Our stay was short but Jessica helped us overcome a small hiccup in a timely manner so I would say overall the stay was very pleasant.

My family stayed in the #3 Seaturtle unit and we couldn’t have been more pleased! The location was perfect especially during the 4th of July (high traffic on 30A)! The condo itself was clean, well decorated, and fully stocked for our needs. We loved the ground floor unit and the convenient access to the beach. We’ve stayed in other high rise condos but always felt disconnected from the beach. The Seaturtle was perfect! We had a relaxing and memorable vacation and will be back!
The owners were easy to get in touch with and very easy to work with.

Great vacay!
This rental was great! Being on the first floor made trekking up and down from the beach so easy! The house was well stocked, clean, and the beds were comfy!! Beach was private, which was great but people would walk down from the public beach looking for space. Recommend putting your chairs down when you wake up! Lots of great memories made!

Great family vacation on 30A with the BEST views! This spot is such an amazing location!
A few hiccups upon arrival, but Jessica was quick to communicate got everything sorted out. The house was stocked with dishes, silverware, bath towels, and toilet paper. We enjoyed our stay very much, and loved being able to wake up every morning and walk right out onto the beach!

Perfect stay
Truly a relaxing stay. Easy check in, everything working (Wi-Fi, tv) with little effort. Plenty of parking, lovely small complex…will return next year!

This was my first time to the Pan Handle and Jessica's place was perfect for our retreat. Beach access was a great selling point, kitchen was equipped, and all of the other building occupants were pleasurable as well. The bush could be a little shorter to see more of the sunset from the deck, but the walk to the landing was a fine tradeoff. We will definitely return to this location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Seamist 3. We loved being just steps from the beach, which was beautiful and not crowded. We enjoyed our walks to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach and also to The Big Chill on 30A. Jessica is a great and very responsive host and responded quickly to any questions we had. We plan to return!

My family and I had such a great stay and would highly recommend visiting Inlet Beach and staying at Jessica’s condo. It was private, quiet and very beautiful. Lots to do at and around this location, East or West of the location also brings plenty of family activities all within 15-30 minutes. Jessica was also a great host, communication and suggestions were all on point and extremely helpful when visiting from out of town. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you!

Beautiful location
The condo looked like the pictures. The location is wonderful! The shower curtain eas moldy, but the owners were quick to respond to resolve that issue. We also noticed several dlats were missing off of the blinds, which wasn't a big deal to us. The last day, when we went to use the dishwasher for the 1st time, there were dirty dishes left from whoever was there before. We didn't notify because we were leaving, we just started it up. There were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. We loved the balcony, outdoor shower, and decor. The kids loved the giant dolphin and sea turtle pillows on the bunk beds. We would definitely stay again!

Quiet and peaceful away from the huge crowds near the public beach access points. Jessica was super responsive and friendly. Our first time on 30A it was very confusing that the listing said Inlet Beach but the condo is situated on Seacrest Beach. Jessica took the time to explain this and had she not we would have probably considered elsewhere. I would definitely stay here again…likely without our 3 teens. A bit small for grown kids but perfect for a family of 4 with small children.
