This condo is well appointed, cozy, and in a great location.

This was a perfect location to explore the Tetons from and also a short drive into Jackson. A beautiful condo with everything we needed, and a strong focus on comfort with all the soft blankets and pillows everywhere.

Jessica's condo was very up to date but also comfortable. We had everything we needed for a two night stay in Jackson Hole. We would definitely stay again!

Spacious, tasteful, contemporary cabin-style condo. Excellent location near Teton Village, Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. Excellent amenities. Walkable to gourmet market, coffee place and restaurants. Great host!

Perfect, private condo a little outside of Jackson, but with easy access to town and the parks.

If you are staying at Teton and Jessica's condo is available, you would be missing out if you didn't stay there. It had all the amenities that you would have expected and then some - all appliances, toaster, washer/dryer, an amazing television and even chromecast! Centrally located, 6 miles from downtown Jackson. We really didn't feel like leaving... :(

What a great place to stay. Accommodations were great. Had everything we needed. Having coffee in the morning on the patio overlooking the amazing white sand beach is something special. The beach is incredible!!! Great place to stay. Hope to be back again one day!!

This was my first experience using Airbnb, and it went without a hitch! There was some initial confusion with whom Jessica was speaking with because of my name, but she politely asked and cleared it up. Her condo is in a perfect spot! The location is perfect, the view is amazing, and the short walk to the beach can't be beat. The condo is clean and well stocked if you would like to cook there. We ate out for most of our trip, just because we were so close to our perfect area, Seaside. Jessica offered great tips on where to go for fun, and she responded to me very quickly. I would love to stay here in the future again!

Outstanding Stay!!!

I was nervous that our stay would be like John Candy's in Summer Rental, but this was the exact opposite. The condo was exactly what we needed as a family. The owners supplied everything a family could need. The ocean view was gorgeous and not over crowded. The area that the condo is located is not super busy like the small areas near it, but close enough to visit the other beach towns. We loved visiting Seaside for dinner. We will definitely book this condo again, when we visit the area.

Clean, quiet, and great access.

My wife and I visited in June 2017. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. The bed/furniture was very comfortable, and the beach was just seconds away.

Very Clean , Great View, Quiet, Great Neighbors, Perfect Area

My sister, her teens, and I had a great stay in this condo. The location was unbeatable, just steps from the beautiful Gulf. The condominium complex is privately owned, and only one beach rental company is allowed to set up chairs on the beach. This meant that our stretch of the beach was much less crowded than those we could see to the east and west. The kitchen was well-equipped. The lovely deck had two lounge chairs plus a table with high chairs to look over the railing easily. Beds were comfortable and linens were a very nice quality. Jessica responded quickly when we had a couple of questions. Nearby good restaurants were a short drive away. We enjoyed every minute!

The view at this condo is incredible! You won't find a value like this anywhere else in Seacrest. This beach condo was perfect for my husband and I on a long weekend. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed here for a (much-needed) last-minute getaway weekend. We couldn't have been more pleased. We are very familiar with the 30A area and have stayed in several different spots along 30A for the last 8 years. Jessica's condo at Seamist is by far our favorite! The view is spectacular, the location is excellent, and Jessica was quick to answer any questions, was very sweet to give information, websites, restaurant recommendations, and more about the area, and she was very thorough in making sure we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and the king bed mattress was very comfortable (I'm Goldilocks when it comes to choosing mattresses!). Thank you Jessica--we will certainly be back again!

Such a beautiful place to stay for vacation. Amazing views on the balcony, very private and cozy place. Super clean, Jessica was very responsive and helpful. The place is true to pictures. Will absolutely be staying again if I get the chance.

Jessica was easy to communicate with, timely and had great suggestions for things to do and places to go. The condo was well equipped and super clean! The location is perfect and the view from the private deck is beautiful. We would definitely come back again and rent Jessica's condo.

The condo is perfect and In a perfect location. The host was amazing and was a great help with anything we needed. it is so peaceful and out of all the traffic but still close enough to go anywhere you want. We can't wait to come back and stay again

Wonderful condo in great location

Lovely, clean condo with unique and fun decor. Easter weekend the beach immediately in front of the condo was not at all crowded. The owner was helpful and very responsive. On the second floor with great view and ocean breeze and soothing wave sounds.

