So convenient! Loved hearing the. ocean and the best views ever! Approx. 5-6 miles from downtown Seaside which made for a great bike ride!

My absolute favorite spot! 5th time visiting Jessica’s amazing condo and it’s always just the best. You cannot beat the location and the unit has everything you could need. I brought my mom and mother-in-law this time and they were so thrilled with everything and can’t wait to go back. Jessica & Michaell are incredibly responsive and go above and beyond to make your stay great. Will absolutely be back. Thanks again!

The location was phenomenal with direct beach access and limited street traffic. The balcony has outstanding beach views and allowed for quiet, comfortable mornings enjoying a cup of coffee. Access to local restaurants and amenities was simple and straight forward. I highly recommend Jessica's unit for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing stay on the beach.

Beautiful view, fairly quiet beach, and great location just a short drive to Alys and Rosemary. Jessica was very great on communication and responded very quickly when we showed up before check-in (fully willing to wait it out). The water along this section of the beach didn’t go passed waist height for a few hundred feet out to the ocean. It was wonderful! Do note that if you plan to cook, there are no basic supplies in the kitchen like salt and pepper, etc.

Wonderful beach front condo!!

Pros: Great location in the middle of all the little beaches/towns. Super clean, decorated super cute and beds are comfortable. Air conditioner worked great. Cons: Random fire alarm would go off throughout the night and day. Would recommend bringing own coffee and toilet paper. We were only provided 2 rolls for 4 people.

Fantastic location by the creek. We spent a lot of time next to the water listening to it. I wish this was my condo! Rooms were very comfortable.

Can't wait to stay again! Perfect area close to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. We really enjoyed Cafe30A for dinner and The Citizen in Alys Beach for lunch. Big Daddy Bikes delivered bikes right to our condo and that was a lot of fun peddling to Alys Beach. The condo was very comfortable. The bed was huge and very comfortable too. Loved that the beach area was not crowded since it was private access.

Such an amazing condo!! Everything was right around the corner. Nothing beats being steps away from the ocean. Got to even watch some dolphins. My son loved the turtle & dolphin stuffed animals too!

This place is located just a short drive from Jackson where you can get all your shopping/eating needs. Very quiet and cozy. Private back porch great for an evening drink. Beds are comfortable. Huge comfy couch!! Has some games for family night. Had everything we needed. Clean and accurate to listing. Shower/jetted tub outdated but clean and great shower head. Would stay again!!

This is a great place to stay! It's exactly as advertised. we loved being able to walk out the back door and being right on the beach! Jessica is top notch! She communicated very well throughout the process. We would love to visit again!

This place was great for my boyfriend and I who were exploring Grand Teton National Park. The location was so close to downtown Jackson, but it was just far enough away to be quiet and private. The unit itself was nicely updated with cool decorations. I would stay here again, especially in the wintertime since it’s so close to Jackson Hole!

This was our first time to the gulf coast and as far as location goes, it was perfect for us! 30 minutes from an airport and easy to catch a ride. We rented bikes and we rode from the condo six minutes down the road to The Hub and had a few food options and some fun shopping. Not a lot, but enough. Our main focus was the beach! The beach was quiet and we loved the beach service (pricey but worth it in my opinion especially because there are thirty or so steps down to the sand). The condo was not quite what I expected and needs some updating. The couches were not comfortable and the covers needed a deep cleaning. The vertical blinds on the sliding door struggle to stay on the hooks so privacy can be an issue in the family room and kitchen area at night. The bed was very firm, so be sure that works for you. A lot of places I have stayed in the past have some basics like coffee, salt and pepper, but that was not the case here so be prepared to buy everything you need if you plan to eat in or cook at all. During stormy days we had a lot of options on the TV which was great. The sound gets a bit distorted so not sure if an update is needed. Overall, the condo was quiet and you didn’t hear too much from the other residents. The back deck is a highlight and we ate every meal out there! Simply stunning views! We will definitely be back to the gulf coast for a quiet beach getaway!

Jessica’s place was exactly as described. Perfect location for exploring Jackson Hole and the surrounding area. The home was very comfortable, slept 4 of us just fine. Very clean and comfortable for the whole family. The coffee pods were a nice surprise as well.

We had a wonderful time at Jessica’s condo. The location is amazing, and the condo was very cute. The beach was right at our back door!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The window nook bed was a favorite of our children as well as the bunk bed. The condo community was quiet and peaceful. We spotted moose just down the road. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean and comfy. It was a quick and easy drive from Jackson. We would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment. Beautiful, comfy furniture, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. It was great for our family of 5. We were missing some supplies, and Jessica was very responsive and helpful. The location is great - a quiet neighborhood of vacation appartments with lots of nature, short drive to Grand Teton NP, and a market a few minutes away. We really enjoyed our time and would love to return.

great spot- our kids loved the bunk/window bed. nice comfy furniture, having a full kitchen and laundry was a huge plus on a long road trip.

Jessica's place is a great location if you plan on visiting GTNP/Yellowstone/Jackson or plan on winter skiing. Comfortable home for our family of 4 with younger kids (they loved the bunk beds). great communication from her side each time. The house is on lower/ground level for easy in and out too.

This condo was a terrific value for families wanting to access a private beach for their family vacation. Condo is very clean, well managed by professional housekeepers, and host. Condo association seems to be keeping up with any needed repairs in complex. We were a family of 4 staying for a long weekend. We loved being able to walk down to the beach after dinner to watch the sunset. The condo is on the 3rd floor and you have to walk over and down the dune to get to the beach (probably 5 flights of stairs in total). The view at night is incredible and worth the climb! Storage is limited in condo. There are 2 drawers under the king size bed. One small closet in the bedroom and a cubby with pull out bins in the bedroom. Since our trip was short, we lived out of duffles no problem. If you were here for a week, you might have to be strategic on how you keep everything organized. The AC was incredibly welcoming after a few hours outside. The condo stayed cool and refreshing, even during the heat of the day. The location was fantastic. Your neighbors are small condo complexes. Each with 4-12 units and couple of private beach front homes tucked along the stretch. All complexes have their own boardwalk access to beach. And you’re far enough away from swarms of tourists at nearby public beach access points. If you are looking for a town center experience with restaurants and shops a short 10min drive to rosemary beach or seaside will hit the spot. This is the kind of place you bring your groceries and hang at the beach for days, rent a bike and unplug from the hustle and bustle of city life.
