This location is great - literally steps away from the beach. I loved the view from the balcony/deck and all the natural light in the place. There are good restaurants nearby (8-15 mins) and Publix grocery stores. If you want to social distance, this is a good place as you can park right in front of this unit on the first floor. The two twin beds were comfortable and the condo was a little bigger than I had imagined. Jessica was a great host. We had a problem with the washer machine (got stuck on the rinse cycle) that resulted in some of my clothes getting discolored and ruined but we got refunded one night stay - even though I had not even asked for a refund or told her about some of my clothes getting ruined. So I thought this was great! They were replacing the washer right as we were leaving so this should not be a problem anymore! Things that could be improved: 1. Main bed & pillows- bed is quite hard and pillows are too bulky so I suggest you bring your own pillow if you’re like me and get neck pain with big bulky pillows 2. One of the two sofas is very old and uncomfortable -you sink to the bottom - thus making it almost useless however it is also a pull out bed which we did not use so not sure how that is. Overall I would still consider going back to this place and recommend it to other people if being close to the beach is important. However, if you have more than 4 people and can afford a bigger place, you should do that. This condo would be too small for more than 4 people. My husband, daughter (10), newborn (2 months) and I were comfortable and had a good time!

This place is an amazing spot to stay! Perfect location for Teton and Yellowstone, as well as Jackson. The condo is very nice and cozy. The complex is very quiet. The store close by was very nice to have too. We were also able to see moose right in the complex as well as the park.

The view is Amazing!!! The place is clean and has everything that is needed there if you decide to cook in!! We had a wonderful time and really hated to see our time end!!

This place was the perfect spot to stay for our Grand Teton and Jackson Hole experience. The location was perfect, and the condo was very clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check in and out was a breeze. Added bonus, we had several moose sightings!!

Great place to explore the Tetons and Yellowstone!

There were serious issues with the cleanliness of this property, especially considering this listing has Airbnb's enhanced cleaning badge associated with it. The following is a list of the issues we experienced. Please note that I also documented and photographed all issues the day I arrived and sent those to the owner. Bedroom: The bedding was totally unacceptable. Upon pulling back the covers to get into bed it was discovered that there was significant amounts of sand at the foot of the bed, on top of the fitted sheet but under the top sheet. I reached out to the owner to find out if back up bedding was provided in the condo and to inform her of my discovery. At this point it was late in the evening on our long travel day to the location. After discovering there was no other bedding and stripping the bed to begin washing the sheets I found the bed topper was also quite disgusting. There were countless body hairs all over the bed topper as well as dark spots and sand. It was very clear that it had not been laundered in some time and not changed between guests. Ultimately, I had to freshly launder ALL the bedding for my family which took till the wee hours of the following morning to complete and get back on the mattress. Not only is this not up to standards for COVID 19 protocols but it is also not clean in general. A thin fitted sheet is not protection from a previous person's body fungus, lice, dirt, dander, germs, or virus. The bed topper was almost as thin as the fitted sheet and was easily laundered in the small stacked apartment washer that's in the unit. There is no excuse for not changing this after each guest. The bedroom fan was also quite gross. There was a thick layer of dust on the fan blades when I turned it off. Bathroom: There was visible beige splatter all over the white door that continued to the pictures on the wall behind the door, as well as up that same wall. I assumed it was either a previous guests hair product or tinted sunscreen, as it did wipe off easily, so it wasn't paint or something intended to be there. The bathroom vanity mirror still had some sort of opaque splatter on it as well. Kitchen: The white kitchen cabinets had visible food splatter on a few of the cabinet fronts as well as dark brown dirt/grime surrounding all the frequently used pulls. Given the build-up of this grime there is no way these are wiped down regularly between guests nor is it possible each pull is being cleaned per the enhanced cleaning procedures Airbnb has detailed. Given these findings we were left questioning the overall cleanliness of the entire condo. I took the time to wipe everything myself and wash all our dishes prior to use for the remainder of our stay, just for peace of mind. I did ask the owner for a refund on the cleaning fee since I was left to do it all myself and she only offered to cover half in order to "be fair to her cleaning staff". Obviously, I don't think that was sufficient for the experience I had. I did find the owner to be responsive and courteous. I just think she believed her cleaning staff over her guest. After I provided her photos she agreed to half the refund. I chose this property because of its enhanced cleanliness commitment and was very disappointed. I feel a full refund for cleaning should've been offered. The owner knew that the bed topper was not changed between each guest as she wrote in a message to me: "the mattress topper is not changed each time. You might indeed see sand or hair under the sheets when stripping the bed." For reference the enhanced cleaning protocol from Airbnb that I expected per the listing claimed the following:https://www.airbnb.com/d/enhancedclean and https://www.airbnb.com/cleaning/handbookCleaning Process o Extra time is allowed for enhanced cleaning procedures. o Surfaces are cleaned and then disinfected, in two distinct steps. o A bleach solution is used on surfaces for disinfecting. The solution is allowed to linger on the surface. o Cleaning crews use hand sanitizer as they leave their vehicles. o Cleaning personnel follow CDC hand washing guidelines throughout the day. o Cleaning crews use masks and disposable gloves. o As always, remote check ins eliminate face to face interactions. o Cleaning crews put on fresh gloves after handling dirty linens. o Blankets/comforters are removed for laundering and replaced with a freshly washed item.

Sunsets from the balcony were amazing! We enjoyed our morning coffee, snacks and a few lunches on the patio table. Lounge chairs were Extra comfy! It was a perfect location tucked in between alys beach/rosemary beach and sea grove beach. Tried the surfing deer restaurant down the street, donut hut and goatfeathers for seafood - all excellent! We intend to be back!