The condo was right on the beach. It is beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised. I felt safe letting the older kids walk down to the beach alone. The location is perfect. I want to stay there again on my next trip to the beach.

This house is everything we were looking for in a vacation spot. It is perfectly placed in the middle of 30A, short distance to many of the major restaurants and hangouts. It is right on the beach with easy access to the water. Comfortably sleeps 4 people was very family friendly. Would definitely recommend this place without reservation. Everything was all set and check-in and check-out were not a problem.

Jessica's place was absolutely stunning. She wasn't lying when she mentioned the spectacular views. The sunset and sunrise are beautiful from the balcony. The location was amazing. You are close to shops, restaurants, and recreational activities. The beach is a few steps away and it's amazing. The apartment is clean, spacious, and well equipped with what you need. You won't want to leave by the end of your vacation!

We loved the location and the condo was perfect! As advertised the condo is between Seacrest and Rosemary Beach, with bike trails and amazing beaches. We had easy access to our beach right outside our condo backyard. Our place was clean and nicely appointed with all the essentials for family vacation! Jessica was super nice and easy to get in touch with if needed. Would definitely come back and recommend for small families as a perfect Florida beaches vacation getaway.

Little gem by the Gulf!

Better Than Our High Expectations!!!

Right on the easy-to-access beach & blue gulf. Wow! Just mosey down the front steps, around to the back & down the steps to the beautiful, great-for-walking, white-sand beach. Low traffic in February & we good weather, too! This condo is delightfully neat, clean & well stocked; recently re-carpeted & painted! It has everything we needed and more! Comfortable king bed. Delightfully quiet inside except for when we (many, many times) slid the glass doors open to hear the rolling tide. Deck was a wonderfully "lazy", great place to read & watch the activity on the beach. We watched for dolphins & saw 3! Top commendations to Brian the manager. He is friendly, capable and quick to respond. All levels of restaurants to the east and west. Would we return? Yes, yes & yes! Marcus & Sherrill

Great forTwo!

Overall a nice place for two. Well stocked kitchen which is very nice. TV could be upgraded especially since we were here during the Bowl season. Great view! So convenient to everything. Love this area of 30A.

The location is great. Beach is very private. Views from the 3rd floor are wonderful. Not much ocean view from 1st floor. Older building but very clean and very adequate. Enjoyed the stay.

Perfection!

This was the perfect beach vacation for our family of four. Our kids loved sleeping in the bunk beds and we slept like rocks on the nice king in the bedroom. Jessica, the owner, was super prompt at responding to my many questions, and truly thought of every necessity you would need to feel like you were at home. The stretch of beach in your backyard is absolutely breathtaking and the porch out back offers a perfect sunrise and sunset view, while maintaining privacy from the neighboring units in the building. This condo was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

This is an amazing get couples getaway place

We absolutely love the small town feel of Seacrest and this little condo is perfect for couples looking to have a romantic getaway. Very comfortable, great views, directly on the beach. Absolutely perfect spot!

Worth the view

We experienced a no-frills, but clean and convenient stay in this condo. The 3rd story view put us just far enough above the dunes for a perfectly close, unobstructed view of that heavenly beach--- which was never crowded. If you like bike riding or walking on the beach, this is a great place to stay. Just as advertised, and the owner was easy to work with.

Wonderful little condo right on the beach!

We decided to go on a little beach stay-away for an extended weekend and this location was perfect for us. The condo was well kept and we had a great time. It had everything anyone needs (all the necessities that you would need: kitchen appliances, silverware, extra towels, etc). The only issue we really had was with the bed, as it was pretty hard (but some people like hard beds, so its hard to knock it any points as its a preference thing). Having the beach right below you is an awesome thing and we had a wonderful time. Will definitely consider staying here again on a future trip!

Great place to stay!

We loved the condo! The condo is on the third floor, and the views of the Gulf were amazing. The condo owner was extremely easy to work with and responded to inquiries vey quickly. The condo is closer to Alys and Rosemary beach, than Seacrest. We were able to bike to both locations. We would definitely stay here again!
