Right on the beach, well maintained, very clean condo. We had a wonderful trip--perfect weather, and uncrowded beaches. Recommendations on restaurants and things to do from the owner were perfect--we just wish we had been able to stay longer. Thank you so much for the great memories!

We really enjoyed our stay. We found the condo to be just as it was represented. It was clean, comfortable and well located. The beach was great, temperatures were perfect. We did not hear our neighbors at all. We watched dolphins from the deck and just had a great time. The place was awesome. I will definitely refer friends.
This condo had everything we could ask for! It was very clean upon arrival, the kitchen was stocked with everything we could need, and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking!! The condo complex is small, and the beach was never crowded. We can't wait to come back!
We absolutely loved this condo. It's right on the beach -- what more could you want? Well, it's also on the top floor (no loud footsteps above), has free wifi, is in a great location (a more low-key section of 30A away from the resorts), and is really clean and tastefully decorated. And last but not least, the owner, Jessica, is awesome. She was in constant communication with us leading up to our stay, and she provided us with a phenomenal list of local attractions/restaurants/tips. We will definitely be back!
Jessica was fantastic prior to our arrival. The most responsive out of all properties we looked at along 30a for our trip. This was our deciding factor in booking this particular condo. Absolutely loved the location right on the beach. This particular beach was MUCH less crowded than others along 30a but close enough to all the shops and attractions in Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The condo exceeded my expectations and was better than what I expected from the photos. We can't wait to plan our next trip here, and many more for years to come! Fantastic!
Our family of four loved our stay at Seamist #10! The view from the balcony was spectacular, the condo was clean and very comfortable, and the communication was excellent. I have already recommended to friends. :)

Seamist is always our choice of place to stay along 30A (non-crowded beach, friendly neighbors, small complex). We have stayed at many of the other properties at Seamist, but this one was the best yet! From the updated kitchen cabinets and flooring, to the decorations, to the responsive communication with the owner both before and after booking the property - it was perfect! The added small touches (hand soap, plenty of clean towels, paper towels, dishwashing tabs) were an additional benefit not always given at the other Seamist properties. We plan to return to this property - just never soon enough! :)
The condo was very nice with a great view, I liked the fact we were only one of 12 units. It was very quiet and relaxing will definitely return. The owner is great, we were notified we could check in 3 hours early.
The condo was in great shape and very clean. My little ones (3 years and 18 months) loved the balcony and seeing the beach. This was the perfect get away for all of us and Jessica was very accommodating and easy to work with. She is quick to respond and you can tell that she truly wants her guests to have a great stay! Thank you!

the condo was very clean and had everything needed away from home. I liked all of the kitchen supplies, the laundry oods, the recommendations for things to do, and the location! The only complaint we had was the railing on deck was wobbly, but the owners sent the caretaker of the property the morning after we arrived to inspect it promptly.
My husband and I spent a long weekend (Wednesday – Sunday) at this wonderful vacation rental and enjoyed every minute. The place was just as described / pictured. The view of the Gulf of Mexico was amazing and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching beautiful sunsets. One day, we even saw dolphins right in front of us. It is a quiet place – something we were looking for – but close enough to restaurants, shopping, tourist activities and grocery. Rosemary Beach is just a 10 minutes’ drive away. To get to Seaside it takes about 15 – 20 minutes by car, depending on traffic. Before arriving, we received excellent directions and suggestions from Jessica (the owner) about what to see and where to eat. Unit #10 is on the third floor with spectacular views. There is, however, no elevator. If you have difficulties climbing stairs, you should take that into consideration. This was our second stay at this place and we will definitely come back when we have the opportunity.
We had the opportunity to spend five nights at the Wolf Condo and were so impressed on how close everything that we wanted to experience, especially the wild life on the Moose Wilson Road, was available within a short distance. The amenities of being able to cook a meal when you wanted to, or do laundry when you needed to, or just sitback and watch hulu programming and more was so convenient. Everything needed also is available from being close to Jackson, nearby restaurants, and grocers to make this spacious condo wonderful. We would recommend this for anyone.
Everything was perfect at the wolf. Finding it was a little tricky but not bad. The aspens need to get rid of the tennis courts, they are in bad shape. Makes the surrounding look bad. Would stay there again
The condo was great for our family of 4. Kids loved the window bed and bunk beds and overall wildlife themed decor. The condo was so cozy and well stocked in the kitchen. We took in some groceries from the nearby Aspens Market. Our kids loved the moose that we found in the community - that was something special that they will be talking about for years to come. Perfect location in between Teton Village/Grand Teton National Park and downtown. The communication with Jessica was fast and she was helpful with recommendations. Would definitely recommend this property for couples or families visiting the area.