Great place to stay, excellent location! We really enjoyed staying here, it was so convenient to Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park! My daughter absolutely loved the daybed, and all of the bedding was extremely comfortable. The decorations are really nice, we really enjoyed looking at all of them! Jessica was extremely fast to answer any questions we had, and she provided an unbelievable amount of information about the area before we arrived. Thanks for a great stay!

Jessica's place was perfect for our trip to Grand Teton NP. Very close to the park entrance and to plenty of restaurants in Jackson. The place was very clean and comfortable - would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place! Very clean and the best view in Seaside FL! A must stay if you visit the area. We are local about an hour away and it was well worth it for us....so for our far travelers it will be more than appreacited! Very clean as well, has all you need.

We loved our stay here! So clean and functional. Great location - close to downtown Jackson and the Tetons! We also loved walking to the Aspens market and Persephone for breakfast and snacks. Jessica also was a great host! Overall amazing experience.

Unintentional Wedding Crasher

Very well stocked. Had everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay. Good location. One odd thing-when we arrived on Saturday there was a wedding (on the beach) but then the wedding party and guest came up onto the condo yard and took over the area for their reception including a buffet table. During that time it just felt awkward trying to use the bbq grill or accessing the beach or even just sitting out on the deck to watch the sunset. Probably an issue that’s not in your control I know but still a bit uncomfortable for anyone staying at the condo.

The condo is in a great location with a beautiful view. Cozy place for our couples getaway. Jessica and the local manager are great communicators.

Great views, comfy space, lots of stairs but worth it for the views. Weather was a challenge yet we would still love to come again. Used Dillons beach chairs and Brunos - great recs.

We loved our stay here. The location is what makes this amazing. It’s so easy to go to and from the beach with a toddler. And if you forget something or need to go back it’s so easy to do. I like to know what amenities are provided before I go so I can pack accordingly so I will list everything to the best of my memory: 2 washing machine pods, 2 dishwasher pods, plenty of dawn, a sponge, 2 kitchen trash bags, hotel size bath wash, shampoo and condition, soap bar, towels, 3 keureg pods, plenty of coffee filters. I think salt and pepper as well. I’m used to having a blender in my beach condos and I did not see one here. May not be a big deal for most, I just usually like making smoothies while at the beach. My husband and I tried to sleep on the couch bed one night because we didn’t want to wake our son who was already asleep in the bedroom, but unfortunately we only lasted a few minutes before the metal bar began hurting our back. So keep that in mind, but I’m sure it wouldn’t bother a child or teen. We ended up putting it back and each sleeping on a couch which was pretty comfy. Jessica was great with communication and so helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location for our trip to Grand Tetons NP and Jackson! The condo had everything we needed and is located in a lovely, quiet community. Although it was just the two of us, it would be a great spot for a family. The local market was a nice convenience. We enjoyed taking walks in the evening through the neighborhood and even ran into a couple of Moose! Would defy stay here again! Thanks Jessica!

Gorgeous condo in a convenient location to Jackson, Jackson Hole, and the Grand Tetons! The place was cutely decorated and had great amenities, especially in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

This was such a beautiful space, a PERFECT location with a great view. During this pandemic, it was especially wonderful, we could sit on the balcony and watch the waves without having to interact with others. Check in was super easy. Parking perfect. The furniture and artwork was lovely. The kitchen exceptionally well stocked. The owners were great communicators. Even during a hurricane and a pandemic, this was the perfect place to relax.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay at this condo! The location is fantastic, easy to find, and within a reasonable drive to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. My number one priority for a beach trip is to have waterfront location with an amazing view, and this place meets that criteria 100%! I think the location on the beach and the view is the best part of this unit...being able to sit on the porch, listening to the waves and watching the water with a good book/cup of coffee/glass of wine is fantastic. We did occasionally hear some noise from our neighbors in the unit above us, but this wasn't a major issue. Parking was easy and there were plenty of spaces. We also really appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware/dishes/silverware plus a dishwasher, as we did most of our cooking and meal prep at the condo. Overall a nice stay at a comfortable condo with an amazing location/view!

Great cozy place to stay. We saw so many moose in the neighborhood. Great location for grand Tetons and Jackson hole.

Loved staying here!! You really can just walk right off the balcony and down to the beach. Very clean, comfy bed, and my friend slept well on the pull out couch. The ocean was so warm and clear with a sandy bottom, it was like swimming in a pool.

We found this place great for us. Easy access to Teton Village and Teton National Park for the hikes we wanted to get to. And just a short drive into Jackson. A plus is that you may run into local wild life just out side the front door.

Jessica’s place is in a great location. Perfect for getting in to the Grand Tetons and Jackson. The community has a fantastic market which is also very convenient. The place itself is cute and comfortable.

Awesome Stay

The apartment is perfect for a beach getaway. You can't beat the location! Right on the beach and close to restaurants and shops of 30A. Comfortable king size bed and small bunk beds for little children. The patio is great for looking out over the beach. Kitchen fully equipped to cook if you'd like. Overall, great stay!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Jessica’s place! Super clean, great location, comfortable space. We saw a moose with her 2 little ones right outside the condo. Highly recommend!!!

The view was breath taking!! The beach is just steps out of the door! The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed besides spices. The condo has beautiful artwork and beach decor. The bed was a little firm for my preference. Jessica was very communicative, gave us a list of restaurants/ activities and made the check in and check out process easy!!

Jessica’s home is very clean. Beds were very comfy and the home is cute and modern. I loved the touches of Wyoming in the home decor. Kitchen was complete with anything you could need.
