Million dollar view without exorbitant price. This was the best deal we could find that's right on the beach. Jessica's condo is clean and comfy and she was very quick to respond via the app about the punch code for the gate leading to the beach. Centrally located amongst the high end, 1%'er resorts, great uncrowded beach. We'd definitely stay again. Thanks Jessica!

Don't pass this place up, it is such a gem! The inside of Jessica's place is just as the pictures depict but they do not begin to do just to the view! Open the sliding glass doors and you are literally steps from the ocean - the place boost tranquility and solitude. The nearest restaurant is a little over a mile away, easily accessible by the bike path out front. Given, the place feels a little more secluded, simply surrounded by others homes. The directions to the home were easy to follow, the amenities were as described, the property was very clean, and Jessica provided recommendations on rental places (for bikes, surf boards, etc) and restaurants (in nearby Seaside and Alys beach). The only negative was that the place next door is under construction so a bit noisy, otherwise no complaints. I hope to visit annually!

This condo was described exactly as you will find it, well appointed, comfortable and very clean. Great location, a binder of local restaurants was very helpful. The view from the porch is just incredible, we enjoyed sunrises and sunsets the time of year we visited. We visited in January for some rest and relaxation and it was perfect, quiet area. The beach is beautiful, one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. The location was not far from groceries, shopping or restaurants. We visited in low season for tourists - but we did enjoy the Wild Thang Airboat Ride, very close by. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions that we had. Great experience.

This place was magical! The location was waaayyy better than I expected! Loved everything about it!

If you’ve never been to 30A like us..Go!! and stay with Jessica! Only spoke through messages but truly feel we stayed at one of our friends! The condo was incredible, a view that’ll make you cry and affordability that will have you booking to come back again!! All you gotta do is bring clothes and fresh shrimp, everything you will need is already there! Will definitely be back!!

If you are looking for a relaxing, close by to anything you need this is the place. The sunrise and sunsets are amazing and very difficult to be topped off anything else. You won't like to leave...

The condo was sparkling clean and so comfortable. We loved the location and it was so quiet and peaceful. I would recommend to anyone wanting a special getaway. Jessica is the perfect host, so quick to help and answer any questions you have. Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful location (away from busy areas, but very close to the action if you want it) and what a view! Steps away from powdery sugar white beach with amazing vistas both to the east and west. Clean, charming unit and excellent hostess with immediate response times. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Our stay at Jessica's was absolutely amazing. It was very clean and our host was always responsive. Check in and out was very easy. We couldn't have asked for a better location. We had two little ones with us so having the outdoor deck where we could sit outside at night was outstanding! We will absolutely be back!

Was perfect size for our family of 4. The location was literally right on the beach. We had a great time snorkeling and hanging out. Restaurants and stores were a short drive away.

The apartment meets all the expectations of the oceanfront name. Short walk to the beach, and great view and relaxing sound of the wave from the balcony are awesome. The apartment is clean, and the host, Jessica is responsive and gives great tips for local exploring. For our group, it was the great affordable vacation. THANK YOU!!

The condo was perfect for our family of four. It was located close to restaurants and shops in both Rosemary Beach, to the east, and The Hub, to the west, both easily bikeable along the Tipoochee Trail. Jessica was great with communication, and left us with suggestions for rental places and local things to do. She made our first vacation as a family perfect!

No complaints, easy access to Publix or Winn Dixie

Place is great with excellent view and the beach is your backyard, we even rescued an injured sea turtle hatching that had a broken arm and couldnt make it to the water. Great restaurants nearby.

Awesome location on 30A in between rosemary beach and sea grove/ seaside. Beautiful views and steps away from the beach!

The apartment was super clean on arrival and Jessica is very responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much and were sad to leave. The beach is steps away and absolutely gorgeous.

Amazing location, right on the beach!! Jessica was very helpful and quick to respond. Unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so know that upfront. Unit is small but floor plan is very nice. Unit could use updating but overall, a nice place to stay

This condo on 30A is amazing! Perfect location, steps to the sand, very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and the balcony and view can’t be beat! We loved our days spent in the ocean and the ease of coming back to the condo to clean up and eat. We loved the location and how easy it was to get to the other beach towns. We can’t recommend Jessica’s condo enough and can’t wait to come back.

It is the absolute best location in Sea Side. Past the fray and business of the downtown area. Gorgeous view right on the ocean.

Two things we loved the most were the view and the AC. It was very hot and humid outside but always very comfortable inside. The deck allows you to get Sun there or be in the shade. Beach much closer to steps than PCB or Destin places we have stayed at. Bike paths are almost completely flat, wide and far enough away from cars to feel safe. We would advise doing long bike rides early am as it gets hot quickly. We liked the ride East towards Rosemary Beach the best. It would be a very long bike ride to Seaside. We cooked a fair amount but there are tons of restaurants within biking distance. Traffic is less than Destin, PCB but not sure about parking as we did not drive our car much.
