We loved this property! It was exactly as advertised, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. The area nearby, several beach communities were fun to stroll and bike through. The beach was quiet and beautiful. Very romantic!
We had a wonderful time at Seamist 10. The condo is very conveniently located close to Rosemary Beach and Allys. It was very nicely decorated and clean.We truly enjoyed the fact that we were right on the beach and that alone made all the difference in the world! Our 2 and 4 year old loved playing in the sand and we also enjoyed the beautiful sunsets that you can see sitting on the balcony. We loved eating at La Crema tapas and Chocolate restaurant at nearby Rosemary Beach. We will definetly go back again!
A perfect long weekend get-a-way!! This condo is too cute and very well furnished. Jessica was so nice and helpful with any questions we had. The best thing - the view!! The condo is on the 3rd floor and the emerald water can be seen as soon as you walk through the door! The other thing we loved was listening to the waves crash. 5 stars all the way!!! :)

What a perfect condo! The pictures do not do it justice. The owners have thought of every convenience from extra hooks in the bathroom, to safety lighting on light switches, extra electrical outlets, iPod docking speakers, quiet closing cabinetry in the kitchen, and ceiling fans for comfort. This place has the extras. Very spacious. Will definitely stay here again.

We LOVED this condo! Perfect location away from the seaside crowds, but close enough to enjoy either seaside or rosemary every evening. The condo is clean and comfortable and looks just like the pics. We can't wait to come back next year!
This is my second time to bring my teenagers to this condo. They were very excited to stay after a wonderful time we had there last year. Once again, we had a great vacation. Everything is made easier by owners that are easy to work with and seem to have thought of everything. The condo was spotless, the beach was wonderful, the view from the balcony of the 4th of July fireworks was spectacular. See you next year.
We had a blast! We stayed here with myself, hubby and two boys 11 and 9. There was plenty of room for all of us! From this wonderful spot we saw dolphins, a stingray and many crabs! We never left the beautiful little beach towns. There was plenty of awesome restaurants and Jessica gave some wonderful suggestions! Also take your bike! That is the easiest way to get around this picturesque place!
My boyfriend and I took our little one for her first birthday. Awesome rental DIRECTLY on the beach, great location. Close to everything without being in the chaos of nearby towns. Beautiful condo, clean, comfortable, feels like home. No one even mentions My favorite part of the condo --- direct sun on the balcony for HOURS. My little one HATED the sand and water. When she would nap... I laid out on the balcony and got the best direct sun possible!!! Jessica gives great recommendations as well Overall Amazing! Will definitely come back next year.
This vacation rental was just as described/pictured. We just returned and are making plans to return next year. The beach was private, the condo was clean, well equipped and the view from the balcony was just amazing. Thanks to Jessica for making the arrangements so easy as well as providing excellent suggestions and directions. It was a memorable experience!!!
This place was great! We needed a vacation, and a relaxing one at that, not someplace loud & busy and this was perfect! Even my husband asked "How did you find this place?" Close enough to grocery/restaurants/tourist activities but quiet enough that we didn't have to do anything but sit on the balcony or beach if we wanted to. Loved watching dolphins in the morning....sand crabs in the evening...beautiful sunset..... Very comfortable bed/linens...nice hot shower with good water pressure (two of the bonuses I love while on vacation) We are definitely looking forward to coming back in the future!

This is the second year that we have rented this condo for the month of February and found it clean, cozy and fun! It has all of the amenities that we needed and it is situated right on the beach. We love the area as well which is packed with restaurants and interesting stores and venues. Treat yourself to a lovely, quiet vacation here!
This was an excellent condo! I would definitely rent this condo again. The owner was very responsive with my questions and even sent out a guide of her favorite places before we arrived. The view is perfect! The condo is right on the beach- perfect location to step outside on your private balcony to have the morning coffee. Some of the many pros: Location- perfect place if you want to be on the beach, but away from the more populated resorts. Easy and quick drive to Seaside, Watercolor, Alys Beach and Rosemary (or bike!) Comfortable bed and pillows Plenty of closet space for our things (8 day stay). Washer and dryer was very convenient to have inside the unit. Lots of little conveniences- iPod Dock, lots of hooks for hanging coats/towels, iron, etc. And the view! For those that may not be able to handle the stairs, it is important to note that the unit is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Additional stairs are necessary to get to the beach. This was not an issue for us, but may be for some. Thanks for sharing your condo with us. We plan to be back.
Had a wonderful 4 day vacation at Seamist. The view cannot be beat and it is close to some of our favorite areas. We could bike to Rosemary Beach and take a short drive to Seaside. The beach was not crowded at all which was the best part. Being on the third floor we did not hear any noise from other guests which was nice. Cute little condo that we highly recommend!
My husband and I stayed at Seamist 10 during the VERY busy spring break season. We stayed 4 nights and the only problem was that we didn't stay longer. Everything we needed was provided in this updated condo. We enjoyed meals overlooking the ocean from the balcony and just leaving the balcony doors open to hear the waves crash. Cable TV and Wifi make the techy ones in your group happy! The condo is located away from some of the most populated areas of 30A which was great for us! Bikes can get you to any of the more crowded locations for food, drinks, or even groceries (we biked to publix!) We went walking a bit on the beach and noticed that most areas were far more crowded than our beach area. Everything about this much needed vacaion was perfect for us. Booking was easy and I already had several restaurants in mind before we arrived thanks to Jessica. Our favorite meal was Barefoot BBQ (one of the food trailers in Seaside) which we brought back to the condo and enjoyed on the balcony listening to the peaceful waves roll in. We hope to return!
Perfect little spot for our little family of myself, my wife, and 2 year old. We especially enjoyed being beachside and being able to open the doors and listen to the waves. The condo was well furnished as well.
Right on the beach, well maintained, very clean condo. We had a wonderful trip--perfect weather, and uncrowded beaches. Recommendations on restaurants and things to do from the owner were perfect--we just wish we had been able to stay longer. Thank you so much for the great memories!

