This condo was nice and the view was everything!! Despite some slight issues, Jessica and Michaell are understandable people who looked out for me while on my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here because of the hospitality from the host and the absolute beautiful view! **Also, the Seamist unit 3 is the best one to me, because it's on ground level so you don't have to go down the stairs to go to the back, to then go to the beach. You can step right off the porch. However, the upper units may have a broader view, but to me it's not the best.

Place is great. Perfect location. Jessica is great at communicating. Strongly recommend for anyone looking for a Breckinridge getaway. Few steps from the chairlifts and restaurants. Nice gym and hot tubs. A block away from Main Street shopping and restaurants.

this was quite possibly my favorite place i’ve ever stayed .looks exactly like the pictures.the view was breathtaking .waking directly into the unit from the parking space was perfection as well as out the back door to the beach.

Jessica is a very good host. There were some problems beyond her control but she took care of them asap! Would like to stay at her condos again because she cares about your stay. Beautiful place with beautiful views of the ocean, just what you are looking for.

This was a great place in a beautiful area of 30-A. Right on the beach and extremely walkable to neat areas of town.

Jessica‘s place was wonderful! We had everything we needed and ample space to enjoy. The area is very peaceful and private. Don’t blink at the price, million dollar views!!

Such a beautiful place and incredible beach location. Everything was clean and well equipped. We liked that Jessica’s place is not in a high rise with bars and restaurants on the ground floor. There are only a few units and it is very quiet. You can drive, walk or bike to shops and restaurants.

My family stayed at Jessica’s condo over Thanksgiving weekend. The home was well stocked and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were comfortable, plenty of blankets for extra warmth. It had a comfy couch and great TV. We made a fire each night. The location couldn’t have been better. Frisco’s Main Street was 20 yards from the front door, a beautiful river just 20 feet from the back door. The main living space was a bit chilly at times. We brought a space heater which worked well for those times. We had a great vacation and holiday in A Creek Runs by It!

My husband and I stayed here the entire week of Thanksgiving and had a great and super relaxing time. The condo is exactly how it looks in photos and the location is pretty ideal. Right on the beach with direct access right from the steps of the patio. There are only 12 units in the building so it was never overloaded with people. Watching the sunset every night was the highlight of booking this place. It's located between the beach towns of Seaside and Rosemary Beach so you have plenty of options of places to eat or visit. The condo has one king size bed, which is a bit on the firmer side, and then 2 large couches in the living room for more sleeping space. The 2 built-in bunk beds in the hall are also larger than you'd expect and can definitely accommodate an adult. We often just left the patio slide door wide open so we could hear the waves and feel the breeze. The condo was also stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans, for whatever you may need. Highly recommend!

Our stay was fabulous. The condo was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. The stream in the backyard is a plus and the fireplace made the chilly nights very cozy. We'd definitely stay there again.

The view of the water is just what we wanted. The balcony lounger is very comfortable. Kitchen gear is all first rate. We had a great time cooking and eating and sleeping and staring at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Jessica was an excellent communicator. She had everything we needed to know in a text message. This made it handy not having to go back to the app. The condo is gorgeous and is literally the best location of any on the beach.

This location was EVERYTHING! The beach was so quiet and right outside our door. There were shops and restaurants close by and the condo has everything u would need if u just wanted to stay in and relax on the deck! Husband and I will definitely be booking this condo again!

Jessica’s place is clean, cozy, and has a perfect location if you’re looking to explore Teton National park, Yellowstone, Jackson Hole, and so many more places! The condo has all the comforts of home and check in and out is so simple. We plan to get back out here for a ski session and will check first to see if Jessica’s place is available! Highly highly recommend 😊

Everything from the initial communication to the check in and check out procedures was seamless and above my expectations! The house was very well-stocked to include things like a lighter for the fireplace and wine opener. Everything worked really well. The space in the home was actually more than expected as well. Quite a lot of room even with four people. Close to everything! We got to visit the national park and Granite Hot Springs.

This condo is in a perfect location on the Emerald Coast. The water is exceptionally beautiful! We loved having the beach right there and the deck overlooking the Gulf was awesome! The condo was very clean. We'd stay again!

This condo was amazing for our weekend getaway to the Tetons! It has everything you need, and Jessica was awesome!

The location is unbeatable! We were able to just walk right onto the beach every day & see dolphins, stingrays, swordfish, & even glow-in-the-dark algae at night! We would happily stay here again!

The view from this place is beautiful, the location was good, depending on what you want to eat you may have to travel a little bit. We rented bikes for a few days and that was fun to ride to all the little shops. Not a ton to do with little kids so we did a lot of beach days or traveled to Panama for mini golf and the jump place. Regarding the actual condo, I have addressed the cleanliness issues with Jessica and hopefully that gets taken care of. Being as we travel a lot, it wasn’t my favorite. Simple salt, pepper, hand soap, vacuum would make a difference. It’s hard paying for a place when I have to worry about going to the store and buying little things that I think everybody could share. It just felt more like a hotel everything was very portioned out. Note that there is alot of construction going on in the area right now and they start at 7 am. Overall we had a good stay and the beach wasn’t too packed, which was good since we were on fall break.

Beautiful view and fantastic access to the beach, well appointed kitchen for the cooks. And great local restaurant and sights recommendations for the adventurers. Hosts are very responsive and communicate well. This is our second stay in this unit and we’d choose it again!

Awesome stay

The condo was very clean ad advertised. There was a adorable bakery and market nearby where we pick up breakfast and lunch for the day. We even saw three moose on our last day, a mother and two babies.
