Location is everything.

Located right on the beach with great views in between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. You can walk right down the stairs and be on the beach and also be just minutes away from great restaurant choices and shops. This condo is a pretty small one bedroom that takes care of the basics. It could use a few things but it’s clean and reasonably priced for this location. Had a great time.

Great place for a weekend getaway! The view from the patio is amazing and there is so many things to do within a couple miles. We ate dinner on the patio while watching the sun set and also checked out the great local shops. This beach has a very small town feel and the beach is so beautiful and very clean. The condo had everything you would need while on vacation and there were even tide pods provided to do laundry.

This place was amazing. Great views, clean place, everything you ever could imagine was in the condo. Private beach was so nice just to hang out and enjoy yourself! We will be back!

Absolutely fantastic stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seamist. The beach access could not have been better. The deck/view is perfect to eat dinner on or sunbathe. Loved waking up seeing it every day. The internet was great. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked perfectly. Loved having a washer dryer too. Very convenient. Thank you! We hope to be back soon.

What a wonderful place to stay! Perfect location, and very comfortable condo! The photos don't do it justice. The only thing I was a little hesitant about was the chairs on the deck. In the photos on the site, they don't look very comfortable BUT she had apparently just purchased a brand new set! There is a table, 4 chairs, and a lounge chair and I can testify that all of them are extremely comfortable! We spend most of our time on the deck! Other good to know facts: She furnished laundry detergent and a couple of beach chairs. Also, all of the furniture in the living room is very comfortable as well. We will definitely be back :)

Perfect location with beautiful and serene views of the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The condo felt like a true home away from home and was a perfect place to relax and unwind. We watched dolphins from the balcony as we drank our morning coffee; absolutely amazing!

We came here for several days over my children's Spring Break. It surpassed our expectations. The evenings were quiet; the daytimes were friendly without being a huge party; we were near to Watercolor and Rosemary Beach without actually being in the middle of the chaise or traffic snarls. It was a wonderful getaway. We will rent this listing again for our next 30A trip.

We had the best time here over spring break. the location is perfect for us - easy access to the rest of 30A communities, but a little quieter. With the beach being steps away, getting in and out of the water was so accessible. Jessica was a great host and very clear with instructions and requests. would love to return!

This condo is wonderful. The location is perfect and access to the beach is quick and easy.

Perfect for a get away. Ideal for a small family. My young adult children slept in sleeper sofa and they said it wasn’t comfortable, but it does accommodate 6 people. Beaches are beautiful and NOT crowded! Had a wonderful view of the sunset every evening. I would definitely book this again or recommend it to anyone else.

If you want privatcy on a deck overlooking the white sugar sand and emerald green water of the Golf of Mexico, then this place is for you. Very comfortable inside and out. A must stay on 30A.

Beautiful views, cozy apartment, great location

We had so much fun during our stay at Seamist! The views of the beach were absolutely gorgeous and the apartment itself had everything we needed during our week long stay. The location was very peaceful and quiet, yet not too far from all the action. Jessica was a great host and very quick at responding to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!!

This condo is in a very quiet, residential neighborhood. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy a mostly empty beach. The condo is stocked with all essentials and was very clean. The balcony is a beautiful spot to watch the sunset. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus for us. You are removed from the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach, if you are looking for entertainment and nightlife or chain restaurants in walking distance, this place may disappoint you. If you want tranquility, long walks on the beach, bike rides and sipping a glass of wine while the sun goes down, this place is perfect. Jessica is an awesome host and very responsive.

As soon as we opened the door, it was wonderful. It is located in the perfect spot on 30a. I feel like it was even better than the description & photos. The view is wonderful. Sitting out watching the gulf each day & taking long walks along the beach was fabulous. We were lucky to see a couple of pods of dolphins in the morning, too. I highly recommend staying here if we want to explore the panhandle.

Very close to the water. Comfortable beds! We completely enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this condo. Jessica was a great hostess and promptly answered all questions! Planning to come back this Spring or Summer!

We really enjoyed our stay at Seamist. The property was very clean and met our expectations. The location is in the center of all the places we enjoy. The owner responded to all my questions in a timely manner. Would recommend this property. My only minor complaint was that the bathtub did not drain well.

