Jessica’s place is great if you want a quite, relaxing place to stay. It’s on 30A but it’s a good distance from the many of the big shops on 30A (meaning you need to drive or bike and not walk). You are steps to the beach and I feel like it was perfect!

Truly the best spot in 30A! Reluctant to post how wonderful it is for fear of it becoming tougher to book, but it really is fabulous. Location is unbeatable, the house has everything you could need and the host is incredibly helpful and responsive. Can't wait to return again!

Very nice space. Right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

I recently stayed at Jessica’s beach condo. Once you walk in you could not be more overwhelmed by the beautiful view and amazing beach access. Everything seemed clean and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with all of the necessary items anyone would need while on vacation. We cooked dinner the first night; as stopping at Buddies fish market is a must for us while visiting 30-A NICE plug but not necessary. We decided to eat dinner out on the deck and noticed a few roaches. Since I am from Florida, I was not overly concerned. But it got worse over the next 3 days. Upon waking up the second day, I killed a large roach on the kitchen floor. Later, on two separate occasions, I found a baby roach in my coffee cup. That night and the following day, we noticed a few more outside. The following morning when I got up, I felt something on my back and brushed it off. Only to realize it was another roach! At this point I should have reached out to Jessica. But, my time was very limited as I was in town for business. There were several other instances where I saw roaches, interior and exterior of the home. Additionally, a spider on the stove! At this point, I was honestly appalled, reached out to Jessica, left the property and got a room elsewhere. I also would like to mention that we did keep the patio door closed at all times and took out our trash every night after dinner. Jessica did get an exterminator to come and spray the following day but, at this point I could not stay there anymore. I have to say that Jessica was good with communication, but we were unable to agree that I should be refunded for the nights I did not stay at her property. She did offer a $100 credit for my inconvenience and discounts on future stays at this property or a few others she has. However, I believe that if you have ever been in a situation with roaches you would not want to return. Now, in all fairness this may have been a rare occurrence, as she said she has little to no problems at this location. With all of the construction going on, on either side of the building plus the daily rain showers, this indeed my have created the perfect storm. Regardless, I’m not happy with the resolution. In addition, her exterminator threatened to call the cops on me when I asked for documentation since he agreed there was an issue the day prior to me asking. Unfortunately, he thinks I was trying to scam her, which is completely not the case. As you read this review please know, that I wanted to be open and honest about my stay, and that I also agree this could have been an unusual occurrence. But, I will not be staying in any of Jessica’s properties in the future.

We loved staying here! The condo was family friendly and the beach was beautiful! Loved waking up each morning to a gorgeous view!

Great place in perfect location!

Great Overall experience! Condo was clean, response times from Jessica on any questions were quick and clear instructions were provided. Location was ideal, just steps down the stairs to the perfect beach for the whole family with minimal crowds, shallow waters for the kids and clean white sands!

What a great stay! The beach was close and was perfect for the kids to play in the ocean and easy as it was just down the stairs. There was a convenient wash off in the backyard and we had everything we needed in the amazing condo. Great response time from our hosts made this stay even better! Hope to go back!

This is a perfect, quite romantic getaway. The. beach is exactly how they describe it. You wake up every morning to the beach within STEPS from the room.

This was a fantastic family friendly condo with an amazing view! The beach was amazing, very well kept and there was plenty of room to sprawl out without distributing anybody. We will definitely be returning next year!

Perfect family getaway!

Great location with an amazing view! Our kids loved the patio with steps down to a small yard & the beach access is great! The unit was very clean & well kept. The owner Jessica was was very helpful easy to communicate with. We will visit again!

Nice beachfront condo, decorated very nice and had all our family needed for a few fun days on the sand!

This place is perfect. If you’re looking for a spot with the absolute best location, this is it! Where the beach is your backyard and local shopping and dining is just a short bike ride away, you can’t go wrong staying here. We had the best time!

Great location! Jessica was a wonderful host. Despite the rain and storms that we dealt with the first two days of our trip, we were still able to enjoy being outside under the covered patio. Once the sun came out on the final day, we were able to enjoy the beach - just steps away.

Great location! Can pretty much avoid all 30a traffic getting to and from the condo. The view from the living room is spectacular, access to the beach is perfect, all the comforts of home and great for a family of 4-6. Jessica is a great host that was always at the ready to answer any questions we had. Looking to do it again next year!

Great Stay, Great Location!

Our stay was a last minute decision, so we were excited to get anything. Well, our anything turned into a great location, right on the beach, condo has everything you would need and check in was seamless! We’ll be back!

The perfect vacation spot!

This condo is so beautiful and in the perfect location. My family and I had the best time! My kids loved playing in the yard and going to the beach was so easy!! Jessica is so nice and answered whatever questions we had! Highly recommend staying here!!

Absolutely fantastic property and host!

Jessica clearly put some thought into making guests feel at home in this gorgeous condo. She has fully equipped the kitchen and stocked the place with high quality linens, towels, and blankets. The view is fantastic and being on the first floor means the sand is just steps away. I spent most of my time on the patio enjoying the ocean breeze, seagulls and watching for dolphins. This is a great value and I'll be back to visit as soon as I can!
