This is a very quaint and comfortable place right on the beach. It is in a cute little beach town with a beautiful view of the beach. There are lots of things to do close to the area

We loved staying here, the location is unbeatable. You're close to lots of great restaurants and shops but also have a more private beach with less crowds which is great for our family.

Beach view is great; great location. There are a lot of steps up/down to the beach so my not be appropriate for all ages. Jessica’s communication was very proactive and helpful!

WHAT A MAGICAL PLACE! After 30+ years of traveling here, this is by far in our top 5 places to stay. And #1 for the Gulf view. We had trip planned for awhile & the weather in Tennessee almost derailed our 20th Anniversary trip... But the owners responded promptly and helped us come in early AND leave late since the weather was so bad at home. THANK YOU, JESSICA! We will be back... And thank you to the other unit owners for putting us up as well. This condo is just as awesome as Jessica's. Roll tide to you all!

The beach is right out the door- beautiful views from inside the condo. We could hear the waves at night. It was a fabulous place to stay.

This is a Great condo! The views are heavenly, and the place well maintained. It felt like home away from home. Every amenity was well thought of. From the crockery and cutlery, to beds, towels, rugs, chairs, outdoor furniture etc, everything was excellent.

Wanted something right on the beach and this fit the bill. Would recommend renting bikes so you can get to restaurants etc easily as it is a bit too far for a walk. The place was super comfy. Glad we stayed here vs other areas near by that we saw...not near as loud or crowded in this area as others were.

What a perfect stay! We lucked out on the weather, and the views and beach access couldn’t be beat. The kitchen was perfect for cooking, and the bedroom and living room were charming and very comfortable. I am excited to plan our return trip!

The location of this place could not be beat! I would stay here again and enjoy having the ocean just steps away.

This great spot on the beach is perfect for 2! We enjoyed being able to open the sliding doors and hear the waves and having an ocean view. Although this unit is on the first floor and you loose a bit of view because you are not up higher, the trade off is being able to walk right out your door onto the steps leading down to the private beach. Inside the unit is nicely decorated and the king bed is very comfortable. We also loved it's location on 30A–close to everything and yet not in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

This spot is perfect, beach access in your backyard and your close to all the attractions.

Great little spot by the sea!

We loved the proximity to the beach and my girls loved the bunk beds!

We loved staying in Jessica's condo! We had a small covid wedding on the beach and needed some help with getting a firepit permit and figuring out parking for our families. Jessica went above and beyond helping us to obtain the permit and find parking solutions. She was so communicative the entire time and the location was truly perfect. We stayed in the condo for our "honeymoon" all week and the beach was beautiful and never too crowded. It was also very close driving distance to all of the other areas one would want to visit on 30A. The condo had everything we needed for the week. We would love to stay here again and we highly recommend it!

This location is great - literally steps away from the beach. I loved the view from the balcony/deck and all the natural light in the place. There are good restaurants nearby (8-15 mins) and Publix grocery stores. If you want to social distance, this is a good place as you can park right in front of this unit on the first floor. The two twin beds were comfortable and the condo was a little bigger than I had imagined. Jessica was a great host. We had a problem with the washer machine (got stuck on the rinse cycle) that resulted in some of my clothes getting discolored and ruined but we got refunded one night stay - even though I had not even asked for a refund or told her about some of my clothes getting ruined. So I thought this was great! They were replacing the washer right as we were leaving so this should not be a problem anymore! Things that could be improved: 1. Main bed & pillows- bed is quite hard and pillows are too bulky so I suggest you bring your own pillow if you’re like me and get neck pain with big bulky pillows 2. One of the two sofas is very old and uncomfortable -you sink to the bottom - thus making it almost useless however it is also a pull out bed which we did not use so not sure how that is. Overall I would still consider going back to this place and recommend it to other people if being close to the beach is important. However, if you have more than 4 people and can afford a bigger place, you should do that. This condo would be too small for more than 4 people. My husband, daughter (10), newborn (2 months) and I were comfortable and had a good time!

Perfect beach location!

We loved our time in this perfect beach condo! Easy beach access, nice furnishings and great space for our family of four!

Beautiful place! Very clean and the best view in Seaside FL! A must stay if you visit the area. We are local about an hour away and it was well worth it for us....so for our far travelers it will be more than appreacited! Very clean as well, has all you need.

The condo is in a great location with a beautiful view. Cozy place for our couples getaway. Jessica and the local manager are great communicators.