Beautiful Beach, Charming Condo, Very helpful owner.

My two teenagers and I stayed for a week and could have stayed much longer. It was hard to leave. Sitting on the porch overlooking the emerald waters and white sand was a wonderful way to start and end the day. The condo sits on a quiet and stunningly beautiful beach. The condo was immaculate, well equipped, and very nicely decorated. Everything looked new and remodeled. Everything worked perfectly. My teenagers loved sleeping in the bunk beds. One of the best things about this condo was the owner, who was very helpful and accommodating. In an unexpected treat, the owner provided a very personal and lengthy list of recommended activities, grocery stores, restaurants, and tips about the communities in the area. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone interested in a wonderful beach vacation in a quaint and idyllic location.

Your place is GREAT ! ! ! could not believe all the amenities , a nice touch............. loved the view, breakfast on the deck, etc...... Will try and book your place next year.......... My friends daughter and son in law go to Seagrove, Seaside, etc... on a regular basis. They toured the Seamist places and loved them.......... may be your next customers. So.... This rental property is amazing, the view from the balcony is unbelievable. The building only has 12 units, which was great because the beach wasn't crowded. This rental is totally updated and very clean. We stayed there with our two kids and it was plenty of room. They loved the bunkbeds. It was the perfect size. One of the great features is a washer and dryer in the unit. It was very convenient to wash towels from the beach. It is in a great location. We normally stay in Miramar Beach, but chose to try something new. It is close to restaurants, there are airstreams trailors just down 30A in Seaside and we ate there several times. There is also a place that serves donuts and coffee every morning until they run out. If you choose to stay in after being at the beach all day the kitchen has everything you will need. I would highly recommend this unit.

Perfect Vacation

The location is amazing, with a perfect view of the ocean. Clear water, beautiful weather, and plenty of room on the beach to find the perfect spot to sink your chair in the sand. The rental was extremely clean and had plenty of towels, linens, and kitchenware. We did have a problem with the drain in the shower being clogged, but called ResortQuest and someone was out with in a couple hours and took a matter of 2 minutes to correct the problem. No complaints and would LOVE to stay again next year!

We were beyond pleased with the condo and the incredible view from the balcony! The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire booking process and we can't thank her enough. We have a three year old, so the trips up and down from the beach were so convenient and easy compared to other places that we have stayed. Will definitely stay here again if available!

What's Not to Love?

This condo was awesome! Not only was it comfortable, clean, and had everything in it that we could possibly need, it also looked great. Loved the beach decorum! Perfect location too, as we enjoyed biking to Seaside and Rosemarys Beach on numerous occasions. And the view and sunsets ......... unbelievable!! Our expectations were exceeded.

Nice condo directly on the beach with the best view outside the window. Located right in the middle of all the best seaside towns in the area.

We arrived exhausted and spent the first few days soaking up the beautiful views and grateful for the quiet beach. The ocean was incredible, ideal for swimming, paddle boards. The condo is perfectly appointed and very well kept. It was a lovely couples retreat!

Nice condo in great location, million dollar view

My family and I stayed in this condo in the summer of 2013 and had a fantastic time. The condo is nice and was equipped with everything we needed. My kids especially loved the bunk beds. The location of the condo is absolutely fantastic. It is close enough to Destin to take advantage of all the tourist attractions, but it was far enough that we didn't have to worry about the big crowds on the beach. The building is relatively small (maybe 12 units?), which means there aren't gobs of people out on the beach in front of the condo. The view from the deck is breathtaking. With the unit being on the top floor, you have a fabulous view of the beach below, and you can look up from the deck at night and see a million stars. The owner was great to deal with and provided great suggestions for places to go and things to do. I am looking forward to booking this condo again!

A Few Days Away from the Cold North

This property is clean, well-maintained and has great Gulf views. It is secluded, but has good dining options in nearby Rosemary Beach. We liked Shades, Cowgirl Kitchen and the Tapas place. The more active beach areas of Panama City Beach are a short drive away. We loved the easy access to the beach and being on the top floor greatly enhanced the views (especially of the fantastic night sky). The decorations are tastefully done. The appliances are like new and everything worked very well. Check-In and Out were simple and fast. We would definitely rent this property again. Even saw a bald eagle while there.
