We enjoyed our stay at Jessica’s condo. The condo was cozy and clean, perfect for a couple or small family. The view of the beach from the condo was fantastic, and the beach itself was beautiful and not too crowded. We would definitely stay at the condo again!

Incredible stay

This Is by far one of the best condos I’ve had the pleasure to stay at. The location is perfect, the view is incredible, & the condo is fully stocked with any and everything you could need. No detail is overlooked... even stuffed animals on the bunk beds. :) There was a housekeeping mishap when we checked in, but the team was quick to get everything worked out. We had an incredible trip and can not wait to return.

Great R&R Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seamist #6. The views from the balcony were incredible. The condo was exceptionally clean and well-furnished. The beach was not overly-crowded as it is a 12-unit condo. We will be back!

Awesome views!!

This was our third time staying in the property so I think that says it all! The view is just out of this world and we love that the beach is never crowded and you can always get a good spot to enjoy the sunset ! Hope to come back for a fourth visit someday soon!

Seamist Condo #6 is a fantastic place to stay. Had 4 people there for 3 nights during Covid so we just hung out and cooked. The beach is not terribly crowded like some others we saw that was a bonus, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Made Spaghetti and Meatballs one night. Have two teenagers and they found between the in-wall bunk beds, the pit group couches and the outside chaise lounge plenty of space to look at their phones. The highlight is the view from the living room and deck. Looks right out onto the gulf and can see miles in either direction. Jessica was very quick to respond to anything we needed, though we didn't really need anything as it was already there. We'd go back!

This place has an AMAZING view!! The temperature was definitely cool in February but thankfully the sun was out. We were just there for less than 48 hours but it was just right for a quick beach escape. Can’t wait to come back - hopefully in warmer weather.

Great location for a lovely stay

This condo is really comfortable. Well decorated and stocked. Looks right out on the beach for a short walk. We had no problems and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Crystal Clear Water

Love the smaller feel of this area. The Seamist has only 12 units and while there are some larger places, this is NOT a place with a all of high rises. The water is so beautifully clear and an amazing color. Lovely place to walk and enjoy the shorebirds. Saw a few dolphins too!

Can’t beat the location and super comfortable. A great deal especially considering the area.

Great place for a couple or individual. Best view ever. Great housewares/cookware. Easy walk up a few steps to place. Great access to beach. Supper duper balcony. Bed was crazy comfy. Host responses fast.

A clean and comfortable beachfront condo with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Cellphone and wireless service was a little iffy at times, especially at night, but this is a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxed stay.

Ah...the Beach View

My happy place. Just what I was looking for...cozy comfortable condo on the 2nd floor with a beautiful Beach view from the deck and great room. Spent many and hour reading and listening to the surf hitting the shore from the deck. Well appointment one bedroom condo with comfortable deck seating, perfect for us. Quiet area. Owners very responsive to email. I will keep SeaMist #6 in mind for our next trip.

The view is amazing! Sitting on the balcony having coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night while watching the waves was perfect! I loved having anything we needed or wanted right down the road... activities, restaurants, shops, etc. Even though the sidewalks were busy with lots of people and families, the condo was quiet and peaceful! It was everything a vacation should be!

Just what we needed

We had a wonderful time in Seamist and can't wait to return. Reservation and access on arrival were just as promised. Love the location and the view from the deck!!

This is a PERFECT spot for exploring 30A.. Comfy bed, amazing views, and a great kitchen fully stocked with plenty of cookware.. Would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Great place to stay, very central to all surrounding areas; beach was amazing!

Perfect location, far enough from the crowds but close enough to get to activities without any trouble. The bed was very comfy. The shower head in the bathroom had great pressure. Good selection of beach supplies provided. Perfect view and access to the beach (there are quite a few stairs which is something to consider if you have trouble getting up and down stairs).

The access to the beach is so great! And it’s not crowded at all. We loved this place with our 3 small kids. The bunk beds were a hit and we loved the view of the ocean. Jessica was super helpful with any questions we had as well.

We love the 30A area and this little gem was just perfect for us! Two adults and two teen girls! We loved its on the beach and we could wake up to the amazing view and sounds of the ocean! We can’t wait to return next year!!

Amazing!

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Very private and the beach was not crowded at all. The owner sent us a very detailed email that described everything from directions on how to get there, how to get to the grocery store and to all kinds of delicious restaurants. The condo was clean and the large balcony was great. We had absolutely no problems during our stay. Thanks for a great vacation!!

This is the second time we have stayed. Most comfortable pillows I’ve ever laid my head on. The beaches aren’t crowded at all!

Jessica's condo is in a perfect location. We had a quiet beach experience, which is what we wanted. The view from the condo is amazing and we loved that we were located right on the beach. The condo had every amenity imaginable and was very clean! We look forward to our next stay!

Book it! Jessica’s condo is in a central location along 30A, close to everything. And when you’re done exploring, you’ll arrive back at the condo and head right down the back steps to the beach. It doesn’t get much better than that!

Jessica’s place was perfect for our family (my wife and 2 daughters). The kids loved the bunks and the beach is literally a walk down a flight of stairs out the back entrance. We went during spring break and our fear was the spring break scene being too close. However it was the exact opposite. The beach felt private w barely anyone in our area. The space was bigger than we thought w everyone being able to have their own space. Great private deck overlooking the ocean, big living and kitchen, kids had their bunk areas and the master was a good size as well. Also has washer dryer. Jessica was also very responsive to all our questions. Great experience!