We loved our stay here. The location is what makes this amazing. It’s so easy to go to and from the beach with a toddler. And if you forget something or need to go back it’s so easy to do. I like to know what amenities are provided before I go so I can pack accordingly so I will list everything to the best of my memory: 2 washing machine pods, 2 dishwasher pods, plenty of dawn, a sponge, 2 kitchen trash bags, hotel size bath wash, shampoo and condition, soap bar, towels, 3 keureg pods, plenty of coffee filters. I think salt and pepper as well. I’m used to having a blender in my beach condos and I did not see one here. May not be a big deal for most, I just usually like making smoothies while at the beach. My husband and I tried to sleep on the couch bed one night because we didn’t want to wake our son who was already asleep in the bedroom, but unfortunately we only lasted a few minutes before the metal bar began hurting our back. So keep that in mind, but I’m sure it wouldn’t bother a child or teen. We ended up putting it back and each sleeping on a couch which was pretty comfy. Jessica was great with communication and so helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend and I loved our stay at this condo! The location is fantastic, easy to find, and within a reasonable drive to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. My number one priority for a beach trip is to have waterfront location with an amazing view, and this place meets that criteria 100%! I think the location on the beach and the view is the best part of this unit...being able to sit on the porch, listening to the waves and watching the water with a good book/cup of coffee/glass of wine is fantastic. We did occasionally hear some noise from our neighbors in the unit above us, but this wasn't a major issue. Parking was easy and there were plenty of spaces. We also really appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware/dishes/silverware plus a dishwasher, as we did most of our cooking and meal prep at the condo. Overall a nice stay at a comfortable condo with an amazing location/view!

Loved staying here!! You really can just walk right off the balcony and down to the beach. Very clean, comfy bed, and my friend slept well on the pull out couch. The ocean was so warm and clear with a sandy bottom, it was like swimming in a pool.

Quite location, beachfront, and clean. This was our 3rd stay at this condo.

The view was breath taking!! The beach is just steps out of the door! The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed besides spices. The condo has beautiful artwork and beach decor. The bed was a little firm for my preference. Jessica was very communicative, gave us a list of restaurants/ activities and made the check in and check out process easy!!

This place is great for a small family like ours. My wife, daughter, and I stayed here for three days and loved it. It has direct access to the beach and tons of restaurants and other amenities are just a short drive. The place is fun, beachy, comfortable, and clean.

Quick Getaway

We stayed 2 nights here, and really enjoyed our time. The beachy/sea life decor was cute, the rooms were cozy with lots of pillows, but what we loved most was how close we were to the beach. For the price, it was worth it to us, we would stay here again. Sadly, there was a lot of trash under the boardwalk stairs down to the beach area. We picked up the trash that we could reach to help clean it up a little. We loved Raw & Juicy which is just down the road in the Alys Beach district. We also ate at George's which was good, and Shades which was ok.

Excellent location! The beach is literally right out the back door. The condo was extremely clean and has all the amenities of home. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back!

I loved getting up in the morning and having my coffee in the back porch overlooking the breathtaking ocean and listening to the waves. It was so relaxing! The home is cozy and comfortable. The beach is right down the stairs and there are a lot of restaurants and other things to do with 10-15 mins. We had a great weekend!

A great place to stay right on the beach! This place was exactly what we were looking for - first floor condo with easy access to the beach. Jessica is a wonderful host and was extremely helpful with all the necessary information you need to check in/out, etc. Would recommend staying here with a small group/family.

Perfect condo for my family

This condo was perfect for my family of 4. Clean, updated, perfect location, easy access to the beach and the TVs had Netflix and disney+ (perfect for my fam). Communication with the owners was great, easy to get a hold of and responsive to any issues. And the beach was beautiful! We will be back.

The condo was clean, the beach was right out the back door, and the host was very communicative. Great overall value and great place!

Awesome rental!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seamist. The bottom level was such an added bonus. It was so convenient to walk up the stairs and shower off and be able to walk directly on to the patio. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The location was perfect and we enjoyed biking to Rosemary and Seagrove on the bike path. Jessica, the owner, responded right back to me with any questions I had. We are looking forward to our next beach trip and will definitely stay here again.

Spectacular condo with equally spectacular view and host. A definite must stay. Clean, well decorated and spacious. The hosts are accommodating and respond quickly. Wouldn’t change anything about our stay. Will be returning
