Perfect Winter Getaway

We had a wedding in Florida to attend and this location could not have been more perfect. Only a mile and a half from the venue, plus right on the beach. It was so nice to just be able to wake up and walk down to the beach every morning. Although it was definitely their off season, we found plenty to do within a few miles of the location. The place was very clean. One night it did rain, which forced us to stay inside, but the place had Google Wifi, which made for an enjoyable night. The owners are extremely helpful and they were available by message/text if we did need anything. I would highly recommend this for your stay!

Spectacular location, right on the water! My boys had a great time being able to just get out there on the beach, and my husband and I loved being able to see the sunsets and sunrises!

The view is magnificent, but this condo needs some major appliance upgrades. If you like to cook your own meals and just relax and enjoy the beach, this may not be a good choice. We had budgeted to eat out only once and bought a whole lot of groceries to enjoy but the dishwasher not only didn’t work, the dirty water would not drain out of it, with a horrible stench.. and it attracted roaches, as we saw one inside the dishwasher. Sadly, the owner didn’t get someone out to repair it during our week there... the dryer didn’t work very well either. Took 3 times as long to dry clothes. There are 3 flights of stairs to walk up to this unit. The deck area is awesome, though! Nice and deep with a table and high chairs to enjoy the view. If you do decide to stay here, pack extremely LIGHT... space is very cramped, no dressers or a place to put suitcases. The location is 5 stars. The beach service amenity was not available, and because of a contract with this condo association, no other beach services were allowed to set up there. Wi-Fi and streaming was a bit spotty. We are hosts too, and understand that things break, but the appliances with issues should have been replaced a very long time ago. The owner did send us a small refund for our inconvenience but money couldn’t fix this...

Our family of 4 had an awesome time! This was a perfect place for us! When you walk in, there’s a “hallway” that’s about 15 ft long? We put the pack and play there for our 1 year old. Our 7 year old slept on the top bunk with the folding door thing closed. She loved the little light in her bunk. We were able to fit the pack and play in the bedroom for nap time (it was darker in there). It was so nice to be able to walk down to the beach and back to the place for lunch, bathroom breaks, etc. My husband and I put the kids to bed the first night and then had a little date night on the back deck overlooking the ocean. It was amazing. There are a ton of dishes and lots of little things that were super helpful! Washing machine tabs, dishwasher tab, paper towels, tp, etc. We forgot dishwasher tabs but that was really the only thing we needed. We did use more paper towels that we brought. Jessica was super helpful with suggestions and was easy to communicate with! I would highly recommend this place!

I highly recommend this unit for its location and handy beach access. Great unit with everything you need for a great time. You won’t regret it.

Well worth the $

I would definitely recommend it. There’s a creek and a bridge on the side of the condo. The creek is exceptionally beautiful in the fall when it’s full of aspen leaves

The view is amazing! Sitting on the balcony having coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night while watching the waves was perfect! I loved having anything we needed or wanted right down the road... activities, restaurants, shops, etc. Even though the sidewalks were busy with lots of people and families, the condo was quiet and peaceful! It was everything a vacation should be!

We loved staying right on the beach and having a little bit of green lawn space. We loved the conveniece to Alys Beach and Rosemary. The unit is very clean and Jessica is an excellent host. We hope to stay here again soon.

This condo was perfect for our five night stay. Clean, quiet, cozy, comfortable, and a great location made this a wonderful place for my husband and me. Such a luxury to have a washer and dryer right there. Also there is even a dishwasher and a garbage disposal. The heater in the bathroom was so nice! Eating in Jackson was no problem since it's not that far. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it highly.

Great location and friendly and helpful owner

Location was great for visiting Grand Teton National Park and Jackson. Many places to eat near by, especially in Jackson. Fireplace was lovely and having a small grocery store in the condo complex was very handy. I reached out to the owner before our visit asking questions about traveling from Yellowstone to Grand Teton with snow and possible road closures and she responded very quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We've stayed at #10 several times now for our annual trip, and we're always pleased. Our family of 4 had a great time. The condo was great, and we're very impressed by the continual furniture and fixture upgrades we see on a yearly basis. The Roku TVs in the living area and bedroom were a great addition this year. Thanks for another great trip!

Just what we needed

We had a wonderful time in Seamist and can't wait to return. Reservation and access on arrival were just as promised. Love the location and the view from the deck!!

This condo was in a really nice, quiet location close to Jackson and the park. Very nicely decorated and clean, everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Perfect! Everything was as described, only better. The perfect cozy, homey feeling with a gorgeous view of the gulf from the balcony. We will definitely be back!

This is a great location really close to the south entrance to Teton. It’s perfect for getting into the park in the summer, or for skiing at Teton Village in the winter. It’s an ideal place for a small family or 3-4 adults. It’s fully equipped for home cooking and has a wonderful home feel. You won’t need to bring anything special. I’m certain you will love this quaint little place. Be sure to go out at night to catch the stars. This is shaded from any city lights and you’ll see stars as you imagine the old cowboys would see.

This place was adorable and exactly as the pictures showed. The place was so clean and everything we needed was there. It was so nice having the beach right at our feet literally. You will not find a sweeter place to visit. The area I was familiar with and that helped. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property right outside of town- easy accessibility to every place we wanted to go. Only downside, we didn’t stay longer!!!

This oceanfront condo delivers! My girlfriend and I popped down from Atlanta for a lazy weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. The location is great - just a few minutes in the car to some great shops and restaurants. The unit is clean and has a marvelous covered deck that offers fantastic views of the water and is such a chill place to watch sunsets. The host mentioned using a beach service to rent umbrella and chairs and we loved having that stuff set up for us each day of our stay. Overall a very pleasant experience in a really nice water front condo.
