Loved the condo and the beach!

Very nice updated condo with all the amenities. Very nice area with an uncrowded beach. Beautiful area, easy to get around. We did not want to come home and can't wait to go back!

What a perfect spot! My sister and I loved staying at the Seamist - the condo is right on the beach just a few minutes from Alys and Rosemary. The beach is beautiful, quiet, and not crowded at all. The condo is clean and has very thoughtful amenities! Jessica was easy to get a hold of and to work with while making the reservation. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxig beach getaway.

This condo is perfect if you love a stunning ocean view, the sound of the waves crashing on the beach and watching the sunset with a glass of vino in hand from your balcony! It’s well equipped and is perfect for a family of 3 or 4 who love beach life!

This little place is incredibly beautiful. From the outside it looks like one of the older condos but don't be put off by that. It is so lovely inside with the most stylish decorations and lovely art. Not to even mention the view of the ocean and the location. Everything about this place was exactly what I was looking for and I cannot wait to stay there again. The location makes it an easy drive to all sorts of things and yet when you are on the beach or sitting on the patio you do not feel like you are in a "bustling tourist area". I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

This condo was a dream- perfectly nestled between Alys/Rosemary beach and Seacrest. RIGHT on the beach wth a private stair from the condo (12 or 15 units I believe, so very low density). Easy parking. Huge balcony. Hot water. Kitchen stocked with everything we need! Could not recommend this enough for groups of 2-4. We will be back! :)

Our stay at Jessica’s condo was nice and peaceful. Nice king sized bed to sleep in, beautiful view and right on the beach. I really enjoyed not being surrounded by huge condos and a hundred other people. Lots of really great restaurants within a few miles (George’s at Ally’s beach, cafe thirty-A, the red bar) I would definitely recommend staying here and would like to possibly come back in the future.

best condo yet

We have been "panhandling" from Atlanta area for 15 years and the SeaMist 6 set-up was our most enjoyable visit yet...…#6 condo has it all. Helped that the sun was out most of the time, the beach pristine and uncrowded, water clear even when surf was up the last three days (OK, some kelp). Choices of restaurants along 30A always extraordinary. Back soon.

Location is amazing. In-between Alys Beach and Seaside. Couldn't ask for a better view out the balcony. Amenities well thought of, quick responses communication wise, cheerfully decorated. My favorite part was listening to the waves crash while spending time in Airbnb doing whatever. Very peaceful and can't wait to visit the area again.

This house is right on the beach and perfect! The house was convenient to anywhere we wanted to go. Book it now! It was great!

We enjoyed our stay here - perfect location on a gorgeous stretch of beach that was never crowded. The unit is comfortable and well-stocked, parking was a breeze, and it was just the right spot on 30A to get to Rosemary Beach or Seaside or out to 98 easily. Jessica was super responsive and the menus and information she left were helpful in finding bike rentals and good places to eat!

This condo is fabulous! Much bigger in person and it truly is right on the beach. The balcony is an awesome amenity for when the wind gets a little strong at the beach, and having a washer & dryer inside makes keeping towels clean a breeze. The value for this condo is incredible and I highly recommend!

Great location, great small apartment, well furnished, and quiet. We loved our little stay!

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our second visit to the Seamist, though unfortunately our trip was abruptly cut short due to a pressing family emergency. However, we are already planning our return visit, as this AirBnB is our most favorite we have ever stayed in. The view from the oceanfront balcony is unparalleled, the condo is sparkling clean, cozy and comfortable, and the host Jessica goes above and beyond to ensure her visitors have a wonderful stay. If you are looking for some peace, relaxation and the most stunning ocean views imaginable, I highly recommend a visit to the Seamist!

Seamist 6 is a wonderfully cozy getaway with a priceless view. It was stocked with everything you need for a stress free check out from reality. Jessica replies quickly and went out of her way to let me add an extra night with very short notice.

Jessica's place is comfortable and well thought-out; we very much enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

Very quiet and relaxing place. The huge lounge chair on the balcony kept my husband and I on a short leash.....we stayed right there basking in the sunshine and spectacular waterfront landscape. Very clean and well stocked.... we had everything we needed for a great weekend getaway at a reasonable price.

Beautiful Condo, beautifully decorated and steps away from a beautiful beach!

We stayed here for a last minute weekend away and we were very impressed. The condo itself was perfect. The owners clearly took great care in the decorating made sure everything we needed was at hand. The views from the balcony could not be beaten! Sitting on the balcony and watching the sun set over the white sand and turquoise ocean is a great way to spend the evening. As a bonus, the owner was a pleasure to work and the condo was described very well. The owner provided recommendations for restaurants and events in the area which really made a difference in our short time there. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach vacation in the scenic highway 30A area.

Weekend Getaway

Relaxing and breathtaking are just a few words that came to mind when I think back on my much needed getaway. My sister and I spent the weekend in this beautiful condo. The view was absolutely unbelievable. We spent hours seating on the balcony listening to the waves, watching the frolicking dolphins and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped with all the comforts of home. The upscale linens and towels was an unexpected plus. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need if you want to prepare your own meals. If not interested in cooking, many of the local chef owned restaurants are a short distant away. The condo provides excellent flyers, brochures and local magazines that showcase some of the best restaurants in the area; we love George's located in Alys Beach which is only a short distant away from the condo. All of our restaurants experiences have been phenomenal, love the local fare! You won’t go wrong leasing this condo. It is well maintained and the white sandy beach is literally a few steps away. The owner is very attentive and provided us with lots of helpful information about the area. I can't wait to return.

perfect getaway

My wife and I booked this condo for a last minute getaway and could not have been more pleased. It was perfect. The view of the beach from the deck was amazing. Being just a few steps away from our beloved gulf coast sand and water was exactly what we were hoping for. The owners and manager have gone out of their way to make this the perfect spot on the beach. I especially appreciated the fact that it was well equipped and everything we needed was there. Loved the old-fashioned coffee percolator- you don't see those much anymore! We have been coming to the 30A area for years and this was the best location we have had by far. We will be back soon.

