As soon as we opened the door, it was wonderful. It is located in the perfect spot on 30a. I feel like it was even better than the description & photos. The view is wonderful. Sitting out watching the gulf each day & taking long walks along the beach was fabulous. We were lucky to see a couple of pods of dolphins in the morning, too. I highly recommend staying here if we want to explore the panhandle.

Cozy and enjoyable for 3 people. Had all the necessary amenities and the host was very helpful. Easy check-in and close to Jackson Hole Resort without the price tag. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Very quiet and relaxing place. The huge lounge chair on the balcony kept my husband and I on a short leash.....we stayed right there basking in the sunshine and spectacular waterfront landscape. Very clean and well stocked.... we had everything we needed for a great weekend getaway at a reasonable price.

We really enjoyed our stay at Seamist. The property was very clean and met our expectations. The location is in the center of all the places we enjoy. The owner responded to all my questions in a timely manner. Would recommend this property. My only minor complaint was that the bathtub did not drain well.

Beautiful Beach, Charming Condo, Very helpful owner.

My two teenagers and I stayed for a week and could have stayed much longer. It was hard to leave. Sitting on the porch overlooking the emerald waters and white sand was a wonderful way to start and end the day. The condo sits on a quiet and stunningly beautiful beach. The condo was immaculate, well equipped, and very nicely decorated. Everything looked new and remodeled. Everything worked perfectly. My teenagers loved sleeping in the bunk beds. One of the best things about this condo was the owner, who was very helpful and accommodating. In an unexpected treat, the owner provided a very personal and lengthy list of recommended activities, grocery stores, restaurants, and tips about the communities in the area. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone interested in a wonderful beach vacation in a quaint and idyllic location.

Your place is GREAT ! ! ! could not believe all the amenities , a nice touch............. loved the view, breakfast on the deck, etc...... Will try and book your place next year.......... My friends daughter and son in law go to Seagrove, Seaside, etc... on a regular basis. They toured the Seamist places and loved them.......... may be your next customers. So.... This rental property is amazing, the view from the balcony is unbelievable. The building only has 12 units, which was great because the beach wasn't crowded. This rental is totally updated and very clean. We stayed there with our two kids and it was plenty of room. They loved the bunkbeds. It was the perfect size. One of the great features is a washer and dryer in the unit. It was very convenient to wash towels from the beach. It is in a great location. We normally stay in Miramar Beach, but chose to try something new. It is close to restaurants, there are airstreams trailors just down 30A in Seaside and we ate there several times. There is also a place that serves donuts and coffee every morning until they run out. If you choose to stay in after being at the beach all day the kitchen has everything you will need. I would highly recommend this unit.

Perfect Vacation

The location is amazing, with a perfect view of the ocean. Clear water, beautiful weather, and plenty of room on the beach to find the perfect spot to sink your chair in the sand. The rental was extremely clean and had plenty of towels, linens, and kitchenware. We did have a problem with the drain in the shower being clogged, but called ResortQuest and someone was out with in a couple hours and took a matter of 2 minutes to correct the problem. No complaints and would LOVE to stay again next year!

We were beyond pleased with the condo and the incredible view from the balcony! The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire booking process and we can't thank her enough. We have a three year old, so the trips up and down from the beach were so convenient and easy compared to other places that we have stayed. Will definitely stay here again if available!

What's Not to Love?

This condo was awesome! Not only was it comfortable, clean, and had everything in it that we could possibly need, it also looked great. Loved the beach decorum! Perfect location too, as we enjoyed biking to Seaside and Rosemarys Beach on numerous occasions. And the view and sunsets ......... unbelievable!! Our expectations were exceeded.

Great location

Nice condo directly on the beach with the best view outside the window. Located right in the middle of all the best seaside towns in the area.

Amazing views are perfectly blended with this private and quiet beach.

We arrived exhausted and spent the first few days soaking up the beautiful views and grateful for the quiet beach. The ocean was incredible, ideal for swimming, paddle boards. The condo is perfectly appointed and very well kept. It was a lovely couples retreat!

