This place is awesome! Quiet and peaceful with amazing views but close enough to "the action." The area has great dining and shopping and, of course, the beach! This unit is well stocked, maintained and cleaned so it feels comfortable when you first enter the door. Loved it so much that we didn't want to leave!!

When you enter the Air B&B at Seamist you are immediately greeted by the sounds and view of the ocean. The space is perfect for family’s, couples, or those just looking to get away. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The town itself holds a hallmark quality appeal unmatched by other beach towns found in Florida! 10/10

There's so much to say about this gem in Inlet Beach. Jessica went above and beyond before we even arrived with very detailed directions and a really nice list of things to do in the area. The condo is perfect for couples and even has a couple of bunk beds if you have kids. Having the ocean literally steps away was what drew me to this location and it did not disappoint. We took advantage of the backyard grill to cook our own meals a couple of nights (thanks to the great seafood markets in the area) and can't wait for our next visit.

Amazing property directly on the beach. Waking up and enjoying coffee and a book on the patio was one of my favorite parts. Everything we needed was available and Jessica was a fabulous communicator. Will be booking again as soon as dates come out for school breaks. Lovely vacation.

Great Stay

The good: Perfect spot on the beach, the steps down to the beach straight off of the patio are a rare thing, owner was communicative and helpful, bikeable to all of 30A, comfy a/c, easy access to place, good parking. Drawbacks: Not walkable to many places (but bikeable), patio sliding door needs better locking method (won't go into detail in case this review is made public). Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends.

Amazing view and location right on the beach! My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet area--perfect for a relaxing getaway. Jessica was responsive and the check in/check out process was super easy. We did find that the condo left a little to be desired as far as cleanliness and minor upkeep issues that could be easily fixed. Overall it was a good experience.

The location is EVERYTHING! Worth every penny. If you don’t rent a car, you might want to rent bikes as there is not much within walking distance (nothing under 2 miles). The absolute cleanest and most private beach we’ve ever been to. Even on a Saturday, the beach was not crowded. We had an amazing weekend.

Great place, great value! Love the beach front location and being on the first floor. Game changer for coming in and out of the beach. 10min bike ride to Alys. Would for sure book this apartment again.

This was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and convenient. Perfect for our family, we are outnumbered by toddlers at the moment. I did wish for one more trash bag and an extra tide pod would have been nice. So be sure to bring some detergent if you’re an avid launderer. I am not. We simply laundered once home. The machines were nice though; we did run one full load with the tide pod provided. We also ran out of toilet paper by the last morning. Only 2 rolls provided. But these were quite small things and really no inconvenience at all. The basic amenities were all thoughtfully accounted for. The kitchen was well stocked with all basic and necessary cooking wares; even a blender and toaster. With all our babies, we ended up mostly eating in, so this was quite nice. Communication was efficient and cordial. All of the suggestions were well appreciated and helpful in guiding our time exploring what 30a has to offer. Cannot beat the location. So convenient; just right down the step, step, steps and Plop right onto the beach. You can be as lazy or adventurous as you like, because it’s all literally just right outside of the door! A spectacular beach spot to be sure. Altogether lovely and truly restful.

Perfect location. Right on the beach and close to everything! You can ride bikes to the neighboring beaches using the spacious bike paths. Definitely recommend.

Always amazing

So we stayed in one of these last year on second floor, nice and beautiful but this one on the ground level was fantastic! Beds all super comfy and everything we needed!

Perfect location & private beach!

We have stayed at several other locations and this one is by far the favorite one for several reasons including excellent host and location.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication with Jessica was excellent and check in process was super easy! The views from the back patio were amazing! There is nothing more amazing than having the ocean a few steps out your back door! The location is great to just about anywhere you need to go on 30a, that is, if you even want to leave! This was our 5th time staying on 30a and we will definitely be back to this place!

Beach Love

We loved being able to walk straight out to the beach. It was so easy to come back in for food or breaks or when a small storm passed through. We had all that we needed to be comfortable and enjoyed the beach not being too crowded.