Quiet retreat

As previous reviews have said: beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, upscale everything, dishes, flatware, Cuisinart small appliances. My wife said, "I don't feel like we are in a rental property, I feel like we are visiting a friend's home". Loved the double chaise lounge on the balcony, it was great for reading under a blanket on a cold rainy day (we had a couple of those during our stay) and still being able to see the Gulf. The tiled parking lot makes a great first impression, very cool. Will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Sea Grove Vacation Spot!

WOW.....what an awesome vacation! This was our 1st time staying in Seamist #6. What we loved about this unit is how perfect it was for just the two of us! It is beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, all the extras that made it feel like home away from home! All indoor and outdoor furniture were comfortable as well. My husband enjoyed the double chaise lounge and we had breakfast and lunch on the balcony each day. I loved the 'dog' art! Everything was amazing and we can't wait to visit again soon!

Awesome beach getaway!

We loved our stay at Seamist #6! It was the best stocked vacation condo I've ever stayed in. Both indoor and outdoor furniture was clean and comfortable. We'll definitely visit again!

7 days of beach bliss!

Not sure where to start so Ill start at the begenning. First of all the condo is awesome. We arrived on a Saturday and spent the next 7 days there. The condo was fully furnished with everything you need for a wonderful stay (Microwave, stove, fridge, coffe maker, toaster, pots, pans, plates, cups, towels and even some tiny soap and shampoo samples!). The couches in the living area were extremley comfortable. So conforable that 2 members of my family slept on the couches for the entire week. The bed in the master bedroom was also very comfortable. The location is also great. 10 - 15 minutes from Seaside and Watercolor to the west and Alys beach and Rosemary Beach to the east. Lots of places to shop and eat, live entertainment during the evenings, etc... Destin and Panaama city beach are further trips, but no longer than 30 - 35 minutes away. As for the beach itself, in one word, awesome. It is so nice to be able to walk out of your condo and down the stairs directly to the beach. The beach was never crowded, we were always able to get a spot with space for our family right next to the water. I have been to Desting before and stayed in a big resort hotel. Never again. This experience has spoiled me. It is condo's only from here on out, and this is a great one. I could not have asked for a better experience and will certainly be back again!

Truly a first class individual, who is providing a wonderful place for guests to stay. The condo is within a few mile radius of numerous restaurants, a Publix, and away from all of the noise of jet ski and motor boat traffic which typically is found closer to the harbor areas of Destin and Panama City. The second floor balcony allows for a great view of the beach and waves, and it is only a few steps from the beach back into the condo. The most convenient beach location we have ever been too.

A little piece of heaven

What attracted me most about this place was the ocean front view. We didn't spend a lot of time inside the condo, but when we were inside, it was so nice to be able to open the doors and hear the ocean and see the beauty! The patio is huge and we enjoyed our breakfasts there as we watched the waves, seagulls, pelicans, and a dolphin or two play in the ocean. The condo was stocked with everything you need so it really felt like you were home away from home; including beach toys and accessories, which was perfect for our toddler. The condo is at a great location, only a few minutes bike ride to Aly's Beach, Rosemary Beach, restaurants, shops, and Publix. Our vacation was perfect!

Everything you need for a perfect vacation

My husband and I chose Seamist #6 for the week of our 4th anniversary trip. Beautifully appointed, clean, comfortable, and the most perfect view of the gulf. Love the porch with the chaise lounge! I can only echo what all other reviews have said; this is perfect! We were surprised at how close the beach was, how perfectly situated on 30A we were, much closer to Panama City Beach that I originally realized. They have a bowl full of information plus other publications of places to eat, services provided, things to do if you don't have things planned already. They provide so many little things that we have had to bring with or buy once we got there when we have stayed other places; they have thought of everything! Seamist #6 is on the second floor so if stairs are an issue, be sure to check for something on the ground floor. The unit above is very similar in layout and decor, but it has hard wood floors and the little ones upstairs could be heard running around, but other than that, we didn't hear much from any neighboring units or from 30A traffic. Of course, at this time of year that is at a minimum. The king-sized bed is so comfortable we slept very well, and the couches make it very easy to relax and recharge. I could keep going on, but all I can say is we will be back!

We loved staying at your condo for our girls weekend! The location was perfect and couldn't have ask for anything more from the condo. Will definitely be staying again!

Beautiful and well-appointed

We had a glorious time! The view was beautiful and the inside decor was whimsical and colorful, which added even more to the experience. Thoughtful consideration was clearly given to the amenities, with everything and more included for a perfect beach vacation. We are grateful to have found this gem.

I have been vacationing at the condo for several years now and it’s always great! Had perfect weather and can’t wait to come back!!

Cozy and relaxing

The bed was comfortable, the beach was gorgeous and so close, and the patio was amazing! We had to go to the grocery store 20 minutes away to get coffee and toilet paper, however. The nearby communities have places to eat. For us, driving was the best option. Red Bar is a must! If you want a quiet and relaxing place to spend your vacation, this condo is it!