Jessica was an amazing host! This spot truly has been so wonderful and it's been a great place to stay. All the supplies provided for guests, including kitchenware, blankets, towels, toiletries, etc. are phenomenal. The hospitality Jessica provided with local information on what to do in the area, her attentiveness to answering our questions (even while she’s in a different location), as well as board games included in the condo have led to a beautiful transition into Jackson Hole. Lastly, this inviting space in the Aspens community has made this place feel like home for the last few weeks. The condo is spacious, yet cozy. It's a wonderful place to come back to each day. We also love the access to the trails, river, and community here in Wilson - it provides an ideal location to go and enjoy the outdoors, yet return to a comfortable home nestled in the mountains. This is a beautiful place to stay whether you’re traveling alone or with family and friend in the Jackson Hole area. We are so grateful Jessica shared this condo with us. We will forever appreciate her kindness!
Great stay for our family. Great property in a quiet building. The kids loved the bed setup. The kitchen was well equipped. Jessica made the process seamless and easily. We would definitely stay again!
This is a great location for seeimg Tetons and Jackson Hole. You can avoid JH traffic with this location. Our kids loved the bunk beds and window bunk. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

This condo was a good home base for exploring the Tetons, Teton village, and Jackson, Wyoming.
The condo was spotless with everything in place upon arrival. It has been remodeled & everything inside is new.. A cozy fire place, big screen tv and sleeps 6 comfortably. The location is great, close to down town Jackson, short drive to Yellow Stone and the Great Teton National Parks. Even moose has been known to relax on the lawn just outside the door. We enjoyed viewing the protected wild life that roam freely in the parks. We saw a lot of bison, moose, a couple of wolfs, and a black bear. All just beautiful. The town of Jackson is full of art galleries with beautiful art. Such a exciting place to visit, at the end of the day just relax in this beautiful cozy condo..This is my favorite condo to relax in Great Place to stay !! Ray Taylor-------------------Texas !

Absolute paradise! Couldn't ask for a more gorgeous view. Relaxing and not crowded and loud. Perfect mix of young and old. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking or biking. Loved the many communities up and down 30A. Live music every night somewhere along the strip. The beach was beautiful. Saw Dolphins, stingrays, and I think it was a manatee! Incredible. The condo had everything and anything you could want or need. Comfy and clean. Can't believe I never knew about this area. Will definitely make this an annual vacation.

The condo was very nice and the view was spectacular. The only negative about the condo is the bedroom mattress. It was hard as plywood. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in each night. With a new, comfortable mattress, this place would get 5 stars! Jerry Hoover, AL
This condo was exactly what we were looking for! It had everything a family needs from all the necessities that you need away from home and who could forget that ocean view. Spectacular! The condo was very clean and most of all the location was between Rosemary beach and Seaside. It was quiet and a family orientated location. We will be back next year!
We stayed at Seamist 10 again this year. We love the location. It's in the less crowded area of 30a but so close to all the fun things to do at each little beach town. We brought friends along with us this time and the condo was just as comfortable as if it were just my husband and I. We will be booking again next year!
The perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean and beach away from the crowds...yet just a short drive to Seaside and other great places to explore. The owner, Jessica, could not have been better! All of our inquiries were answered in a short time, if not immediately. We love coming this time of year and hope to be able to stay here each time. FYI...Shrimp Shack and Bud & Alley's are wonderful places to grab some fresh, local seafood...but our favorite is Grayton Seafood Co.
My husband and I enjoyed a week in paradise. SeaMist is a perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The weather was beautiful. Sunny blue skies, high 70's just perfect for February. The beach was fantastic. Walking in either direction a calming experience. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the sunrises and sunsets while enjoying a cold beverage or two. Renting bikes was the perfect way to get around. There are bike paths that are an easy ride and took us to shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and we had everything needed for our stay. We will be back to SeaMist! We enjoyed this condo very much! The owner was super responsive and provided more than enough info for us. The complex offered ample parking for our oversized vehicle. The unit itself was very clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable and everything was well appointed. The towels were cozy and plentiful. The furniture was very comfortable. We were a tinsy bit tight in the master with our luggage but having the king bed made up for that. You simply cannot beat the views and proximity to the water. Definitely recommend this condo. We will also keep it in our favorites for future trips to 30A.

We had a great stay. Had a minor hiccup with a leak from our unit but property manager was on top of it and had it repaired in no time. Great experience.
We loved our long weekend here. The location was so convenient to seaside and rosemary beach. The condo was even better in person than the listing shows online!
This was our second year at 30A and we absolutely loved this condo! It all comes down to location, it’s so perfect. Both times we’ve been to 30A it has poured rain and we had to run from the beach (thats FL). It makes a world of difference being right on the beach and not having to cross 30A with your kids and gear in the rain! We looked at the stars and waves at night and searched for crabs with our flashlights. Jessica was great at communicating. It is small, if you have more than 1 kid I would look for a bigger place, but it was just what we needed. Bring hand soap and any other items you need at home, some Vrbos I've been too have these, this one does not. We will be back!!

Hi Corinne, I am so glad you had a great time and we look forward to having you back! Quite a few of our guests are repeat guests and very happy to welcome you to our little group. I am not sure what happened on the hand soap issue. You should have had hand soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish washing soap and dishwasher pods. Hopefully the hand soap was the only awol item! Either way, we will make sure you get it all on the next visit!!