We loved this place! The view is exactly what the picture shows and you can literally just walk from the porch down to the beach. The building itself is only 12 units so it didn’t feel crowded at all and was pretty quiet. If you’ve never stayed at Inlet Beach before it’s much more peaceful than PCB or Destin. The area is awesome and we were able to bike ride to most places. The condo is about a mile from a shopping/food plaza called “The Hub”. Great for families and has live music and good food. The condo itself is a good size and had everything we needed. We actually had one whole day of rain and just enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the dolphins along the shoreline (bring your binoculars!) The decor was cute and modern and had everything that a hotel would also provide. Jessica was a great host! She quickly responded to every question I had and provided me all the information we needed for our stay. We were even able to check in a little early though I think that depends on the availability of the cleaning service. She let me know right away when it was ready. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year!

Great location. We stayed for the week. I would recommend taking extra toilet paper and towels for the family.

Great condo to stay in for awesome beach access and 30A bike rides!

Fantastic beach access and view! We loved this ground floor unit for vacation with our toddlers. The space was easy to kid-proof upon arrival and felt casual and comfortable overall. We absolutely loved how easy it was to enjoy the beach without a hassle, and could enjoy the views and sound of waves crashing from the living room. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Jessica was a great host-very communicative, friendly, and listing was accurate. We look forward to staying again!

Awesome spot - can’t beat the view and access to the beach. We brought our 2 and 5 year olds and they loved the bunk beds. The ground floor beach access provided us ease getting up and down to the beach throughout the day. We would rent again!

I’m going to start out with the good. This condo is in a nice location, although I thought it was more secluded. There is a nice partial beach view from the back porch, but I would suggest getting a top floor if you can. The kitchen was clean and had all we needed. The beach is nice, not overly crowded, very family oriented. Now the bad. The condo is old, so I expected it to not look new but I did expect cleaner furnishings. It has a very old mildew smell that lingers, we had to keep spraying lysol. The other condos I walked by with their door open, I couldn’t smell that smell. The seating furniture is very outdated. Looks like it’s from the late 80s, is very faded with lots of dirty stains on it and really uncomfortable. The bed also was not comfortable at all. The lounge chairs in the back were really dirty full of dark brown stains all over so we couldn’t use those. The ac system is very loud. Especially if you have people sleeping in the front area it will keep you up a lot, we turned ours up and got hot just to block the noise. Between the ac noise, the rattling tin roof outside and the door stomps and opening and slamming of sliding doors from people above don’t plan on getting a great sleep The cheap paper shades covering the sliding door had 3-4 panels missing. We found some of them shoved behind the sofa all crinkled up. The screen door is directly facing the stairway to the beach with all the neighbors walking by so we wanted privacy and had to hang up a blanket to cover it. Also the sliding door doesn’t lock and can be pulled apart so you have to use the wood blocks in the door to stay safe. Overall I would not recommend staying here for the value as it’s way overpriced for how old, unclean and noisy it was. Kinda wish i would’ve just stayed at a hotel and paid less to get something cleaner and more safe, private. The last condo I stayed at the airbnb host was very attentive and communicated a lot and reached out to us. Although I didn’t message her and spent most of my time outside at the beach bc I didn’t want to stay in the condo, It would’ve been nice to have them check in.

Pro: location could not be better, good size, comfy king bed, and having laundry a kitchen was great. Cons: weird smell - like maybe there was an animal in there at some point? Towels were so perfumy and stinky we bought fragrance free detergent and had to rewash them, our sheets were clean but there was somehow sand in the bed?, a/c is LOUD and rattles, couches are sunken in and old, the screen was falling off the sliding door, several dishes in the cabinets were dirty so I had to rewash everything before using. When we checked in there was sand on the barstools, the shelves in the bedroom, and several other surfaces that I feel like should have been cleaned prior to our check in. The back patio furniture was all covered in sand as well so we had to clean it all off before relaxing out there. The AC air filter was dark brown like it hadn’t been changed in a long time (I looked when trying to figure out the smell), but luckily there were more filters in there so I changed it out. Overall I don’t mind an older place if it’s well maintained and clean, which is what I was expecting by the reviews and photos. That wasn’t our experience, so I wouldn’t stay here again.

This is definitely an awesome place to stay. You can easily bike to places like the Hub and Rosemary Beach/Alys Beach. Being right in the ocean is great, too. We will definitely be back!!
