This place was a perfect autumn getaway with my family. Outside the stream and mini wild flowers outside the porch made my week! My kids kept busy outside in the stream and the yellow aspens were just perfect! The house itself is so beautifully decorated!! The location also couldn’t be anymore perfect. Close to everything - Breckenridge, Vail, Frisco town is a short walk away. The Marina is 5 min away! The hot tubs and sauna were the perfect ending to our nights. Thank you so much guys for a wonderful stay, we can’t wait to come back!!!

Wonderful location! We loved falling asleep to the sound of the creek every night. We sat on the porch and watched the creek and even enjoyed sitting on the rocks right next to the water. I absolutely loved the view walking out of the condo and into town! We went at the perfect time of the year! Perfect Fall weather and mountains lit up with golden aspens! The short 10 minute walk to Main Street shops/coffee/restaurants was perfect. It was long enough to soak up the views and short enough to seem very close. The miles long paved path through Aspen tree heaven was legitimately 1 block from the front door. Our daughter loved all the mountain themed stuffed animals and pictures all over the condo. Car parking lot immediately out front of the condo was never an issue. The garage however has a storage shed in the back and shelves on the side. It is really only long enough for maybe a compact car ie 2 door Mini Cooper, or VW Golf, etc. We had a mid sized SUV and our vehicle was a couple feet too long and one side would not be able to open their doors. A full size SUV or truck would have no chance of fitting length wise or getting doors open. I did happen to see a moose walk across the road outside the condo around dinner time. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo and we would gladly stay here again.

If you want the best time in CO I'm sure this is the place for you.

What a wonderful place to stay! The condo was beautiful. It was decorated to fit into the area. It had many beautiful photographs and small touches with some stuffed animals here and there. The condo was clean and neat. It had everything in it that we needed. Lots of cooking utensils, dishes etc. It is located close to the downtown area of Frisco, Yet far enough away to not be bothered by the noise of traffic etc. The view out the back at the creek was so soothing. We sat out on the deck one evening and just listen to the creek roll by. Jessica sent us several texts and emails about the place. It made it easy for us to find it, to get into the condo. She really is a super host. I would recommend this place for anyone as there is enough room to sleep six or seven comfortably in beds.

The condo was lovely and just as described. My son enjoyed playing by the creek. We felt like at home and our host Jessica was really attentive. The location is great and just 20 min away from Breckenridge. There are great hikes EVERYWHERE. Will recommend 100%

This home is definitely the place to stay if you are looking for a perfect getaway. The sound of the creek was so relaxing. It was everything we expected and more! The kids had such a great time and enjoyed our stay.

We felt very comfortable staying here! It was exactly as advertised, from location to amenities, and we loved all the fluffy blankets to curl up with! Easy access to Frisco, as well as a free shuttle to the other mountain towns. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The creek is real - not around the corner, really in the back yard. Access is great, close enough to walk to the downtown scene and far enough to be quiet. We walked to the trails right from the condo.

We LOVE Frisco

Frisco is the perfect location and we loved our stay! Clean, comfy, great amenities! Kids loved the creek! We walked and rode bikes to dinner on Main Street everyday! Close to Keystone, Copper, and Breckenridge! The bike park and bike trails were AMAZING! And the garage was perfect for all our gear! We hope to come back soon!!!

Terrific Ten Mile Creek Condo

This is a beautiful three bedroom condo in a quiet part of Frisco. It is updated, tastefully decorated, well equipped and sparkling clean. The deck is in a wooded area right on the creek….a great place for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The garage, pool and indoor and outdoor hot tubs are added benefits! All of this is only a 5 minute walk to Main Street and the Summit Stage bus, which provides service to the recreational areas in Summit County. Really great property!

Fabulous location

Stellar location backing to the creek with short walk to Main St shops/restaurants. Very comfortable, well-furnished condo, well-stocked kitchen. Kids also enjoyed the clubhouse with pool, hot tub and foosball. Very highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment with amazing mountain and creekside views. Very cozy and comfortable living space and a great location - 5min walk into Frisco. Will definitely return here for winter ski trips or summer hiking adventures.

Jessica’s place is amazing. Decorations and details made us feel just as home. The place is big, perfectly located in a beautiful town in the middle of many ski resorts, and the amenities available inside the house were beyond expectations. Very clean and extremely well maintained. I’ll keep this place as my number one choice every time I go back to Colorado

We went out to Colorado to do an "EPIC Sampler" (Keystone, Vail, and Breckenridge). This place was perfect as each mountain was just 20 minutes away, and you didn't pay mountain high prices. Jessica was quick to respond and extremely accommodating, especially how up in the air everything is with COVID. This place delivered on its promises, being a cozy home to come back to after a day on the slopes.

Amazing Property + Location

Amazing spot to stay for skiing. Big comfortable beds and bedrooms, walking distance to town + free buses, and close to all ski areas. Free bus in walking distance goes to Breck so you can skip parking if you want. The only downside was that the pool/hot tub was closed due to COVID which we didn't know, but I wouldn't let that deter you from staying here.

Jessica's place is a wonderful place to stay. I have stayed at several airbnb's and her is one of our favorite. Very clean and we loved how it was decorated! Very accommodating for our family of 7. She also communicates very quickly which is always appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here.

This place is cozy, comfortable, and has cute decor. It seems to be well maintained and taken care of. The big issue we had was lack of an internet connection. It worked about 10 percent of the time we were there. We were told that the complex had recently switched providers and the issue was with them. Ultimately, we didn’t care who’s fault it was. At the end of the day, we just needed it to work. While communication with the owners/property managers was quick, they couldn’t do anything to fix it and lacked any sort of empathy or alternative solution. Also, the walls are really thin. It wasn’t so much voices we could hear but rather the tremendous amount of foot stomping above us, particularly late at night. Last, the kitchen is somewhat stocked but lacked a few key essentials.

Great condo with easy access to downtown Frisco, trails, copper is less than 10 mins away, and easy to get to Breckinridge as well. We really enjoyed our stay. I bet it would be even more beautiful in the summer with the creek right out of the back door. Jessica was very prompt and easy to communicate with.

Very nice town home.

We stayed here over New Years. The location was ideal and the condo was very clean. Communication with the host was excellent. The creek, the snow and the view mountains from the deck was beautiful! Frisco is such a beautiful town! I highly recommend this condo and already look forward to our next stay!

This place was beautiful! The decor was homey and the creek in the back was awesome. Jessica was prompt with responses to any questions I had and very helpful. Frisco is also beautiful and the setting between the mountains were breathtaking
