What can I say other than fantastic. Attention to detail and shows and we’re looking forward to visiting again.

Amazing location, perfect for our family of 6 with all 4 kids being younger than 7. And me being 7 months pregnant! There are a decent amount of stairs to the beach. That’s to be expected! Something to consider with littles. We went in July, and we really enjoyed our stay. Easy to find and check in and out. Trash was easy to take out. Laundry machines were really helpful. I brought extra detergent thanks to previous reviews suggesting so. The outside shower saved a lot of sand from coming in. Grateful for our time!

Lovely place to stay with an excellent and convenient location. Such an awesome area with proximity to all of seaside in just minutes. The place is also nestled between PCB and Destin if you wanted to take a little trip and wanted more touristy activities on your trip.

The location is perfect! Right on the beach and not very crowded. Plenty of parking. AC worked great. It was nice having a full size fridge and washer and dryer in the condo. Our kiddo loved the bunk beds and giant stuffed animals. We loved eating our meals on the covered deck looking out at the ocean. We didn’t see any dolphins, but the family next door said they saw them almost every evening. We had a few small hiccups during our stay (blinds on the patio door didn’t work) , but Jessica was quick to respond. We loved all of the recommendations she provided. We cannot wait to come back!

House was just as pictured! Location is perfect for kids and family. Will stay here again!

This place was amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is absolutely gorgeous. Jessica is the best. I can’t wait to stay again.

Upon our arrival we immediately checked out less than an hour. This unit was not as advertised. Was not clean, had an odor, couches were wet and soiled. Vent covers rusted, along with beach chairs, shower head dirty, handle to sliding door broken, sand was on bunk beds which indicated condo had not been cleaned properly nor had the bedding. Highly recommend hosts should invest in new everything and have the unit fully remodeled before hosting future guests. We had to request refund.

Just awesome. The location is amazing!! This was the perfect spot for my family of four. We will definitely be back!

Jessica’s place was amazing!!! It was just as described- only a few feet off the patio and you are on the steps to the beach!!! It’s so peaceful sitting outside on the nice patio listening to the waves and enjoying the gorgeous views! The communication was great and she shared lots of helpful information about great places to eat, rent bikes and golf carts, and shop! It was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay as we celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary! We will definitely be back to stay in the near future!!

Location location location! Perfect place for our little family!

This is hands down the best beach location! The unit was perfect for my family and we could not beat the easy beach access with a toddler. Cannot recommend enough! We will definitely be coming back!

This place is a great find! private condo beach and only a couple of miles from cute shops and restaurants. We rented bikes for our stay and had no issue getting around with them. The place is also very comfortable and the view is spectacular!

Excellent location, convenient to everything and directly on the beach. Hosts are very communicative and provide a ton of great details and helpful tips. Space was clean and very usable. Great experience, would recommend.

We had a great stay at Seamist! Jessica and Michael were great hosts as well (directions, instructions, responsive to questions, etc.). The location was our first time staying "on the beach" on 30A and looking out to the water that close. It was totally worth it. Having the family be able to walk up or down at any time without having to drive or lug any beach chairs, or pack a lunch, etc. was awesome. It literally almost made the whole trip right there. We had two nights in late April and appreciated every minute of it. The water was crystal clear and that classic emerald green (awesome creativity in life!). Will remember this spot for many years ahead and honestly would hope to come again. Thank you Jessica & Michael! Beautiful spot!

This condo is a gem! We came for the beach and the views and this condo did not disappoint. Wonderful location, super clean, lots of room and stocked with anything you would need. We hope to be back!

Rest and relaxation

This property had a beach view porch and was right on the beach. We had lounge chairs and spent a major amount of our trip on the porch or on the beach.

Great view and convenient location

Fabulous times 10!! Loved loved loved!! You can't ask for a better location. Very clean and cozy. Couch and beds sleep great. The view is priceless. I have already booked again for next year. Bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Dishwasher detergent too. Lots of cooking dishes and cups and plates. Wonderful communication with the property management. Oh and the trash cans/dumpster is by the road. It took a little time to find it.

Amazing location and views. We loved walking down to the beach and then running back up for lunch. Couldn’t have been more convenient! I also loved the Roku TV that made watching streaming shows easy.

My mom and I loved our stay at the seamist. It was a great location and had everything we needed. The beach was absolutely beautiful!

The views are amazing from this condo. We loved being able to walk right off the deck of the condo and be only about 20 feet from the landing that takes you down to the ocean. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed exploring the area with Jessica's great recommendations!

Jessica’s place is the absolute best location at a value. The condo walks directly out to the pier to the beach. It was perfect for our trip.

Excellent beach accommodations!! If you like the sound of the surf, glorious sunrise, sunset and star gazing, this is the place to go!!

Even though we were aware of the ocean view, it still took our breath away when we arrived. SeaMist was a perfect place to unwind and relax after the holidays. The beach is gorgeous, we saw dolphin and rays every day as well as Sanderlings, Willet, Royal Terns and other shore & seabirds. We loved having the ocean in front, bike trail in back. Visited Grayson Beach State Park and the old Florida Fish House but really didn’t leave the condo other than that. We so enjoyed the views and the beach we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere else (other than a few bike rides on the trail). Really hoping to return next year!

Expect to have the best experience ever! Homey feel, laid back atmosphere in the surrounding areas and lots of fun for the whole family!

Amazing view but…

We enjoyed the view and location of the property. I had to report black mold in the dishwasher, sand pile on the porch, abroken screen-door and missing blind pieces. I was asked to clean the mold with bleach myself. We had to rearrange blind pieces ourselves since it was viewing everything from outside at night.

This Airbnb was fantastic and exactly what was advertised. It was the perfect for a long weekend getaway for my husband and I.

The space was great! Right on the beach! The view was a great way to wake up with a nice cup of coffee. It was exactly what we were looking for! We look forward to staying here again soon!

We loved our stay here. The beach was so close and beautiful. The home was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was also great. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.
