Location was great, we saw more wildlife in neighborhood then in the park. Apartment was clean. Take the time for walk around neighborhood in early morning and you will see the moose. I was lucky enough to see a moose walk right by sliding glass door. I recommend two places to eat one in the park, Signal Mountain Lodge. The other in Jackson Hole Sidewinders is was on DDD.

If you are looking for a stylish place for a classic Florida on the beach beach vacation, Jessica’s place hits the mark. The condo was instagram-worthy with every amenity we expected and more. We did a lot of cooking during our week and found the kitchen well-stocked with equipment and the patio overlooking the beach a fantastic spot to eat. And yes you are mere steps from the beach, and the benches at the top of the stairs to the beach were the best sunset viewing spot we found. we hope to be back next year.

Fabulous spot to explore the national parks and Jackson

Right on the beach, perfect view. Really quiet and easy access to most of the restaurants. Highly recommend.

Jessica’s place is great if you want a quite, relaxing place to stay. It’s on 30A but it’s a good distance from the many of the big shops on 30A (meaning you need to drive or bike and not walk). You are steps to the beach and I feel like it was perfect!

Great small condo for visiting Grand Teton

We spent three nights at the condo and had a great visit. The beds were super comfortable and we slept great - although it might have helped that we were dog-tired after hiking around lakes and up through the canyons! My daughter especially loved the day-bed. I thought we might have strongly preferred some of the other rentals on our vacation which had individual bedrooms for everyone, but for my family of four, this condo was a favorite and the single bedroom was not an issue at all. We cooked at home each morning and evening and the place was well-equipped with lots of pots, pans, plates, glasses crock pot etc. Could have used a vegetable peeler, but other than that found everything we needed. Looked like it was a charcoal grill outside instead of a gas grill, but we weren't grilling for supper so it made no difference to us. Location was terrific - about 10 minutes to a nice grocery store in Jackson and 15 minutes to Grand Teton. Recommended!

Awesome stay in Wilson!

This was a great cozy condo and an awesome location! We liked being away from the hustle and bustle of Jackson and we saw a few Moose around the area including right in our parking area! We would definitely choose this location/condo again! The décor was perfect and truly enjoyed our visits to the Grand Tetons NP.

Truly the best spot in 30A! Reluctant to post how wonderful it is for fear of it becoming tougher to book, but it really is fabulous. Location is unbeatable, the house has everything you could need and the host is incredibly helpful and responsive. Can't wait to return again!

Great location for Jackson and the Grand Tetons. Accommodations were as expected, with cozy decor. Fully-functioning was great for the family and there were lots of nice touches. The kids loved the bunk beds! Really enjoyed our stay here.

The place was great. More spacious than we expected and very accessible to jackson and Wilson. The bike and pedestrian trails nearby were a bonus.

This is a PERFECT spot for exploring 30A.. Comfy bed, amazing views, and a great kitchen fully stocked with plenty of cookware.. Would not hesitate to stay here again!!

I recently stayed at Jessica’s beach condo. Once you walk in you could not be more overwhelmed by the beautiful view and amazing beach access. Everything seemed clean and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with all of the necessary items anyone would need while on vacation. We cooked dinner the first night; as stopping at Buddies fish market is a must for us while visiting 30-A NICE plug but not necessary. We decided to eat dinner out on the deck and noticed a few roaches. Since I am from Florida, I was not overly concerned. But it got worse over the next 3 days. Upon waking up the second day, I killed a large roach on the kitchen floor. Later, on two separate occasions, I found a baby roach in my coffee cup. That night and the following day, we noticed a few more outside. The following morning when I got up, I felt something on my back and brushed it off. Only to realize it was another roach! At this point I should have reached out to Jessica. But, my time was very limited as I was in town for business. There were several other instances where I saw roaches, interior and exterior of the home. Additionally, a spider on the stove! At this point, I was honestly appalled, reached out to Jessica, left the property and got a room elsewhere. I also would like to mention that we did keep the patio door closed at all times and took out our trash every night after dinner. Jessica did get an exterminator to come and spray the following day but, at this point I could not stay there anymore. I have to say that Jessica was good with communication, but we were unable to agree that I should be refunded for the nights I did not stay at her property. She did offer a $100 credit for my inconvenience and discounts on future stays at this property or a few others she has. However, I believe that if you have ever been in a situation with roaches you would not want to return. Now, in all fairness this may have been a rare occurrence, as she said she has little to no problems at this location. With all of the construction going on, on either side of the building plus the daily rain showers, this indeed my have created the perfect storm. Regardless, I’m not happy with the resolution. In addition, her exterminator threatened to call the cops on me when I asked for documentation since he agreed there was an issue the day prior to me asking. Unfortunately, he thinks I was trying to scam her, which is completely not the case. As you read this review please know, that I wanted to be open and honest about my stay, and that I also agree this could have been an unusual occurrence. But, I will not be staying in any of Jessica’s properties in the future.

Condo was perfectly located for us - close to the Grand Tetons, Jackson Hole and a quick trip to Driggs, Idaho. Jessica was fantastic in advance of our trip - offering many great suggestions for the local area. The condo itself was exactly as expected - the window bed and the bunks worked out great.

Great location

Great base camp for exploring Teton and Yellowstone parks. Condo looks exactly like photos. Absolutely adorable. . Could use some updating. (Stove, bath). Kitchen well stocked. No k-cups to get you started as described but I brought my own so no problem. Found wet linens in dryer on day 3 so I re-washed and dried them .... yay. White blanket on sofa could use washed. Didn’t see a blow dryer but brought my own. Check in should have gone ok in the daytime but we came after dark (9p) and the road sign in the complex is missing the address range for this particular condo, and there are no lights, so we drove around for about 45” getting out and looking at every building. We tried calling the owner but she didn’t get back to us until the next day. If you rent this get better directions. Would consider renting again. It was an incredible trip in the parks.

Anniversary Trip with Incredible Views & Sunsets!

We have stayed on 30A many times but was looking for something a little lower key that wasn't too busy....And this Seamist Condo was it! This condo was perfect for the two of us (although there were hallway bunk beds to add a couple of teenagers....but not this trip!) with incredible views every second and just a few steps to the beach. The unit is on the third floor which was great for the views and privacy, but we are heavy packers so we got our workout in before we poured our first cocktails! Had some great pizza at Bruno's in WaterSound just a short drive to the west on 30A, but we found it hard to leave the condo and private beach for too long. So, stop looking and book it! Oh, and last but certainly not least, Jessica was an incredible host who was always available to answer any questions and fulfill your requests if possible!