Nice condo in great location, million dollar view

My family and I stayed in this condo in the summer of 2013 and had a fantastic time. The condo is nice and was equipped with everything we needed. My kids especially loved the bunk beds. The location of the condo is absolutely fantastic. It is close enough to Destin to take advantage of all the tourist attractions, but it was far enough that we didn't have to worry about the big crowds on the beach. The building is relatively small (maybe 12 units?), which means there aren't gobs of people out on the beach in front of the condo. The view from the deck is breathtaking. With the unit being on the top floor, you have a fabulous view of the beach below, and you can look up from the deck at night and see a million stars. The owner was great to deal with and provided great suggestions for places to go and things to do. I am looking forward to booking this condo again!

A Few Days Away from the Cold North

This property is clean, well-maintained and has great Gulf views. It is secluded, but has good dining options in nearby Rosemary Beach. We liked Shades, Cowgirl Kitchen and the Tapas place. The more active beach areas of Panama City Beach are a short drive away. We loved the easy access to the beach and being on the top floor greatly enhanced the views (especially of the fantastic night sky). The decorations are tastefully done. The appliances are like new and everything worked very well. Check-In and Out were simple and fast. We would definitely rent this property again. Even saw a bald eagle while there.

We loved this property! It was exactly as advertised, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. The area nearby, several beach communities were fun to stroll and bike through. The beach was quiet and beautiful. Very romantic!

We had a wonderful time at Seamist 10. The condo is very conveniently located close to Rosemary Beach and Allys. It was very nicely decorated and clean.We truly enjoyed the fact that we were right on the beach and that alone made all the difference in the world! Our 2 and 4 year old loved playing in the sand and we also enjoyed the beautiful sunsets that you can see sitting on the balcony. We loved eating at La Crema tapas and Chocolate restaurant at nearby Rosemary Beach. We will definetly go back again!

What a view!!!

A perfect long weekend get-a-way!! This condo is too cute and very well furnished. Jessica was so nice and helpful with any questions we had. The best thing - the view!! The condo is on the 3rd floor and the emerald water can be seen as soon as you walk through the door! The other thing we loved was listening to the waves crash. 5 stars all the way!!! :)

The perfect place

What a perfect condo! The pictures do not do it justice. The owners have thought of every convenience from extra hooks in the bathroom, to safety lighting on light switches, extra electrical outlets, iPod docking speakers, quiet closing cabinetry in the kitchen, and ceiling fans for comfort. This place has the extras. Very spacious. Will definitely stay here again.

We LOVED this condo! Perfect location away from the seaside crowds, but close enough to enjoy either seaside or rosemary every evening. The condo is clean and comfortable and looks just like the pics. We can't wait to come back next year!

Perfect Beach Vacation Spot!

This is my second time to bring my teenagers to this condo. They were very excited to stay after a wonderful time we had there last year. Once again, we had a great vacation. Everything is made easier by owners that are easy to work with and seem to have thought of everything. The condo was spotless, the beach was wonderful, the view from the balcony of the 4th of July fireworks was spectacular. See you next year.

Great Family Vacation

We had a blast! We stayed here with myself, hubby and two boys 11 and 9. There was plenty of room for all of us! From this wonderful spot we saw dolphins, a stingray and many crabs! We never left the beautiful little beach towns. There was plenty of awesome restaurants and Jessica gave some wonderful suggestions! Also take your bike! That is the easiest way to get around this picturesque place!

Awesome rental

My boyfriend and I took our little one for her first birthday. Awesome rental DIRECTLY on the beach, great location. Close to everything without being in the chaos of nearby towns. Beautiful condo, clean, comfortable, feels like home. No one even mentions My favorite part of the condo --- direct sun on the balcony for HOURS. My little one HATED the sand and water. When she would nap... I laid out on the balcony and got the best direct sun possible!!! Jessica gives great recommendations as well Overall Amazing! Will definitely come back next year.

