Great place in great location. Beach on one side and the bike path on the other. Conveniently located to grocery, restaurants, parks. Or, just enjoy the beach.

This place is great for a small family like ours. My wife, daughter, and I stayed here for three days and loved it. It has direct access to the beach and tons of restaurants and other amenities are just a short drive. The place is fun, beachy, comfortable, and clean.

Jessica's place was comfortable and well equipped. We had 4 people and everyone had a comfortable bed. The bunk beds are right next to the kitchen so if you have people waking up earlier to make their coffee etc. it will wake them up but it didn't bother anyone in our party. It's nice having the toilet and shower with a separate door so that other's can access the sink or laundry since there is only one bathroom especially with a larger group. We loved having access to Netflix to watch a movie and very comfortable living space. The location was perfect for our plans to hike in Grand Tetons National Park. We saw a moose with her calf right outside the area of the condo! Parking was never an issue and just a short walk to the condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick Getaway

We stayed 2 nights here, and really enjoyed our time. The beachy/sea life decor was cute, the rooms were cozy with lots of pillows, but what we loved most was how close we were to the beach. For the price, it was worth it to us, we would stay here again. Sadly, there was a lot of trash under the boardwalk stairs down to the beach area. We picked up the trash that we could reach to help clean it up a little. We loved Raw & Juicy which is just down the road in the Alys Beach district. We also ate at George's which was good, and Shades which was ok.

Location and condo is a nice place to stay.

Jessica's place is so stylish and comfortable. The apartment is also very close to Great Teton NP entrance, so our family of 3 with our little one being at 6 years old get to rise a bit later and still get a lot accomplished for the day. The patio by the dinner room is our favorite for morning coffee. We saw hummingbirds during our stay, so nice.

This condo is in a great location. Close to anything you might need. The view is the best! Nothing like preparing a meal while looking at the ocean. The patio is awesome but unfortunately can’t use it if it rains. We might choose a second floor condo next time for this reason. The condo was very clean and the king sized bed was so comfortable! We enjoyed turning in early to watch Netflix on the big screen tv. We called housekeeping for some dish soap and had some on our doorstep within minutes. We would highly recommend this condo and can’t wait to come back and enjoy it again! Thanks Jessica for a great stay!

Excellent location! The beach is literally right out the back door. The condo was extremely clean and has all the amenities of home. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back!

A nicely located condo accessible from Teton Village, right at the heart of nature. Well decorated with park theme, you will love the living room if you are a nature lover.

The view was amazing! We spent a lot of time on the balcony eating meals or just watching the ocean. The beach was literally steps away, which was no nice to escape the summer rain showers. The beach was not very crowded at all, this was nice because I went a couple of weeks ago to a more congested part of 30a and I was very nervous about coming here, but my expectations were exceeded. The condo had everything we needed, we brought all of our own food to minimize trips out, we did do a shrimp boil one night and had plenty of pots and pans and serving pieces. The king bed was very comfortable. We hope to come back next year!

Very clean and cozy. Far enough away from Jackson to get away from the crowd yet close enough to visit.

Our stay at Jessica’s place couldn’t have gone smoother! The condo is so cozy and has a very well stocked kitchen and new washer/dryer, which was perfect for all the dusty hiking clothes we accumulated over the course of our trip. Location is perfect for accessing Grand Teton & downtown Jackson. Would highly recommend!

Amazing with zero complaints! Excellent host (Jessica was truly fabulous) and excellent location, loved the Dillons chair service ease if we wanted, as well as the convenience but seclusion to only guests, and the washer/dryer/dishwasher/kitchen amenities were so great and helpful! Beautiful balcony, beach front not too crowded given the condo’s rules and allowance for guests only, and amazing serenity from morning to night! Cried leaving and planning our stay again ASAP. Thank you Jessica!

Pictures & info is accurate; clean, and quick response from Jessica. Great location to the park and town. Grocery, coffee shop, etc. in neighborhood. Delayed check in due to cleaning and no flexibility on later check out - due to changes from COVID.

I loved getting up in the morning and having my coffee in the back porch overlooking the breathtaking ocean and listening to the waves. It was so relaxing! The home is cozy and comfortable. The beach is right down the stairs and there are a lot of restaurants and other things to do with 10-15 mins. We had a great weekend!

We loved our stay at Jessica's condo while visiting the Jackson Hole area and Grand Teton National Park. The location was convenient to Teton Village and the park entrances, and only ~15 minutes outside downtown Jackson. We saw foxes out the back porch! Definitely would stay again next time we're in the area.

Although it was hot we did bring our own fans. No fans in condo. Location very good. Clean and comfortable. Did hear people above us but by 10:30 they stopped moving around. We would stay again. Beautiful condo

Perfect location

This was a perfect place to stay to visit Jackson and the Tetons. It was spotlessly clean, check in was a breeze, great correspondence from the owner, well equipped and everything we could’ve asked for. Highly recommend

Perfection As Always

Seamist #10 did not disappoint. Unit was very comfortable and fully stocked. Comfy master bed and of course MAGNIFICENT views. Property manager goes above and beyond. and truly is a pleasure to deal with from booking all the way throughout the stay. This is why we choose to stay in smaller unit complexes. You lose that one on one feel in the massive condo’s. We will most definitely be back again!!

Last minute getaway

This was the second time, this summer, that my wife and I rented this unit. It is in a perfect location for us and has all the amenities that we wanted.

A great place to stay right on the beach! This place was exactly what we were looking for - first floor condo with easy access to the beach. Jessica is a wonderful host and was extremely helpful with all the necessary information you need to check in/out, etc. Would recommend staying here with a small group/family.

Jessica’s home is fantastically located, in a little community that has everything you could hope for in easy walking distance (even a gourmet bakery, tennis courts, and a gym for those rainy days). It’s only a few minutes drive to the Granite Canyon entrance of Grand Teton Park. The apartment had everything we needed, was cozy and impeccably clean. We had a great time!

Perfect condo for my family

This condo was perfect for my family of 4. Clean, updated, perfect location, easy access to the beach and the TVs had Netflix and disney+ (perfect for my fam). Communication with the owners was great, easy to get a hold of and responsive to any issues. And the beach was beautiful! We will be back.

Jessica's place was outstanding! You feel like you're at home when you're here. The decor was perfect for Wyoming and this place has everything you need if you're staying somewhere for 2+ nights - great kitchen amenities, washer/dryer and comfortable spaces to relax. The close proximity to Grand Teton National Park was great as well. Can not recommend this place enough!

My family loved staying here. The beach is gorgeous and not too crowded. The host had excellent communication. I definitely recommend.

The view was amazing! The balcony was good in size and where we spent most of our time when not on the beach. However, it would have been nice to have been reminded that the house does not have any condiments, coffee grounds, ziploc bags, etc, during the pandemic. (Which makes sense...it just would have been nice to be reminded). We did only have 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for our long weekend and 2 trash bags—but we made it work! Make sure to bring your own ice chest, beach cups, beach towels, chairs, etc.! Overall, it was great to be able to have a short walk to the beautiful beach every day :)

This space was really clean and had some beautiful decor. The ocean view was outstanding. The hosts were great with communication and providing tips and suggestions. We will be back.

This condo was a perfect landing place for our stay around Grand Teton National Park and Jackson. Of course, I wanted to see a moose near the house and did:-)

Great rental!! Of all the places we have rented in the area, Jessica had thr best communication by far. The unit was clean, stylish, and priced great for the location. Will definitely stay again.
