The pictures don't do this place justice: probably one of the best views at any beach I've ever had. The space itself is cozy, but I spent most of my time on the patio soaking it all in. Conveniently located, but far enough out that it's easy to disconnect for a couple of days. Also have to commend the excellent response time with any inquiries i had!

Incredible! Jessica was super responsive throughout the whole process. And the condo could not be in a more perfect location. Literally steps to the beach! We will definitely be staying here again. The condo was very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen and was quite nicely decorated. Again, I think the ease of stepping from the balcony right down to the beach is hands down what makes this condo perfect.

This is a great location right on the beach. Even when it rains, you can sit on the back porch and relax. It's a great space

First time we went to this location and loved it. Clean, and just as advertised. Easy access to the beach and it was not busy at all. We love that. I don't think there is any public access near by so you would only have other guest that are staying on the beach. I was thankful for the fast internet connection as I need to get some work done from time to time. There was one issue with the door handle not working and they responded with in minutes and we were good to go. We will definitely be back! Thanks again for a great week.

Amazing getaway

We had perfect weather and a beautiful view every minute. I would highly recommend staying here - it is a very convenient location and close to everything. We will be back!

Great location and a great deal with amazing views from the patio, the grassy area and the seating area overlooking the gulf. Initially it was going to be my daughter and I, but my son chose to come along and we had more than enough room. Could easily accommodate 7 comfortably. Two in the bedroom, two on the pull out sofa, two in the bunks and one on a sofa that was super comfortable. The sliding glass doors opens it up to so much and bring in enough light, but not the heat of the sun (even when it got to 80 degrees one day) and gives you the feeling of being outside. About a mile walk down 30A is a place that rents bicycle for the day $17. Great investment because there is so much to ride to and see. There is a little shop next door that is deemed essentials that is NOT a publix, winn dixie or walmart that has really nice quality bathing suits, cute summer wear for the entire family, gifts for home, trinkets and some toys. My kids and I really loved it here!

We loved staying at the condo! The view was gorgeous and the beach was amazing. Although the beach was closed during part of our stay, it was a beautiful place to self-isolate. The space was perfect and conveniently located. We will definitely be back!

This condo was the perfect getaway for a long weekend. I will stay here again if returning to the area. The beach is literally STEPS from the patio. We had the best time just relaxing on the beach then watching movies at night with the doors open to listen to the waves. There's plenty of appliances and dishware to make your own meals. Everything was very clean and we'll maintained. I have already recommended this place to my friends who travel to Florida frequently.

What a view! Best place in town for a cocktail is on this porch. We were so thrilled to score this place! Will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at this super cute, cozy condo. Everything was clean and very comfortable. King size bed was comfortable and the area peaceful and quiet. We especially enjoyed the location right on the beach literally right out the patio door and down a few steps. Waking up to coffee out on the patio and the ocean view was absolutely amazing. It was also nice opening the door in the evening to listen to the sound of waves. The host was reliable and prompt in communications. Ease of checking in and out was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

THE VIEW!!!!!! The view fron the deck is seriously amazing! The location is great. Walking distsnce to The Hub, Aly's beach and Rosemary beach. We had very friendly neighbors and we enjoyed grilling in the back yard overlooking the ocean. I almost cried when we had to leave. Having my coffee every morning at the waters edge was magical. Can't wait to stay again.

Absolutely breathtaking views. Peaceful, quiet and safe. Right off the main road, very convenient to all the local attractions. The Airbnb is extremely clean and comfortable, the deck is private and leads right out to the ocean - - so marvelous. If you have time, try the tour at the local coffee roaster, Amavida. Very interesting and the coffee is out of this world.

Best Friends wedding

My husband and I stayed in this unit for my best friends wedding. it was perfect for the 2 of us. we had other friends that stayed in the same building so it was very easy to get together during the day, and love having our own private place to escape at night. the beach is steps from the unit and very easy to access. Perfect weekend spot!

This was perfect!! At first I was a bit nervous based on the review that mentioned fragrances, but there were NONE at all in the sheets and towels. The bed was comfortable. plenty of seating options to relax and listen to the crashing waves of the Gulf. The kitchen was well stocked with more than enough plates, silverware, glasses, pots/pans, etc. This is the ideal location for a "couples getaway". Private, picturesque, cozy, and well supplied. I would highly recommend this location and we plan on staying here again when we come back.

Absolutely beautiful! I had the best time.

This was the perfect place to stay. Jessica had everything one would need in the kitchen for cooking meals and the location was great. The place was spotless and I loved that you could relax on the back porch and listen to the waves crash on the beach. She was very quick to respond when I had to contact her. This was originally a trip for me and my adult children and at the last minute my kids had to back out. I can definitely say we will return and enjoy it as a family. Make sure to visit the Sunday farmers market, so many good things to buy.

This place is amazing! The location is wonderful with the beach at the back door. We had a relaxing time and enjoyed the privacy of the beaches.

What an amazing place. The condo was factory what we needed m, great outdoor space and steps to the beach. The view was breathtaking!

We really enjoyed our stay at the sea mist. Unfortunately there were a slew of cleanliness issues that were highly disappointing, especially after so many reviews of an incredibly clean place we were stunned with some of what we found. Location wise, this spot can’t be beat. The beach access was incredible. Even as we walked up and down the beach, we kept commenting about how our access and location was unmatched to other areas. Overall, if the condo had been cleanlier, I would say we’d be back again! As a final note, if you’re sensitive to fragrance, I would advise not staying here as the sheets and towels are laundered with a heavily scented detergent that is unpleasant. An unscented detergent should be used.

Inlet Beach condo was an amazing beach location with non-stop views of ocean, waves, sunrises and sunsets!

We loved staying right on the beach and having a little bit of green lawn space. We loved the conveniece to Alys Beach and Rosemary. The unit is very clean and Jessica is an excellent host. We hope to stay here again soon.

This place was adorable and exactly as the pictures showed. The place was so clean and everything we needed was there. It was so nice having the beach right at our feet literally. You will not find a sweeter place to visit. The area I was familiar with and that helped. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again.

This oceanfront condo delivers! My girlfriend and I popped down from Atlanta for a lazy weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. The location is great - just a few minutes in the car to some great shops and restaurants. The unit is clean and has a marvelous covered deck that offers fantastic views of the water and is such a chill place to watch sunsets. The host mentioned using a beach service to rent umbrella and chairs and we loved having that stuff set up for us each day of our stay. Overall a very pleasant experience in a really nice water front condo.

If you are looking for a stylish place for a classic Florida on the beach beach vacation, Jessica’s place hits the mark. The condo was instagram-worthy with every amenity we expected and more. We did a lot of cooking during our week and found the kitchen well-stocked with equipment and the patio overlooking the beach a fantastic spot to eat. And yes you are mere steps from the beach, and the benches at the top of the stairs to the beach were the best sunset viewing spot we found. we hope to be back next year.
