My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in mid-September. The condo was quiet, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, dishes, serving pieces and cookware. We had a great view from the third floor unit, with easy beach access, and the location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and state parks. We'd love to visit again!
We had an enjoyable 3-night stay in September. We were able to check-in early, and the condo was very clean. The beach and sunset views are amazing, and the water temperature was perfect. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and a new development opened recently less than a mile west along 30A called The Hub with a few casual restaurants, although we did not eat there. I biked every day along the 30A bike trail between the different South Walton Beaches, and our teenage kids were able to bike and meet their friends in Rosemary Beach. Only recommendation would be installing a bike rack on the property, as everyone had to lock their bikes up against the fence along the edge of the parking lot.
Our stay was wonderful !!! This place was above and beyond. It had all the things you need and more. The decor was great, can't say enough about this place.Hope to come back soon . Thanks for sharing

My wife and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary here and had one of our favorite getaways of all time. The accommodations were fantastic, the proximity to food and fun were great, and the view from the deck was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!
We came here for a week long retreat and just fell in love! It was so clean and cozy we felt right at home. The view is simply breath taking and the location can't be beat. I will definitely be recommending to friends!

We had a great vacation. We loved the condo and the convenience of the beach and the other beach communities. The condo had everything we needed to have a great week at the beach. The owner is so nice and responsive. We will definitely be back.
The view is awesome from the balcony. You can walk right outside down the stairs and in to the beach which is very convenient. Bike paths are right in front so you can just hop on the path and ride. There is everything you could possibly need inside the condo very thought out. We even saw Dolphins.
I can not rave enough about this well equipped hidden gem along 30A. From the minute you walk in this condo you know you have picked the right place to spend your vacation. Everything you could possibly need is there. Super comfy King bed and memory foam pillows are just some special touches that other condos don't offer. Oversized sofas will entice you to want to settle in but the view from the second story balcony overlooking the Gulf..just wow!!!! The property manager Jessica is super quick with a response to any question or concern you may have and super friendly via her emails. We have stayed here 3 separate times and already plan on returning for an entire week next summer to Seamist #6. We truly love it!
First of all, it was very easy to schedule and reserve the condo. The owner facilitated it by providing every single questions and steps in timely manner. The condo everything we needed. I'd love to go back again.
This property was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Our air was out when we first arrived, but they were very prompt about taking care of it! I would for sure stay here again!
Great condo with beautiful views. Kitchen is fully stocked and some supplies are offered. Bed is VERY firm, would suggest bringing topper is possible.
This fabulous location allowed for total relaxation for my two adult daughters and I on our spring break. The balcony was the perfect location for coffee, mimosas, and happy hour! The condo offered everything required to relax and enjoy time away in comfort! Would recommend to anyone who needed a reasonably priced and comfortable beach place to get away!!
This is a much quieter location than Rosemary Beach but still very close to the action. The condo was well equipped and the beach was beautiful. My favorite part was the covered balcony where the furniture was very comfy and it felt very private. It was just my husband and myself but there a bunk beds in the hall and the couches are huge and comfortable so you could bring several kids if needed. Thanks for a great Condo!
I absolutely loved this place. Me and 4 other friends took on this trip to relax and have fun. The location was absolutely perfect, we were close to the seaside downtown and right on the beach. We rented a bike one day and it was awesome, a lot of people rent bikes there and I highly recommend doing it in the afternoon or cloudy day, it is fun and beautiful around town. The view was breathtaking all day and the condo was very well stocked. This place had everything to make our trip comfortable and relaxing. Although there was only one bathroom for 5 people, we managed it well and we made the best out of the bunk beds. Highly recommend staying at this condo.

We had no issues with this condo whatsoever. It's probably the most well-stocked place we've ever stayed... loved everything in the kitchen. The owner clearly has thought out all the small details of everything you could ever need while visiting. The view is fantastic and the building was in good shape. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave. Very clean, well stocked kitchen with new appliances. Jessica did a great job on making us feel at home. We enjoyed the frozen mugs upon our arrival. The view was outstanding, we enjoyed watching the Dolphins swim by. Great location we rode our bikes to the seafood market everyday. We loved everything thing about our stay and plan to return next year.
I first started in this unit in March 2015 for my bachelorette weekend! We successfully fit 5 women in it and had a wonderful time! It is so nice being right on the beach - not too mention the view and the deck are perfect for morning coffee and watching the sun set. I returned with my husband in September because I had loved the place so much! We had a blast--the weather was perfect and we took advantage of the easy beach access! You are also very close to seaside and all of the favorite 30a restaurants....not to mention you are walking distance from The Hub! The kitchen is also full of everything you need for your stay! Just pick up some groceries and you're good to go! We love seamist and we will definitely be staying here again!