We really enjoyed our stay. We found the condo to be just as it was represented. It was clean, comfortable and well located. The beach was great, temperatures were perfect. We did not hear our neighbors at all. We watched dolphins from the deck and just had a great time. The place was awesome. I will definitely refer friends.
This condo had everything we could ask for! It was very clean upon arrival, the kitchen was stocked with everything we could need, and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking!! The condo complex is small, and the beach was never crowded. We can't wait to come back!
We absolutely loved this condo. It's right on the beach -- what more could you want? Well, it's also on the top floor (no loud footsteps above), has free wifi, is in a great location (a more low-key section of 30A away from the resorts), and is really clean and tastefully decorated. And last but not least, the owner, Jessica, is awesome. She was in constant communication with us leading up to our stay, and she provided us with a phenomenal list of local attractions/restaurants/tips. We will definitely be back!
Jessica was fantastic prior to our arrival. The most responsive out of all properties we looked at along 30a for our trip. This was our deciding factor in booking this particular condo. Absolutely loved the location right on the beach. This particular beach was MUCH less crowded than others along 30a but close enough to all the shops and attractions in Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The condo exceeded my expectations and was better than what I expected from the photos. We can't wait to plan our next trip here, and many more for years to come! Fantastic!

Seamist is always our choice of place to stay along 30A (non-crowded beach, friendly neighbors, small complex). We have stayed at many of the other properties at Seamist, but this one was the best yet! From the updated kitchen cabinets and flooring, to the decorations, to the responsive communication with the owner both before and after booking the property - it was perfect! The added small touches (hand soap, plenty of clean towels, paper towels, dishwashing tabs) were an additional benefit not always given at the other Seamist properties. We plan to return to this property - just never soon enough! :)
The condo was very nice with a great view, I liked the fact we were only one of 12 units. It was very quiet and relaxing will definitely return. The owner is great, we were notified we could check in 3 hours early.
The condo was in great shape and very clean. My little ones (3 years and 18 months) loved the balcony and seeing the beach. This was the perfect get away for all of us and Jessica was very accommodating and easy to work with. She is quick to respond and you can tell that she truly wants her guests to have a great stay! the condo was very clean and had everything needed away from home. I liked all of the kitchen supplies, the laundry oods, the recommendations for things to do, and the location! The only complaint we had was the railing on deck was wobbly, but the owners sent the caretaker of the property the morning after we arrived to inspect it promptly.

To get to Seaside it takes about 15 – 20 minutes by car, depending on traffic. Before arriving, we received excellent directions and suggestions from Jessica (the owner) about what to see and where to eat. Unit #10 is on the third floor with spectacular views. There is, however, no elevator. If you have difficulties climbing stairs, you should take that into consideration. This was our second stay at this place and we will definitely come back when we have the opportunity.

Absolute paradise! Couldn't ask for a more gorgeous view. Relaxing and not crowded and loud. Perfect mix of young and old. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking or biking. Loved the many communities up and down 30A. Live music every night somewhere along the strip. The beach was beautiful. Saw Dolphins, stingrays, and I think it was a manatee! Incredible. The condo had everything and anything you could want or need. Comfy and clean. Can't believe I never knew about this area. Will definitely make this an annual vacation.

The condo was very nice and the view was spectacular. The only negative about the condo is the bedroom mattress. It was hard as plywood. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in each night. With a new, comfortable mattress, this place would get 5 stars! Jerry Hoover, AL
This condo was exactly what we were looking for! It had everything a family needs from all the necessities that you need away from home and who could forget that ocean view. Spectacular! The condo was very clean and most of all the location was between Rosemary beach and Seaside. It was quiet and a family orientated location. We will be back next year!
We stayed at Seamist 10 again this year. We love the location. It's in the less crowded area of 30a but so close to all the fun things to do at each little beach town. We brought friends along with us this time and the condo was just as comfortable as if it were just my husband and I. We will be booking again next year!
The perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean and beach away from the crowds...yet just a short drive to Seaside and other great places to explore. The owner, Jessica, could not have been better! All of our inquiries were answered in a short time, if not immediately. We love coming this time of year and hope to be able to stay here each time. FYI...Shrimp Shack and Bud & Alley's are wonderful places to grab some fresh, local seafood...but our favorite is Grayton Seafood Co.
My husband and I enjoyed a week in paradise. SeaMist is a perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The weather was beautiful. Sunny blue skies, high 70's just perfect for February. The beach was fantastic. Walking in either direction a calming experience. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the sunrises and sunsets while enjoying a cold beverage or two. Renting bikes was the perfect way to get around. There are bike paths that are an easy ride and took us to shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and we had everything needed for our stay. We will be back to SeaMist!
