants and bars are located, full kitchen for dinners on a cold night, and the space itself was super cute. Our family enjoyed our time there and can’t wait to visit again!

Great condo. Exactly as advertised. Perfect location if you want to ski Breckenridge, Copper, or Keystone. Would absolutely stay there again.

Cozy condo in the heart of Frisco. We had a great stay here!

Nice but cold

Very well appointed cute condo in a great location. It really would have been perfect except the heat doesn’t work. There is a fireplace which saved us on the 2nd night. It’s February so it gets cold. The heater was set to 72 degrees but never got over 64 degrees. We slept in jackets and hats the first night. The second day we found firewood which warmed it up but as soon as the fire went out when we were sleeping the temp dropped again. It’s baseboard heating and they were cold to the touch the whole time. Contacted the owner who said to check to make sure the flue was closed which it was but no other suggestions were made. Just a side note that the condo is on the lower floor so you can hear people walking around upstairs in the bedrooms. Aside from the heat it was great and comfortable.

I definitely recommend staying here! The condo was great, just as advertised, it had everything you need, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The backyard is so pretty with a creek running by it and mountain views. We even saw a moose! Location is great, next to Main Street in Frisco and only about 20 minutes to Breckenridge and Vail. Jessica and Michael were really responsive to our messages and helpful. We would stay here again.

This condo is great. Cozy, clean place with nice decor, and room to spread out with our kiddos. Lots of hooks to hang all of our ski clothes, and garage to store skis (not quite large enough to park our minivan in, as they keep a small shed in there…). Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes/serving platters, etc, as well as basic spices/cooking oils. Centrally located to many local ski areas :). Would definitely recommend!

We had such a good time! The interior was so cozy and comfortable! A quite place, very close to the Mainstreet. We also liked the fireplace. And the sunny afternoons! We really could recommend this wonderful condo!

Very clean and tastefully decorated. She always responded promptly. Disappointed by shed in garage - couldn’t put any car in. Temp in lower level remained at 62 despite thermostat set at 90. Can readily hear people in unit above walking around. No humidifier in unit - a must for the mountains; other places we have stayed included them.

Minuses= Heating deficient downstairs, you will not freeze but you need to use a sweter downstairs. Be aware of winter and not able to use the Garage due to a huge shack inside taking a quarter of garage length. And you do need the garage in winter! Positives= Great location, near bus stop. Cleaning is perfect and condo has a great clubhouse.

Excellent Property

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was excellent and the location was perfect to quickly reach all the ski resorts in the vicinity . It was nicely furnished with all the extras. The owners were very thorough with their instructions and also the lay of the land regarding places of interest. We plan to return in the near future.

Great Place, Updated, great location

listing was absolutely accurate. Place was super clean, close to clubhouse, great for our family of five. Hosts were in contact with us via text making sure everything was going well on arrival and departure. We will definitely try to rent this property again.

This is a fantastic place to stay...access to trails and restaurants. perfect for a family get together.
