Hier gibt es nichts zu überlegen, falls diese tolle Unterkunft frei ist unbedingt buchen! Das Apartment war blitzsauer, die Küche super ausgestattet, aber das Allerbeste ist der Balkon mit der grandiosen Sicht auf Strand und Meer. Wir haben stundenlang auf den bequemen Stühlen und der Sonnenliege gesessen und die Aussicht genossen. Der Strand ist wunderschön und man kann in beide Richtungen lange Strandspaziergänge machen, wir haben sogar 2x Delfine gesichtet. Falls man möchte, es genügend tolle Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir haben aber fast immer selber gekocht und auf dem Balkon gegessen weil wir die Aussicht so mochten. Falls wir wieder nach Seacrest kommen, werden wir ganz bestimmt wieder bei Jessica buchen.

The stay as always was amazing! My husband and I always hate to leave on the departure day. Although the weather was a little cool on the beach we enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out to the magnificent view. We will be back later in the year.

Was perfect for just the two of us.

Jessica's place is easy to check into and her response for booking was quick. The place was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I love the ocean-front experience her home offers. The kitchen is well stocked and brand new. My boys loved sleeping in the bunk bed cubby! If you have very small kids (mine are 8, 9) it might be hard to reach the top bunk as the ladder seems to be missing. We stayed during the off season so this may have been remedied....just something to check on. We enjoyed a great stay and highly recommend the apartment!

The price for this condo was so reasonable that I actually lowered my expectations somewhat so as not to be too disappointed. Wow, was I surprised. First off, I think we all go to the beach for the view, the beautiful water, sunrise/sunsets/relaxation. At Jessica's place, one has a front row seat to the best of all that. This is the first place I have ever rented that had an abundance of towel bars/hooks, an abundance of towel, a quality mattress with quality pillows that suited both our needs, great set of pots and pans and other appliances, a large variety of kitchen utensils, a nice supply of cooking spices...really I can't think of anything you will need that Jessica hasn't thought about. We traveled there by car and took some beach chairs but found two waiting there. For my taste, there was too much furniture packed into the small but more than adequate space. But if you were a couple with children, that would be a good thing. My friends are trilled that I have discovered this gem on the gulf and I am sending links to many of them. We will definitely return knowing ahead of time that the days spent there will be soul reviving days.

A pleasure getting to stay in this simply beautiful condo. Absolutely everything we needed was there. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. The view was oh so wonderful, sitting on the porch drinking our coffee or just sitting and listening to the ocean. Would love to stay there again.

You walk in and see the ocean as your only view! The condo has everything you’ll need - and the kitchen is filled with all the things you hope for all the down to a cheese grater, Tupperware and 4 piece toaster! There are extra supplies too- usually condos don’t leave extra dishwasher and washing machine pods, but this one does.

We felt very comfortable. Was a very pleasant stay. Loved the view from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome space! Right on the water, a short distance from shops and restaurants. Really fun decor that gives you that great beach getaway kinda feel. Lots of room for multiple guests.

Jessica's condo was just as advertised. The condo has an incredible view of the ocean and was quite comfortable! We will definitely rent again next time we are in the area.

This was our third time staying at the Seamist and we loved every moment. Jessica’s home is truly one in a million and we are already counting down the days until we return!!

Nice place

The porch with the view was the definition of relaxation! The condo was cozy with all the needed amenities. We loved that the location was not right in the bustle of the near by communities, but still very close to be able to drive in and enjoy the fun restaurants/shops.

First of all, amazing view from the patio, there is nothing better then waking up and being able to walk out to see the beach right in front of you! Great location, very close to a lot of great restaurants and the hubby and I had a wonderful time at Jessica's place.

We loved this condo, the view is amazing, you must see it to believe it. Condo was clean and cozy, perfect for 2 adults and 2 little ones.i would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The couches and beds were SO comfortable. It’s in a very nice location and nicely secluded. I did not have one problem the whole time we were there. I definitely plan to stay here again!

Jessica was incredible! First, the condo is right on the beach, no long hallways or elevators. The view from the back porch was incredible. We were able to see dolphins one morning. The condo was perfectly clean and ready for us to come in and relax. We loved the location. We definitely plan to come back!

This condo on the beach is excellent! Great view of the beach from the balcony and the interior is nice, clean, and has everything you need to feel at home. There's dedicated parking for the building, so no issues there. Thanks Jessica for a great stay!

wonderful place right on the beach. sunsets were awesome on the beach or from the balcony. other guest were friendly. home was filled with everything you need, just like you were at your own home. hosts answered questions, quickly. not far from downtown panama city. condo very clean. enjoyed our stay (8/26 to 8/30/2018). would recommend highly. thank you jessica and michael.

Ocean View from Deck

Best thing about this unit is the view of the ocean from the deck. Otherwise, during 4th of July week this area (Rosemary Beach/Seacrest Beach) is extremely crowded with cars and bikers. I had to call management on our second day because of the unassigned parking in the condo lot because if we went out to eat, we couldn't find a place to park after we returned. Management told us to block the other cars and leave notes on their cars - assigned parking would have prevented this. It's just not a peaceful vacation when you're constantly having to watch for an empty spot to park or someone interrupts your beach time to ask you to move your car.

Amazing vacation!

30A has been on my Bucket List forever, it seems. We finally decided to book and stay for a week there and LOVED IT! The condo was absolutely perfect - we could not have gotten closer to the Beach. The view from the balcony for morning coffee and evening cocktails was magical. I really got excited about the fun décor of this condo - it has interesting pieces of artwork everywhere and is personalized. The condo was also appointed quite well in that there's everything needed from Kitchen to Bathroom to Games in Living Room! It felt like Home to us and we will definitely stay there again. Soon!!!

Super Cute place. There were a lot of features that make it work well. These are features that not all condos offer. The mattresses on the bunk beds were very good regular twin mattresses. So that even a teen or small adult could sleep on them. The porch had a love-seat lounger to relax on and a table to eat at. We also loved the full size table to play games at in the evening. Everything was Perfect!
