We loved staying at this Airbnb. Perfect for a small family or couple. Right on the beach and a short drive to dining and shopping destinations.

Beautiful place directly next to other guests but felt quiet and private
This was by far our best beach vacation for our family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds! You’re literally a minute’s walk from the beach and the ocean is your entire view from the condo. You just walk right out and down the boardwalk and you’re there. It doesn’t get any easier than that!!! Better than the pictures. Don’t even think about it - just book it!

The views from the unit are amazing, steps away from the beach. The condo was clean, extremely comfortable for the two of us. Both the beds and pillows are very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Jessica was there for us if we needed anything, and helped with one small issue we had. Thank you
Beautiful, peaceful little gem on 30a. Small beachfront condos are slowly disappearing as the luxe condos and houses buy them out. We felt lucky to get to stay in a reasonably priced, cute little condo that was perfect for the two of us. The location, view, deck/patio and beach couldn't be better. Would definitely book again. Host Jessica is super responsive and friendly with a very helpful guidebook. Pros: King bed was very comfortable. Cons: very small bedroom Bathroom clean, plenty of towels Microfiber sheets (cotton please!) Bath Basics provided Bring extra TP/paper towels Kitchen dishes and tools decent No dish towels, knives just ok Plastic wrap/basic Tupperware--YAY Very comfy living room and deck. Bring a good big skillet Great location and view Super nice hosts
Loved this condo! Steps away from a private beach that didn’t make you feel like you had to plan your entire day around getting to/from the beach/condo which was extremely helpful having an unpredictable toddler. Extremely walkable and peaceful! Highly recommend this condo for couples or small families!
Fabulous place! Gorgeous views! Great location! It was perfect for my solo getaway - I only wished I could've stayed longer. In January, it was quiet, peaceful - just what I wanted. Jessica was very responsive and helpful.

This condo was nice and the view was everything!! Despite some slight issues, Jessica and Michaell are understandable people who looked out for me while on my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here because of the hospitality from the host and the absolute beautiful view! **Also, the Seamist unit 3 is the best one to me, because it's on ground level so you don't have to go down the stairs to go to the back, to then go to the beach. You can step right off the porch. However, the upper units may have a broader view, but to me it's not the best.
this was quite possibly my favorite place i’ve ever stayed .looks exactly like the pictures.the view was breathtaking .waking directly into the unit from the parking space was perfection as well as out the back door to the beach.
Jessica is a very good host. There were some problems beyond her control but she took care of them asap! Would like to stay at her condos again because she cares about your stay. Beautiful place with beautiful views of the ocean, just what you are looking for.
This was a great place in a beautiful area of 30-A. Right on the beach and extremely walkable to neat areas of town.
Jessica‘s place was wonderful! We had everything we needed and ample space to enjoy. The area is very peaceful and private. Don’t blink at the price, million dollar views!!
My husband and I stayed here the entire week of Thanksgiving and had a great and super relaxing time. The condo is exactly how it looks in photos and the location is pretty ideal. Right on the beach with direct access right from the steps of the patio. There are only 12 units in the building so it was never overloaded with people. Watching the sunset every night was the highlight of booking this place. It's located between the beach towns of Seaside and Rosemary Beach so you have plenty of options of places to eat or visit. The condo has one king size bed, which is a bit on the firmer side, and then 2 large couches in the living room for more sleeping space. The 2 built-in bunk beds in the hall are also larger than you'd expect and can definitely accommodate an adult. We often just left the patio slide door wide open so we could hear the waves and feel the breeze. The condo was also stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans, for whatever you may need. Highly recommend!

Jessica was an excellent communicator. She had everything we needed to know in a text message. This made it handy not having to go back to the app. The condo is gorgeous and is literally the best location of any on the beach.
This location was EVERYTHING! The beach was so quiet and right outside our door. There were shops and restaurants close by and the condo has everything u would need if u just wanted to stay in and relax on the deck! Husband and I will definitely be booking this condo again!

The view from this place is beautiful, the location was good, depending on what you want to eat you may have to travel a little bit. We rented bikes for a few days and that was fun to ride to all the little shops. Not a ton to do with little kids so we did a lot of beach days or traveled to Panama for mini golf and the jump place. Regarding the actual condo, I have addressed the cleanliness issues with Jessica and hopefully that gets taken care of. Being as we travel a lot, it wasn’t my favorite. Simple salt, pepper, hand soap, vacuum would make a difference. It’s hard paying for a place when I have to worry about going to the store and buying little things that I think everybody could share. It just felt more like a hotel everything was very portioned out. Note that there is alot of construction going on in the area right now and they start at 7 am. Overall we had a good stay and the beach wasn’t too packed, which was good since we were on fall break.

My absolute favorite spot! 5th time visiting Jessica’s amazing condo and it’s always just the best. You cannot beat the location and the unit has everything you could need. I brought my mom and mother-in-law this time and they were so thrilled with everything and can’t wait to go back. Jessica & Michaell are incredibly responsive and go above and beyond to make your stay great. Will absolutely be back. Thanks again!
Beautiful view, fairly quiet beach, and great location just a short drive to Alys and Rosemary. Jessica was very great on communication and responded very quickly when we showed up before check-in (fully willing to wait it out). The water along this section of the beach didn’t go passed waist height for a few hundred feet out to the ocean. It was wonderful! Do note that if you plan to cook, there are no basic supplies in the kitchen like salt and pepper, etc.

Such an amazing condo!! Everything was right around the corner. Nothing beats being steps away from the ocean. Got to even watch some dolphins. My son loved the turtle & dolphin stuffed animals too!
This is a great place to stay! It's exactly as advertised. we loved being able to walk out the back door and being right on the beach! Jessica is top notch! She communicated very well throughout the process. We would love to visit again!

This was our first time to the gulf coast and as far as location goes, it was perfect for us! 30 minutes from an airport and easy to catch a ride. We rented bikes and we rode from the condo six minutes down the road to The Hub and had a few food options and some fun shopping. Not a lot, but enough. Our main focus was the beach! The beach was quiet and we loved the beach service (pricey but worth it in my opinion especially because there are thirty or so steps down to the sand). The condo was not quite what I expected and needs some updating. The couches were not comfortable and the covers needed a deep cleaning. The vertical blinds on the sliding door struggle to stay on the hooks so privacy can be an issue in the family room and kitchen area at night. The bed was very firm, so be sure that works for you. A lot of places I have stayed in the past have some basics like coffee, salt and pepper, but that was not the case here so be prepared to buy everything you need if you plan to eat in or cook at all. During stormy days we had a lot of options on the TV which was great. The sound gets a bit distorted so not sure if an update is needed. Overall, the condo was quiet and you didn’t hear too much from the other residents. The back deck is a highlight and we ate every meal out there! Simply stunning views! We will definitely be back to the gulf coast for a quiet beach getaway!