Excellent Vacation

This vacation rental was just as described/pictured. We just returned and are making plans to return next year. The beach was private, the condo was clean, well equipped and the view from the balcony was just amazing. Thanks to Jessica for making the arrangements so easy as well as providing excellent suggestions and directions. It was a memorable experience!!!

Wonderful vacation!

This place was great! We needed a vacation, and a relaxing one at that, not someplace loud & busy and this was perfect! Even my husband asked "How did you find this place?" Close enough to grocery/restaurants/tourist activities but quiet enough that we didn't have to do anything but sit on the balcony or beach if we wanted to. Loved watching dolphins in the morning....sand crabs in the evening...beautiful sunset..... Very comfortable bed/linens...nice hot shower with good water pressure (two of the bonuses I love while on vacation) We are definitely looking forward to coming back in the future!

Wonderful Place on the Beach!

My husband and I spent a long weekend (Thursday – Sunday) at this wonderful vacation rental and enjoyed every minute. The place was just as described/pictured. The view of the Gulf of Mexico was amazing and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching beautiful sunsets. It is a quiet place – something we were looking for – but close enough to restaurants, shopping, tourist activities and grocery. Before arriving, we received excellent directions and suggestions from Jessica (the owner) about what to see and where to eat. My husband and I are already making plans to come back.

This is the second year that we have rented this condo for the month of February and found it clean, cozy and fun! It has all of the amenities that we needed and it is situated right on the beach. We love the area as well which is packed with restaurants and interesting stores and venues. Treat yourself to a lovely, quiet vacation here!

Ideal Setting! Located between Rosemary and Seaside with a perfect view of the beach!

This was an excellent condo! I would definitely rent this condo again. The owner was very responsive with my questions and even sent out a guide of her favorite places before we arrived. The view is perfect! The condo is right on the beach- perfect location to step outside on your private balcony to have the morning coffee. Some of the many pros: Location- perfect place if you want to be on the beach, but away from the more populated resorts. Easy and quick drive to Seaside, Watercolor, Alys Beach and Rosemary (or bike!) Comfortable bed and pillows Plenty of closet space for our things (8 day stay). Washer and dryer was very convenient to have inside the unit. Lots of little conveniences- iPod Dock, lots of hooks for hanging coats/towels, iron, etc. And the view! For those that may not be able to handle the stairs, it is important to note that the unit is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Additional stairs are necessary to get to the beach. This was not an issue for us, but may be for some. Thanks for sharing your condo with us. We plan to be back.

Great place!

Had a wonderful 4 day vacation at Seamist. The view cannot be beat and it is close to some of our favorite areas. We could bike to Rosemary Beach and take a short drive to Seaside. The beach was not crowded at all which was the best part. Being on the third floor we did not hear any noise from other guests which was nice. Cute little condo that we highly recommend!

Perfect!

My husband and I stayed at Seamist 10 during the VERY busy spring break season. We stayed 4 nights and the only problem was that we didn't stay longer. Everything we needed was provided in this updated condo. We enjoyed meals overlooking the ocean from the balcony and just leaving the balcony doors open to hear the waves crash. Cable TV and Wifi make the techy ones in your group happy! The condo is located away from some of the most populated areas of 30A which was great for us! Bikes can get you to any of the more crowded locations for food, drinks, or even groceries (we biked to publix!) We went walking a bit on the beach and noticed that most areas were far more crowded than our beach area. Everything about this much needed vacaion was perfect for us. Booking was easy and I already had several restaurants in mind before we arrived thanks to Jessica. Our favorite meal was Barefoot BBQ (one of the food trailers in Seaside) which we brought back to the condo and enjoyed on the balcony listening to the peaceful waves roll in. We hope to return!

It was perfect

Perfect little spot for our little family of myself, my wife, and 2 year old. We especially enjoyed being beachside and being able to open the doors and listen to the waves. The condo was well furnished as well.
